• Anne (5/5): Disappointed by lift issues - The apartment itself is great. We had a one bedroom and it was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It is opposite a supermarket and a short walk to Yaletown bars and restaurants. Very unhappy with the maintenance and management of the lifts. During our 5 night stay either one or both lifts were out of service. On check out both lifts were out of service. It was early but if we had been texted we would have left extra time and organised for staff to help with luggage down 11 floors. Staff not proactive at all in this situation.

• Brigitte (10/5): So geht Wohlfühlen in Downtown Vancouver! - Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten, aber das Appartment war mit einer Küche ausgestattet. Gegenüber war ein toller Supermarkt, in dem alles geboten war. Die Kaffeemaschine - man konnte immer nur eine Tasse zur Zeit zubereiten und es hat Minuten gedauert, bis sie fertig war. Ansonsten war alles primstens!

• Caroline (10/5): A gem of an apartment in Yaletwon - We stayed on floor 7 at the rear of the property and had a quiet restful stay for a week. The apartment was very spacious and had a large walk in wardrobe, great kitchen, breakfast bar and bathtub. It was so clean and well equipped, with fluffy towels and quality bedding. I could have stayed for several months, really didn’t want to leave Yaletown. The staff were so helpful . Highly recommended.. it’s a special place. Nothing

• Ellen (7/5): Das Zimmerupgrade war nicht wirklich gut - Durch das kostenlosen Zimmerupgrade hatten wir ein Studio, bestehen aus zwei Wohnräumen und zwei begehbaren Schränken. Die Räume waren sauber und küchentechnisch gut ausgetattet. Das ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmer hatte Blick zum Hof. Das Upgradezimmer leider zur Straße mit 24 Stunden lauten Verkehrslärm. Die Schlafcouch war so durchgelesen, dass wir sie gemieden haben. Im per Upgrade gebuchten Studio gibt es kein Hauskeeping, d.h. die Räume wurden 4 Tage nicht gereinigt. Die Boxen mit Duschgel und Haarwäsche waren leider leer.

Bed was super comfy and having a full well stocked kitchen is great. Nesters grocery store across the street is very handy and despite being in a busy downtown area, our room was nice and quiet. Nothing bad about the property itself. It would have been great to get an earlier check in, our room wasn’t ready until a few minutes after 4pm but that’s understandable. They’re a busy place.

• Thomas Andreas (10/5): Suite mit gehobener Ausstattung in bester Lage - Wir erhielten ein Upgrade auf eine Suite im 7. Stock. Die Ausstattung war phänomenal und alles blitzsauber. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, groß und boten einen sehr guten Schlafkomfort. Die Lage ist für Downtown perfekt. Der Pool war für uns etwas zu kalt. Aber es war auch ein relativ kalter Wind an diesem Tag. Beim nächsten Mal werde ich dafür das Angebot des Fitnessstudios nutzen. Es machte jedenfalls einen sehr guten Eindruck. Anschließend möchte ich noch das überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal beim Check in hervorheben. Nichts

Wir konnten früher ein- und später auschecken. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht: vollständig eingerichtete Küche, Waschmaschine, Trockner. Die Dachterasse lädt zum Chillen ein - großartig.

• Deryck (8/5): Excellent stay in downtown Vancouver with easy access to multiple food options and great shopping. - Having a comfy and well-equipped little apartment/suite right downtown in the heart of Vancouver, with a small kitchenette, washer/dryer and living/dining area, and a gym in the basement was sheer joy. I had a room on the 5th floor on Seymour Street side and the noise from traffic was sometimes very loud.

Close to shops for food and late night items but far away from the noise of the nightlife. Walk to most tourist places. Nice balcony, but too cold to use! Some room items getting a bit tired (light fittings etc). Shower over bath (personal pref for stand alone shower). Sightly odd layout - small bathroom but 2 large walk in robes?

• Miranda (10/5): Almost perfect! - We recently had a five night stay here in an one bedroom apartment as a family of three including a toddler. Checkin was efficient and we were able to store our bags for a few hours after checkout with no dramas. The apartment was clean and spacious with a full kitchen and closet/storage room. We were on level 17 and didn’t experience any noise from the nightlife at street level although the occasional car noises which can’t be helped. The gym facilities are the best I have ever seen in a hotel - they have basically everything and are open 24/7 (helpful with jetlag). The location was convenient although on the slightly seedier side of Yaletown, and it had excellent food options around it as well as a park for children just on the next block. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The location was on the seedier side of Yaletown with nightclubs below although we didn’t experience any noise or issues.
