- Ellie (10/5): Comfortable stay and a haven during Songkran! - Loved our stay here! Super comfortable bed and large room! The bathroom was also large and we had enough space for all our things. The breakfast was great too! The lovely staff couldn’t have done more for us with welcoming us and chatting with us. We were staying throughout Songkran which meant we got drenched the first day but came back prepared the next day with the help of the staff! They were all amazing and joined in the fun with us! We couldn’t quite get the shower to get warm but a very minor point.

Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament, 3 baseny, a także duże i smaczne śniadanie. Oczekiwanie 15 minut na sprawdzenie apartamentu, czy przypadkiem łyżeczka nie zaginęła. Brak jakiegokolwiek baru przy basenach, mimo, że są wydzielone na to stanowiska. Brak wentylacji na korytarzach i w windach.

- Don (10/5): Great staff in a prime location! - The staff really make this a great place to stay. My fourth time to stay here and they just finished some remodeling which turned out well. The restaurant, bar, and breakfast were all good. Though right on Bangla Road, my room was quiet and the rooftop is nice. Jungceylon Mall is just a 5 minute walk away. The price markup for the holiday was a bit much but probably right in line with
- Ahmed (6/5): - الموقع جيد جدًا وقريب من المطاعم العربية، وحجم الغرفة مناسب الإطلالة على المسبح لكن للأسف خلف المسبح توجد منطقة مهملة أثرت على المشهد العام تجربة التعامل مع موظفي الاستقبال كانت مخيبة للآمال؛ حيث شعرت بعدم الترحيب وكأن وجود النزيل عبء عليهم، خاصة عند تسجيل الدخول، وكذلك عند طلبي لخدمة الغسيل من أحد الموظفين. الانطباع العام كان بعيدًا عن المهنية المتوقعة من فندق. كما أن ملايات السرير وبعض المناشف بدت قديمة وتحتاج إلى تجديد، وهو أمر لا يتماشى مع مستوى الفندق أو سعر الإقامة. مقارنة بفنادق أخرى في بوكيت وبانكوك، كان مستوى الاستقبال والخدمة أقل بكثير. وبالنظر إلى أن السعر مرتفع، كنت أتوقع فخامة أعلى وتعاملًا أكثر لياقة، لكن ذلك لم يتحقق للأسف. كنت قد حجزت الإقامة لمدة ثلاثة أيام فقط ، وبعد انتهائها قررت تغيير الفندق إلى فندق آخر في نفس المنطقة لقضاء بقية الإجازة، وهناك وجدت فرقًا واضحًا جدًا في مستوى التعامل والخدمة.

- Teresa (7/5): This great dame delivers space for the whole family (interconnecting rooms with sitting area), centrally located in Pato - Location & size of rooms were the highlight. Breakfast cuisine was varied & plentiful. The breakfast area was delightful & open to the street view. Daily water supply was appreciated. Despite being so close to bangala road & the vibrant nightlife, the room was quiet & we were able to sleep well. 5-10min walk to anywhere including night market, bangala road & 2 shopping centres. Beach was about 15min walk in the heat. We had connecting room for our teens. Their door swipe didn’t work. We reported it on arrival ( when they were locked out). We were told someone would look at it & sort it out. Nothing changed in the 7 days we were there. Rooftop pool space looked unappealing. But other pools looked good. The bed mattresses were hard.

- Benoit (8/5): Bon rapport qualité/prix - Emplacement au coeur de Patong. Chambre spacieuse avec une belle salle de bains. Lit confortable. Le personnel est très agréable, à l'écoute. La piscine est bien pratique en fin de journée. Il faudrait que le restaurant à coté de l'hôtel soit rattaché à l'hôtel.
