Both of them took good care of our check in process. There was an issue with our Agoda booking, which Agoda cancelled last minute, but both Bura and Denise were trying their best to solve it, while having numerous calls from other guests. Despite that, they stayed calm and professional. Mr. Bura assisted us by providing a better room for our extended check in process which was completely out of their control. Thank you very much and I’d definitely consider this property for future visits I stayed only 7 hours, so I cannot say if there was anything bad. I liked everything

• Salah (9/5): An outstanding stay with exceptional service, comfort, and a perfect Istanbul location. - The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with great city views and excellent soundproofing. The staff were always welcoming, professional, and quick to help with anything we needed. Breakfast had a wide variety of fresh options, and the location made it easy to reach shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. The atmosphere throughout the hotel felt elegant and relaxing. Honestly, there was very little to complain about. Perhaps the Wi-Fi speed could occasionally be a bit faster during busy hours, but it never caused any real inconvenience. Overall, the experience was excellent.

• Ebru (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Wanda Viste met een gratis kamer upgrade, zonder dat we het hoefde te vragen. We zijn dankba - Wat een geweldig hotel! Bij aankomst werden we uiterst vriendelijk ontvangen door het personeel. De kamer was brandschoon, ruim en voorzien van fijne bedden en een moderne badkamer. De locatie is perfect als uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen. Ook het ontbijt was uitgebreid en vers. Wij hebben enorm genoten en komen hier zeker terug! • Mansor (1/5): - Upon arrival, my experience at the hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. The room was not clean, and the bathroom appeared to have been used, with urine residue left on the toilet, which is completely unacceptable. When I went out to the lounge area, I also noticed nail clippings on the floor, which further reflects poor hygiene standards throughout the hotel. I contacted the reception to request a room change, and they did respond by moving me to a larger room, which I appreciate. However, overall cleanliness needs significant improvement.

• ilya (2/5): Don’t go to that hotel. Needs complete renovation - Actually nothing It is definitely not 5 star hotel, not even 2. It is outdated. Toilet water running non stop. Duvet on the blanket has holes!!! You need to wait for hot water up to 10 minutes. Pencil drawings on the walls. Water flow in the sink is like pencil diameter. No second nightstand. We had to use chair. Twice asked for manager. Finally customer relationship manager came. Everything that was promised to be fixed was never fixed. Technical staff came but didn’t resolve the problems. One day cleaning lady came took the tips I left but didn’t clean. Had to call Management again. Breakfast poor, dirty tables, plates are dirty with remaining of food in them. Nobody cares.

• Victor Tomov (1/5): - Нищо не беше както трябва. В банята имаше само един комплект душ принадлежности, въпреки че бяхме двама души. Имаше две малки сапунчета. Мивката в банята беше почти запушена и помолихме на рецепция да пратят някого, който да я отпуши. Когато се върнахме вечерта в стаята, не можах да повярвам на очите си. Мръсотията от сифона беше пльосната на плочките пред мивката в банята, а моята кърпа за лице беше на пода до мръсотията, като не ми беше сменена с нова. Капачето на сифона беше оставено на плота до мивката. Веднага слязох на рецепция да им съобщя за случилото се и казаха, че ще пратят отново човек да почисти и да ми даде нова кърпа. Чакаме повече от час, а беше почти полунощ, когато служител на хотела най-накрая дойде и с учудване и невъзмутим поглед сякаш нищо не се е случило просто събра с кърпата мръсотията от пода и си тръгна. Закуската беше пълен безпорядък, пълно с хора, непочистени освободени маси и за капак на всичко - пластмасови прибори за еднократна употреба. Това не е нивото на петзвезден хотел. Подземният паркинг не беше осветен. Шумоизолацията на прозорците беше много слаба и се чуваше цяла нощ шумът от булеварда пред хотела.

To make matters worse, breakfast was a mess—dirty tables and a staff that couldn't be bothered to provide basic service. Avoid this place if you value cleanliness and professional service.

• Sonia (1/5): Disgusting place which should be closed by authorities - Nothing, absolutely awful service and property, dirty, extremely dirty rooms, lobby, restaurants, clogged tubes from which dirty, sewage water is bounced back. stains of tooth paste, leaked liquids, dust all over, ripped and stained bed linen; all that in 3 different rooms which we checked within 2-3 hours. absolutely disgusting nobody takes care about hyagiene. lifts are overloaded, dangerous, dirty and stop from time to time. dirty, extremely dirty rooms, lobby, restaurants, clogged tubes from which dirty, sewage water is bounced back. stains of tooth paste, leaked liquids, dust all over, ripped and stained bed linen; all that in 3 different rooms which we checked within 2-3 hours. absolutely disgusting. the plarform does not allow to uploaeld video with the clogged sewage in the bathroom
