Azia had the friendliest staff i have encountered at a hotel in years! We celebrated my birthday and baby-moon during our stay and the staff went above and beyond to make it special - from the pool staff, breakfast, reception, restaurant (Oku) and spa! • Lida (10/5): Relaxing at Azia Resort and Spa - We had a great stay at Azia Resort & Spa. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff were very friendly. Since it was still a bit cold during this season, we didn’t use the pools much, but the jacuzzi in our room became our main way to relax and enjoy the stay. The food was varied and plentiful, with a different theme almost every evening, plus several à la carte options. There were also evening activities for families and children, as well as adults-only areas, which kept the atmosphere balanced and relaxing. The location is slightly outside the city center, which made it quieter and more peaceful. We used a local taxi app that worked well most of the time, and it took about 10 minutes to reach the main mall and Tombs of the Kings. Since the hotel was not fully occupied during our stay, everything felt especially calm and relaxing. The only downside for us was that the hot water pressure was a little weak.

Zimmerservice am Abend. Getränke und Obst im Zimmer zur Begrüßung. Kaffeespezialitäten (Espesso) zum Frühstück a la carte, aber die Kaffee- oder Teekannen aus abgenutzten Plastik zum Frühstück sind unter Niveau Freundliches Personal Trotz Buchung eines Zimmers mit Meerblick erhielten wir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, dass nur einen Blick auf die dann zwar private Terrasse und den Garten ermöglichte, aber eigentlich etwas dunkel war. Das Bad war kleiner als erwartet und schlecht zu beleuchten. Kein Konzept zum umweltgerechten Handtuchtausch. Täglich wurde alle Handtücher ausgewechselt, was aus meiner Sicht unnötig ist. Z prysznica nie da się korzystać, ponieważ nie ma regulacji słuchawki, więc musisz wchodzić pod lodowatą wodę, bo jeśli nie zamkniesz szyby woda wypływa na podłogę. Brak kawy robionej ręcznie ze spienionym mlekiem- cappuccino tylko z ekspresu i nie była dobra. Był też mały wybór dań, dużo wieprzowiny jeśli chodzi o mięso (nie jemy), ryba nie była smaczna, owoców morza również nie było. Brakowało również pokrojonych pięknie owoców, byly tylko pomarańcze i grejpfruty. Kiwi nie dało się obrać i to strasznie frustrujące i monotonne. Przeszkadzała też trochę zbyt głośna muzyka na basenie głównym. Wymienić trzeba również piłki do tenisa i warto mieć zapas. Mam nadzieję, że obsługa dba o koty rezydujące zapewniając im wodę i karmę- widziałam codziennie jak koty piją wodę z basenu.

• Saffron (10/5): Excellent stay with infant - My family and I had a great stay here. We were in Cyprus for a wedding and it was our first time taking our infant abroad. They provided us with a travel cot in our room and the highchairs were always cleaned and sanitised between uses. All the staff were super friendly and always interacted with our little one when they saw him. On our last day we checked out at midday but our flight was not until 8pm. The reception were super generous and allowed us to stay in the hotel for the day and even gave us a voucher to enjoy their lunch buffet (our booking was only bed and breakfast).

The treatments themselves were incredibly relaxing and left us feeling refreshed. A special mention must go to the wonderful spa team members who made our experience truly memorable. Dimitrina, Dipa and Sima provided outstanding service throughout our visit. Their attentiveness, warmth and professionalism were remarkable. From being met at the spa reception to the massage, they took the time to ensure we were comfortable, explained the treatments clearly and delivered each service with exceptional care and skill. Their friendly approach and genuine hospitality elevated the entire spa experience. We would gladly return and highly recommend the hotel and its spa to anyone seeking a luxurious and rejuvenating getaway.

We are a family of five and stayed in two interconnected rooms with sea view on the first floor (i.e., floor 0). We arrived at almost midnight and were warmly welcomed at the reception and shown to our rooms. There was an elderly man (I didn’t catch his name) on duty who was very nice, explained everything in the all-inclusive package and helped with our baggage. In our rooms, we had sandwiches, red wine, water and a bottle of fizz on the table - a very much needed welcome. What did I like * Great location; seaside, short walk to the beach * Sea view rooms * Beautiful grounds/garden * The games such as football, volleyball and water polo organised on different days * Rooms are cleaned twice a day * The turn-down service and chocolates placed on the bed daily were a very nice touch; kids were always looking forward to that (me too) * Mini bar in the room stocked with juices and water daily * Pool bar * Loved going for a swim in the adult pool every morning * Loved the water polo and playing football on the grounds What did I not like: nothing. I don’t have any complaints about Azia Resort and Spa. Thanks to the reception staff: Caterina, Joanne, Stanley. This is not an exhaustive list but only the names I can remember. All the staff were all very nice. Finally, thanks to the staff at the Katoi restaurant and all the Ala carte staff as well. We had a wonderful holiday and would return.

• lesleypZ908QG (10/5): So many good memories - It’s difficult to submit a review for this hotel because half of me wants to recommend it but the other half wants to discourage any new guests and keep it as my little secret hideaway. Since discovering the Azia by pure chance at least 24 years ago it is where I return to each year for my annual holiday. Over those years I have met so many like minded fellow guests who well surpass my record and visit at least twice a year. I would like to try new venues but fear that I might be disappointed. Being a single guest here is not a problem: everyone is treated with the same respect. For me it provides a relaxing holiday with everything I need: excellent staff, good food, stunning views, spacious pool areas, immaculate gardens and a clean, comfortable room. Many of the staff are long serving and they in particular are what makes this hotel so relaxing and enjoyable. At this point I would like to mention Nino, Oana, Krisztina, Irena, Rodoula, Alex and Paul, to name but a few (there are others but I don’t always notice name badges) who are always friendly, smiling and more than willing to help whatever the circumstances. Their memories and attention to detail are amazing. It only remains to say that 2026 is almost upon us and I will soon be thinking about booking yet another trip to this resort, where I hope to catch up with all the lovely hpeople I have encountered in the past. Well for a start this was our second visit this year and our seventh visit in four year and we are not the only ones who keep coming back, we actually sat in an area with people who have been more times than us and it was a full area! If I keep it simple and short , the food is fantastic from the buffet to the theme restaurant’s, the drinks are branded, the house homemade rose wine is our personal favourite but the branded cocktails are a very close second . The hotel and rooms are immaculate and the views are amazing and we never get tired of watching the amazing sun set every night. The pool is also immaculate and the right temperature but a tip for you if you get to hot jump in the indoor pool . The main bar is fantastically run by Alex and Lolita , Luxman and the polish lady whose name I forgot , sorry . We never had to wait for a drink in-fact , sometimes our drinks were all ready waiting for us . The customer service displayed by Alex and his team is second to none and truly is five star, thank you Alex and Lolita. The same can be said for the pool bar team of Alex and Raulla. Going back to the pool you will always get a sun-bed and it’s always in the sun, no mater if your poolside , cliff top beach area or in the amazing garden’s. The rooms are modern, ridiculously cleaned every day by the housekeeping team, which is ran by Radulla who spoils us rotten every time we visit remembers our names and goes out of her way to make sure that everyone is happy, thank you Radulla, and she almost cried when I told her I had proposed 😂. The entertainment team is extremely good too and there is loads to do, they engage and have fun with everyone, Chris you are a credit to the hotel , fun , hardworking, caring , and beyond five star! Like I said the hotel itself is amazing , so is the food, the weather , the grounds , the rooms, the drinks but it’s the staff and the way they treat everyone not just us, and the five star service , is the reason we keep returning. Speaking of the staff Nino and Kristina thank you for treating me and Miss Emma like family and rock stars! You make our holiday. Joanna , thank you for everything ! says it all that your daughter and son are working there now ! The sisters who work so hard in the buffet whom will kill me because I have forgotten both your names , thank you for making us feel special and for making Emma feel special over her engagement. • 735sohaila (6/5): Some amazing staff, but noticeably different experience to our first visit. - Delayed review, but this was our second stay at Azia. Our first visit was excellent, so we were really looking forward to coming back. While there were still enjoyable aspects of our stay, this time didn’t quite meet the same high standards. Areas That Fell Short: Service Delays Due to Staffing The hotel appeared to be understaffed, which unfortunately impacted the quality of service. Room cleaning was delayed, and towels weren’t replaced consistently, which affected our overall comfort. Inconsistent Staff Experience There were many new team members during our stay. While we understand staff turnover is natural, we found that some lacked the professionalism and attentiveness we had come to associate with Azia. Most concerning was an incident involving our baby, who required medical attention. We were incorrectly informed by a staff member that there was no first aider on site, and as a result, we were left with no choice but to go to the hospital. Later, we found out that a first aider was, in fact, available. This situation was extremely distressing and could have been avoided with better communication and staff training. Crèche and Kids Club Setup The crèche was merged with the kids club, meaning our 8-month-old and 2-year-old were in the same space as much older children. It didn’t feel like an appropriate or safe environment for very young children, and the crèche also appeared to be understaffed. What We Appreciated: Responsive Management We shared our concerns with hotel management, and the Deputy Manager took the time to speak with us. She was receptive and did what she could to make the remainder of our stay more comfortable, which we appreciated. Crèche Staff – Violet & Jackie A sincere thank you to Violet and Jackie for taking such good care of our little ones. Harris especially enjoyed spending time with you, and your kindness did not go unnoticed. Spa Team – Dimitrina and Colleagues The spa staff were welcoming and flexible, even helping us arrange treatments around our children. We really appreciated their efforts. Kids Club Team The girls running the kids club were warm and friendly. Although Harris wasn’t quite ready to take part, we always felt welcomed. Exceptional Restaurant Service – Nino and Her Team Nino was a true highlight of our stay. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional, and she consistently made our whole family — especially the children — feel cared for. We’d also like to thank Iryna, Joanna, and Meheedi for their excellent service. The entire restaurant team really made a positive impression. Final Thoughts: This visit didn’t quite meet the high standards set by our first stay. The issues around staffing, communication, and child care setup were disappointing, particularly the medical situation, which should have been handled with far more care and clarity. That said, there were still staff members who made our stay enjoyable, and we’re grateful to those individuals for their efforts. With improvements in staffing levels, training, and facilities for younger children, Azia can return to being the outstanding resort we once experienced.

Guests have the choice of dining facilities in the self service restaurant or the choice of other themed restaurants. The staff in all areas of the hotel cannot be faulted, friendly, efficient, and go out of their way to help wherever possible. We have returned many times because of the warmth and hospitality we receive and look forward to our visit next year.
• Nikita (10/5): Absolutely Exceptional Stay at Azia Resort & Spa - We spent one night at Azia Resort & Spa in Paphos (15–16 November) and were genuinely impressed by every detail. The food across all the restaurants was outstanding — incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was easily some of the best resort dining we’ve ever had. The restaurant staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and truly elevated the whole experience. The main reception team were also fantastic — professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The same goes for the spa staff, who were extremely friendly and caring (even though we didn’t use the spa facilities, their attitude alone made a great impression). Our room was superb: spacious, spotless, and with an amazing private balcony jacuzzi that made the stay feel extra special. Overall, Azia Resort & Spa exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!
• daveww (10/5): Excellent hotel with brilliant staff - What an excellent hotel... a shame that they close for a couple of months over the Christmas period. Stayed in a mountain view club room which was fine - it had everything we needed, good bath, shower, bidet and daily cleaning and turn-down service. The swimming pools were clean, the gardens were well kept and provided with adequate sun beds. The evening entertainment was varied for 7 nights but then repeated. My wife had a great massage and hair do. We were on half-board which turned out to be a good choice, because the drinks were not overly expensive - £22 for a bottle of wine, £5 for Guinness, £4 for a large draught Keo. The food was excellent in all of the restaurants, and we got great service at breakfast from Anna and Lynn. Dimitrina on reception was brilliant, and helped arrange car hire. Oanna went out of her way with supplies of coffee and advice on any local topic. She was superb, as were Angelique, Nino, Sophia, Tibor, Alice, Sima (masseur), Niki (hairdresser), Paul, Theofania (towels) and Fernando (Guest Services) - it is the staff at this hotel which make the difference and the main reason I would return.

• 286wng (10/5): A truly nice and relaxing 5 star hotel in Paphos - I went with my adult son to Paphos at the end of October and stayed at the Azia Resort & Spa for 5 nights. Azia is truly a wonderful hotel to stay in Paphos. Check-in was easy and quick, and we were welcome in the room with a plate of fruits, a small bottle of red wine, and a complimentary big bottle of sparkling wine. We were also given sandwiches in the room as we checked-in late in the evening. We booked a sea view twin bedroom, we could see the big swimming pool and the sea from the balcony, it was an amazing view. We could also see a bit of the sunset but not totally as it was blocked by a tall palm tree on the right side of the balcony. The room was clean, spacious and the air-conditioning was quiet and worked superbly. We went for half baord, and the breakfast and dinner were really excellent, we didn't bother to venture outside to look for a plavce to eat. The hotel compound is vast and beautifully kept, but you have to walk about 8 to 10 minutes to the sandy beach. You can get a really stunning view of the sunset from the hotel garden facing the sea. If I ever go back to Paphos, I will surely stay at Azia Resort and Spa again. I will definitely recommend Azia Resort and Spa to anyone who wants a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Paphos.

We booked a stay just a week before they closed for the season and the experience we had was a very relaxing one.

The facilities were great, and the staff were just amazing. Huge thanks to Arina, Nino, and Christianos they went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. They were so kind to our daughter, Heidi, and made such an effort to make sure she was okay and looked after. The hotel is about a 20 drive from phapos harbour/old town but you can jump on a bus right outside the hotel. The food was good and had plenty of variety, one of the better all inclusive buffets. Would highly reccomend if you want a chilled break away.

Iam GF and I can tell you they went out of there way to cater for me. Upon arriving at the main restaurant, we were greeted by lovely staff. One the restaurant manager Nino. I told her about my GF and straight away she took me to meet one of the chefs who talked me through what I could have at the buffet. I felt like royalty 😃. The afternoon tea was wonderful, and a lovely lovely lady called Oanna always made sure I had GF food she was lovely and very kind to me. I never felt excluded from the other restaurants . You do need to book, just mention you allergy or any other concerns on the booking form and they will do there best to accomodate 👌. The cava bar was particularly good, nice seating indoors and outside. Staff in there very pleasant. ...only thing is the entertainment not brilliant, there was one group on that we particularly liked, so did other folks as it was very busy. Must mention, guest relations, new to the role but Fernando organised a topper mattress for our bed, it helped so much, thanks Fernando. One thing I did notice, especially the sun lounger mattreses, they were very stained, not nice at . The resort and guest rooms are all very clean, the gardens are well looked after too, the flower arrangements inside the hotel are superb also 👌 Will we visit Azia again! Yes was our verdict, october gives you some lovely sunshine, and relatively mild evenings. 👍 Room no 802.
• CheshireHB (10/5): First Family Trip - We’ve just had a fantastic stay at the Azia Resort & Spa. Travelling with a four-month-was a tad scary, but the staff made everything easy. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the provided cot was a real lifesaver as we didn't need to think about bringing one. A special mention has to go to Nino and Wianeta, who were simply brilliant. They adored our baby and looked out for us every day. We highly recommend the margaritas or frozen strawberry one. The food was also a standout – delicious and varied, with superb quality at every meal. It was really refreshing to have different choices at lunch and dinner time. We aren't usually a buffet type of couple, but this was definitely worth it. We can’t wait to come back.

• HellieCopter (10/5): Five stars deserved! - It’s hard to fault this hotel. For what I wanted from a solo break for some autumn sunshine, it was perfect. The hotel is beautiful. It’s spotlessly clean, the pool and outdoor areas are well maintained and it never felt crowded. (I was there during UK half term hols and expected it to be busier). I never struggled to get a lounger, and they were very comfortable. The staff were lovely, the right balance of attentive and friendly, but not pestering! And the food was great. I’m fussy about hotel and buffet food, and everything I tried was delicious. As were the drinks - I tried a couple of cocktails (yum!) and the house wines were all perfectly lovely and drinkable, which isn’t always the case with all inclusive wines. The tiniest of niggles - as an all inclusive guest I would have liked a couple more drinks choices in the fridge in my room. It was just water and cartons of orange juice. Oh, and as it was the end of October the adult only section barely got any sunshine and the pool was super cold - like a cold water swimming experience! The sea at Sandy Beach was warmer than the pool. Yes, the location is a little out of Paphos, but the coastal walk is lovely with a great path. And taxi back quite reasonable cost. But overall, this was a superb hotel, deserving of its five stars, and I’d definitely return. Oh…and the cats are mega cute! 10/10 for the ginger kittens!

• Maria (6/5): It’s a pity, because with better lighting and a properly managed spa, this could be an excellent hot - I really enjoyed my stay overall — the hotel has a beautiful location, a lovely garden, friendly and helpful staff, and a great breakfast. However, there are a couple of things that need improvement. First, the rooms are very dark — there are only two bulbs hanging from the ceiling and no lighting at all on the veranda, which makes it quite uncomfortable in the evening. Second, the spa was a real disappointment. It doesn’t really deserve to be called a spa: the walls were dirty, the place smelled of humidity (masked with strong deodorant), and the staff seemed untrained. I actually left in the middle of my massage because it was so unpleasant.

It’s all about the people and this hotel has an abundance of stars. The spa manager was a delight always smiling. The main restaurant had an amazing team I think lead by Nina the maitre d’. The bar staff in the Cava bar Mohammed first class. The pool bar ladies and men always smiling always attending to your needs. The hotel facilities couldn’t fault and the food was delicious. All this served to the best sunsets. Thank you all for an amazing holiday.
• KayThornton (10/5): Perfect place. - Hotel is extremely clean and well presented, the food choices and quality are excellent for an all inclusive/buffet type restaurant, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel wasn’t full when we visited so there were ample sunbeds available at the pool but there are lots of beds dotted about in the grounds so if there were pool beds available there will definitely be some somewhere. There is turndown service with a little chocolate on the pillow and we got a tray of fruit and champagne in the room but think that might have been an apology for a minor hiccup at check in. There really isn’t a fault to be found with the hotel but a very minor warning, the bath tubs are very slippy and worth keeping an extra eye on children in there with there being a glass shower door, (mats are provided but still slippy, probably years of sun oils on the surface)

The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a perfect balance between relaxation and fun. The rooms were spotless, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the atmosphere throughout the resort was calm and welcoming. A special thank you to Dimitrina and Denis at the reception for their outstanding service – always smiling, helpful, and professional. They truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Also, a big thanks to Ms. Rodoula, the manager, for her kindness and personal attention – she made sure everything was perfect during our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paphos – we can’t wait to come back!

Great staff and activities and only a short taxi to pathos, or a short walk to two interesting sandy beaches with plenty of rocks further out for fish to swim in between. Food all Great, particularly the buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner.

She went above and beyond every single day to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and had everything we needed. Our little girl absolutely adored her — she made her feel so special and cared for. • StephanieO1734 (10/5): Wonderful family friendly hotel with beautiful views and friendly and efficient staff. - This hotel had been WONDERFUL! We are a family of 3 with a 4 year old and all of the staff were incredibly friendly. From the porter to reception, to the hotel restaurant and the souvenir shop! We felt so welcome. And there was no request that was a burden. The hotel is so calming, with the sea in the background. The pools are amazing, so big and clean! I also love that they have a big indoor pool with a waterfall. My son really liked that one. We stayed in a family room, which was on the ground floor and close to everything. Our room was very clean and neat. It was our anniversary and they even surprised us with a bottle of sparking wine! I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you have children. They will love the pool. There is also a kids club, which we didn't get a chance to use. Also, I found everything to be reasonably priced, from the restaurant to the souvenir shop to the spa and also late check-out. Also, if anyone of color is concerned about how you will be treated, I can tell you from first hand experience (we're an African American family) that everyone has been lovely, both in and out of the hotel. You have nothing to worry about. I'm very happy with our stay and would come back again in a heartbeat!

All the staff were friendly and helpful especially Dimitrina on Reception and “Georgia” from The Buffet area . The Spa provided an excellent service (pedicure by Dipa and Sima) was wonderful. The Hotel is very clean and well run in a splendid location.

Me, My husband, children, friends and family had a week stay there as I was getting married at coral bay residence. While getting ready at the hotel the staff went above and beyond to help make everything run smoothly — they were so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Location is great, just a short walk to the beach. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to relax and get ready for such a special day. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough — thank you to all the amazing staff for making our stay unforgettable! Can’t wait to visit again ❤️
• Travel35060452630 (8/5): Some outstanding staff that make your holiday - Some mixed feelings about this hotel. Firstly there are some outstanding staff, the wonderful Oanna who we first met at the Cava bar but found her everywhere working hard and helping customers and staff. She made sure we had everything we needed, always friendly and ensuring guests were happy throughout their stay, you can see her true dedication to her work and the guests (she was so wonderful that my son who dislikes hugging anyone gave her a big hug before leaving🥰) Also the lovely Cristianos better know as Leslie 😜 always made time to speak to with all the family and make little man laugh. The rooms were clean and the lady who supervised the cleaning team (sorry can’t remember your name) was so kind to all of us nothing too much trouble, also the manager of rooms helping my parents when they needed a different room. Speciality restaurants amazing, manager for those was a lovely man and the lady who booked us in the restaurants amazing made our wedding anniversary special with the extra touches at dinner. Unfortunately the reception staff seemed to have limited knowledge about things and were not the most helpful of people. Buffet restaurant a little disappointing food wise. The staff team work very hard here and always greet you with a smile and have a little chat, well all except the manager Nino, after my father pulled her up on the way she spoke so rudely to another member of staff she ignored us for the rest of our stay, not very professional! Some good evening entertainment and wonderful views, especially when the sun sets. A small draw back is the noise in the evening which I believe comes from the next hotel so not the fault of the hotel but just something to be mindful of. This is not the hotel for people with limited mobility and beaches are difficult to access. I think the hotel needs to think about if this should be adult only or a hotel that includes children. It is not really set up for kids, with children’s activities in rooms out the back, as if old meeting rooms were used as a second thought. A pleasant stay made better the majority of the team working there I hope management recognises all that you do and how lucky they are to have such wonderful people in their employment❤️
• SusieQ1966_11 (10/5): Excellent holiday - This is a really good hotel. The food is consistently excellent, especially in the à la carte restaurants. Staff are friendly and efficient and all work very hard. We had a confusingly named Mountain View family suite which was in fact one large room and not a suite. However, it was a beautiful, well equipped room with a huge balcony. The Evening entertainment is very good on the whole and the daytime entertainment is just pitched just right. Several members of staff deserve a special mention: Cristianos (Leslie), Lara & Fee from the entertainment team, Titu, Lara & Isa from the pool bar, Anna in the restaurant, Luxman in the Cava Bar, the housekeeping manager whose name I can’t remember but it started with R and wonderful Dimitrina on reception. Thank you for helping make our holiday so much fun. We really enjoyed meeting you all and we wish you all the best xxx

From the time we arrived until the day we left, we had high hopes for this hotel and we were certainly not disappointed. The hotel, its staff, the amenities the food /drink everything completely exceeded our expectations. I must say the hotel staff were very attentive and could not have looked after us any better, they had it just right and nothing was too much trouble. We would not want to single out any department as each done everything it possibly could to ensure that our holiday was great. The food/service was exceptional and plenty to choose from, the rooms are modern and very clean, the grounds are kept pristine. What really stood out to us was the history of the hotel, the family that run it and their passion for sustainability. Need more of this, not enough of it nowdays!! Would highly recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed.
• NorthStar555259 (10/5): Amazing - Location little bit isolated but good bus routes to Coral Bay and Harbour, couple of small shops nearby, gardens spectacular and well cared for. Service is instant whatever you need or want and cleaning is impeccable. My room was just what I wanted for a lovely nights sleep. Sunbeds everywhere inc. your own private ones on private balcony. Plenty fresh food choices the fruit is amazing and can't get this fresh and ripe at home also enjoyed the fresh bread in the morning and hot food is kept warm. Basically you just sit back enjoy . Only small complaint the wardrobe stunk of sweat from previous occupants, maybe it's the decorative ropes in there harbouring the smell so I left the doors open all holiday.

Food and breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. We liked the entertainment and the shows. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

• dorit (7/5): לא אחזור - פקידה הקבלה היתה מדהימה בשם דימיטרינה עזרה לי במצוקה בה הייתי לאחר כניסה ראשונית לחדר ודאגה בכל התקופה לשלומי התזת חומרי בישום על ויילונות וחומרי ניקוי עם ריח דומיננטי לא נעשים בזמן שאורח מגיע וילונות החדר ואומרים לו תשאירי את החלון פתוח לאוורור בחום האקלים עמדתי על החלפת חדר שלא! רצו להחליף היות והזמנתי בבוקינג ולא דרכם... עמדתי לעזוב ואז החליפו לא לפני שהודיעו לי שזה רק ללילה אחד ואז אחזור לראשון סירבתי, נשארתי בחדר האחר עד לתום התקופה. הרגשה לא נעימה

Mattresses too soft.There was lack of attention todetails for a 5 star resorts from no face towels to chipped mugs that weren't replaced. Seating in room very uncomfortable.

• Michal122 (10/5): Beautiful and clean place with great staff - We spent 3 days in Azia. The staff was extremly friendly and attentive. On the counter Dimitrina and George gave us excellent service. In the Asphadel SPA Theofania managed everything in perfect order. And Dipa as well as Sima gave us heavenly treatments. Definitely was a great experience.

• Theodora (5/5): Beautiful area, but overpriced. - The pools and the greenery around the hotel was gorgeous. It was so nice to go around for a walk, everything was beautiful. The breakfast has a lot of options for everybody. I booked a room with an outdoor hot tub and they put us in one with an indoor one (bathtub). I did mention it to the reception and they showed me another room, but that room wasnt ready yet and I didnt bother to make the switch. The bathtub had visible dirt in it, and when i filled it up to try the jaccuzzi, a small cockroach appeared out of one of the holes. not very fun. While breakfast had a lot of options, the taste wasnt anything too great. It was okay. The beds were not as comfortable for a room that cost 400-500 euros a night. Generally, the rooms are not worth what they are charging. I was expecting more luxury. Also, not a big deal but, we arrived around 14:00 to our rooms. Outside the next room, someone had placed on the floor some used plates and cups. Those remained there until afternoon the next day.

We genuinely felt the staff (front desk, restaurant, pool bar) were happy and did everything they could to make our stay as good as it possibly could be. Particular mentions to Denise (for ensuring we had the best room for our needs) and also Dimitrina on reception and Alf at the pool bar for just being exceptionally cheerful and giving you the feeling nothing was too much trouble. On top of that the food was absolutely excellent at all the restaurants we tried. A wonderful holiday!

The singer was of Incredible high standard who performed at the lounge a few times in the evening. The main buffet was of very good quality with a really lovley place to eat sitting by the pool with a sea view. I also was lucky enough to have a massage at the spa with Sima, one of the best I’ve ever had! (I am also a trained massage therapist!!) thank you Sima, Theofama and Dipa for looking after me and fitting me in to have a massage as it was almost full booked out!

This is an outstanding hotel with exceptional staff who go out of their way to provide superb service & care. Even when they're busy, they always find time to talk with you. A special thank you to Nino, Irini, Kristina, Joanna & all the staff in the buffet restaurant. Also Tibo & Alice in the à la carte restaurants who work tirelessly. We'd also like to mention Maria the cashier in the Cava bar who is so kind, & Paul the porter who always chatted with us. All the staff are attentive & do all they can to make your experience so special. The housekeeping manager, Rodulla, is a great asset to the hotel & leads an excellent team. This year she arranged for us to visit the hotel's plantation to see the acres of crops they grow to supply the hotel with fresh fruit & vegetables. We're looking forward to staying at the Azia next year.
• Stossyb (10/5): Excellent stay - Just leaving Azia after a wonderful week holiday. The hotel is in a quiet location, well run , spotless and all staff were cheerful and did there best to accommodate everything for us. Special shout out to Nimo in the buffet, who made us welcome, especially towards Olivia our grand daughter. The entertainment staff were tireless and provided an amazing array of activities every day. Fee, Claudia, Chris and Lara are deserving of praise for their professionalism and energy. Excellent kids clubs with kind supervision and a good range of activities. Good choices of Buffet food every meal and as Premium guests we indulged in complimentary cocktails and cakes in the afternoon. Music and shows in the evening were good too for the type of environment. Only minor niggle was the shower/ bathroom s were bit dated. Would definitely return, it is a small family hotel that exceeds expectations.

Very kind and helpful staff especially the room maintenance and restaurant service. Very tasty and ample food. Thank you for the lovely birthday cake and making that day even more special. I'm missing you already! Nothing. Great experience!
