• Leslie (6/5): Sympa, mais pas mémorable. - L’emplacement est très bien face a la mer. L’hôtel est joliment décoré, c’est cozy et moderne. Meme en ayant pris une option premium et avoir été surclassés la chambre était vraiment très petite. Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas d’ascenseur est vraiment gênant à mon sens… avec des valises et en étant enceinte, ce n’était pas du tout pratique vu le standing attendu. Les options pour le petit-déjeuner étaient trop limitées.

• Sonia (9/5): Fantástico hotel con vistas al mar - La ubicación frente a la playa es fantástica con estupendas vistas al mar. La habitación y el baño son amplios y la cama muy cómoda. Muchos detalles en la habitación para disfrutar, como café, te, agua fresca (los cuales reponían todos los días), albornoz y chanclas para la ducha.... La situación del hotel en calle con restaurantes y comercios y muy cerca del epicentro de la ciudad es ideal para disfrutar unos días. La ducha es algo incómoda porque la puerta de la mampara se abre hacia adentro y no hay sitio para entrar a la ducha sin restregarte por las paredes de la ducha. No hay ascensor, aunque nos subió las maletas a la habitación un trabajador muy majo y servicial.

Ignore any reviews older than May 25, as this has new owners, has had a full refurbishment and it's fabulous. Small (only 9 rooms) but everything is just perfect - the location, the room, the view, the food and best of all the staff are fantastic. Our ocean confort room had floor to ceiling windows which open onto an amazing view of the beach below, over the bar/restaurant terraces. The bed is bliss, the ensuite shower room is roomy, everything works and is spotlessly clean. The bar and restaurant are busy with non-residents who come for the chilled vibe and great food so it doesn't feel like a small hotel, it just feels right. We're not french-speakers but all the staff were so friendly and helpful, whilst completely professioal and never over-familiar. Special mention for manager Fanny, for whom nothing was too much trouble, always ready with a smile and an answer to provide anything needed. We loved it, and would not hesitate to return. Our first time in Biarritz, which we thought was a great place to visit, and we couldn't be happier with our choice of hotel. 10/10! Read less

On recommande à 100% ! - L’accueil du personnel est exceptionnel, toutes les personnes travaillant dans cet établissement ont été extrêmement accueillant et arrangeant, malgré la présence de beaucoup de personnes en ce week-end du 15 août. Nous avons été impressionné par la qualité de l’accueil et la gentillesse de tout le monde, un grand merci ! En dehors de cela, les chambres sont propres et décorées avec goût. Le restaurant est excellent, aussi bien la nourriture que le cocktail et le rooftop … quel spot 🤩

The bed was very small for a double bed. The room itself was much smaller than expected and hard to walk around the bed to get to the bathroom as the mini bar was in the way. The terrace room we had requested was positioned on the main hotel terrace with diners sitting right next just next to us.
