- Sandra (7/5): Mittelmäßig - Eine schöne Lage, wenn man am Pool oder am Strand ist. Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist okay außer man ergattert einen Platz in der ersten Reihe, dann top. Toll war das Parkservice. Was meiner meiner nach überhaupt nicht world leading Hotel entspricht, ist die Aussicht von der Suit. schattig und man schaut direkt auf das Dach der Suiten in der ersten Reihe . Hat garkeine schöne Atmosphäre gemacht, im Gegenteil. Ich buche eine suit im was besonders zu haben und komm mir dann vor wie in einer kleinen Reihenhaus Wohnung. Es gab auch nicht den Hinweis 2. Reihe, sonst hätte ich das natürlich berücksichtigt. Und jetzt zu dem was 0/10 Punkte gibt … Early Breakfast um 6 Uhr war nicht möglich, nicht mal ein Kaffee. Wir bekamen eine Sackerl mit zwei Boxen. Einmal ein Toastbrot mit Schinken und Käse und ein hartgekochtes Ei und dann noch ein paar Früchte in der anderen Box. Eine Schande für ein Hotel für das wir 600 Euro pro Nacht inklusive Frühstück bezahlt haben. Siehe oben

The hotel grounds, pool and beach were beautiful! 5 star all the way around! Highly recommend the hotel for a relaxing beach vacation! My only comment (which isn't a negative against booking a stay here) is the rooms with a private pool. We booked one but the sun was never on the deck/pool area so we wished we would have skipped spending the money on having the private pool. The main pool and beach are beautiful and would just go that route.

Dus heel gezellig is het niet, de één kijkt nog arroganter uit zijn ogen dan de ander. Niet gezellig De wellnes is tegen betaling toegankelijk. Dit staat niet in verhouding tot de prijzen van de kamers. 4 nachten voor 2700 euro en dan extra geld vragen voor de wellnes... Daarnaast is het eten sterk overpriced. Een glas prosecco kost 17.50... staat wederom niet in verhouding.

- Maciej (10/5): It was the best holiday of our lives. - Belinda Carlisle once sang that heaven is a place on earth. I believe we found that very place on Zakynthos, at Lesante Blu. Lesante Blu truly feels more like paradise than a hotel. Stunning views, elegant interiors, delicious cuisine at the restaurants, smiling guests (which comes as no surprise), and above all – the outstanding service. Nowhere else in the world have we been treated so exceptionally well. The staff, both at the hotel and especially in the restaurants, were unfailingly patient, highly professional, and incredibly attentive. Our room, complete with a private pool and breathtaking sea view, was perfectly equipped and cleaned twice a day by the kindest housekeepers, who always made sure we never lacked a thing. I would like to thank the entire Lesante Blu team for the best holiday of our lives. My dream, my goal, and my plan is to return – and I have never meant those words more sincerely. If you are looking for a place that combines luxury, beauty and true hospitality – Lesante Blu is it. P.S. – Before choosing this hotel, we read many reviews, and in quite a few of them one particular name appeared: Peggy, with guests sending her special greetings. At the time I wondered what it was all about – now I know. Peggy is the soul of this hotel and the embodiment of the quality, warmth, and professionalism that such a place should aspire to. Peggy – thank you for those 10 wonderful days. Lesante Collection should be proud to have someone like you on their team. Some might say that €8 for a bottle of water at dinner (which itself is included in the half-board package) is too much. One could also argue that both the hotel rates and the extra charges are on the higher side. Nevertheless, the value for money far exceeds expectations, so in my opinion, complaining about prices feels exaggerated. It could also be said that the Wi-Fi could be more stable. In the rooms, the internet works noticeably slower than by the pool or by the sea. But then again – do you really travel to such a place to spend your time online? I doubt it. Still, it’s an area that could perhaps be improved a little.

- Marie (10/5): - Snídaně jsou obrovské - velké množství pečiva, ovoce, teplého bufetu plus si můžete objednat na přání další jídlo dle menu. Udělali mi i ovesnou kaši, která na menu nebyla. Džusy z čerstvé šťávy grep nebo pomeranč byly samozřejmostí. Požádala jsem o čerstvou šťávu z mrkve a každý den jsem ji pak měla připravenou :-). Večeře byly také vynikající (domácí pečivo, polévka, 2 předkrmy, hlavní chod, dezert nebo čerstvé ovoce). Hotel má soukromou pláž, která je čistá, lehátka plus příjemná obsluha (pití, jídlo). Jely jsme si s dcerou odpočinout a jelikož už jsme obě na Zakyntosu byly, pobývaly jsme celý týden pouze v hotelu na pláži a naprosto jsme se zrelaxovaly.

The hotel is stunning, with breathtaking sea views, and both breakfast and dinner are truly exceptional — worth the trip on their own for the quality and refinement. The staff make the experience even more special: always courteous, attentive, and welcoming. A special mention goes to Peggy, whose smile and positivity are truly contagious; she made us feel at home and even taught us a bit of Greek — Efharisto! 🇬🇷 The baker chef Vasilis and the pastry chef Dimitris also deserve recognition for their creations: pastries and desserts stand out for both variety and flavor. Where else could you enjoy a panettone (better than many in Italy!) by the sea in August? Brilliant! Our thanks as well to the entire Gaia team and its manager Kostas, and last but not least, to Jessica for her caring and thoughtful attention throughout our stay. - Paola (6/5): La manager del front desk is terrible. - Posizione e location Pessimi servizi proposti dall’hotel in termini di noleggio auto e gite in barca/ escursioni Sono carissime, hanno prezzi diversi se paghi cash o con carta di credito ( illegale) e se ti capita qualche inconveniente (come rimanere in mezzo al mare con il motore della barca rotto) lo staff dell’hotel, che te li ha proposti, non ti supporta. Credo che siano collusi, cioè l’hotel riceva dei soldi sui i servizi che ti propone, ma questi non sono per nulla all’altezza del millantato livello dell’ hotel-5 stelle. Suggerisco assolutamente di avvalersi di altri servizi esterni.

L'accoglienza è stata eccezionale con un drink di benvenuto graditissimo e descrizione dettagliata di tutti i servizi che la struttura offre (non ricordo il nome ma la signora che ci ha accolto sapeva parlare benissimo l'italiano, ci siamo sentiti a casa!) Personale qualificato che coccola costantemente gli ospiti, si mostrano sempre gentili e sorridenti. Siamo rimasti stupiti per l'upgrade della camera. Pulizia eccezionale, kit di cortesia assortiti, letto confortevole, tavolino con acqua, bottiglia di vino bianco e macarons gratuiti. Spazi comuni eleganti e tenuti con cura. Colazione eccezionale,ricca e variegata dal dolce al salato, grande attenzione del personale di sala per le richieste e per le allergie (la Signora Peggy davvero solare e gentile, il suo kalimera è radioso!). La zona esterna con la piscina a sfioro con vista mare è qualcosa che da un senso di pace, non c'è chiasso, lettini super comodi con materassi imbottiti e teli mare offerti dalla struttura. Stessa situazione si trova giù nella piccola spiaggetta della struttura. Non sempre si trovano lettini liberi in piscina. L'acqua della piscina esterna della camera è fredda.

- Marc (8/5): Sehr schön. Das Hotel hat aber Verbesserungspotenzial auf 5-Sterne Niveau. - Wir hatten die Wedding-Suite mit eigenem Pool und Meerblick. Es hat fast nur Suiten. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sie geben sich viel Mühe sind aber nicht immer auf 5-Sterne Niveau. Badezimmer im Schlafzimmer finde ich nicht optimal. Die Musik im Restaurant Ostria war immer viel zu laut. Das Restaurant ist schon ziemlich teuer, v.a. auch die Weine. Aber top Stimmung etc.

- Karin (9/5): Alles spitzenmäßig - eine wunderbare Woche am Meer! - Wunderschöne Anlage, Zimmer sehr geräumig und komfortabel, große Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Tolles Pool mit bequemen Liegen, sehr aufmerksames Service. Der Strand ist klein aber fein. Alle Restaurants top, großes Frühstücksbuffet. Hier ein herzliches Danke speziell an Peggy, sie hat uns mit ihrer fröhlichen und herzlichen Art einen schönen Start in den Tag beschert. Generell wurden alle Extrawünsche sofort erfüllt - danke an das ganze Personal. Spitze!! Wir haben die Life-Musik am Abend im Restaurant beim Pool etwas zu laut gefunden. Man konnte sich nicht mehr gut unterhalten. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau...

Beautiful, quiet and relaxing. No issue getting beach beds. Great service. We thought the pool with our room would have been private but it could be seen by many other rooms. That was disappointing. we loved the Beach Bar but thought it was a shame that it closed so early. Would have been great if it had stayed open all evening. That was our favourite place. The town closest to the hotel was not nice. Zakynthos town was much better but further by taxi.

We had a pool outside and a lovely bathtub. And the beach was right in front of us. We could enjoy our Prosecco in the sea. Couldn’t ask for more. And the breakfast was super !
- Beata (7/5): Hôtel au nord de l’île avec accès direct à la mer - L’hôtel est au bord de la mer avec une petite plage. Les chambres sont spacieuses, toutes ont une vue mer et certaines des piscines privées. Les équipements de qualité : les transats sont larges et confortables, les restaurants joliment agencés. Une belle piscine à débordement de 40 mètres. Le petit déjeuner est varié avec un buffet que l’on peut compléter à la carte. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable, toujours au petits soins et efficace. Le spa est très beau avec des soins bien exécutés. L’hôtel exposé plein nord. La plage de l’hôtel est petite et l’espace piscine parfois surchargé avec des transats qui se touchent. Le fitness bien équipé mais relativement petit (ne pouvant accueillir que maximum 10 personnes en même temps). Malgré les installations de qualité, on manque d’espace vitale pour s’isoler. Il est également dommage que l’eau ne soit servie avec parcimonie (une bouteille par chambre, sachant que l’eau du robinet n’est pas potable), les consommations de l’eau à la piscine et à la plage sont également facturés 8,50€ la bouteille. Il serait judicieux de mettre à disposition des fontaines à eau, compte tenu des chaleurs surtout l’été.

- Laura (10/5): - Ein echtes 5 Sterne Hotel, exzellenter Service, wunderschöne Anlage, Privatsphäre. Das Personal ist unschlagbar, Dimitros und Peggy haben uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. “Nicht Gefallen” ist übertrieben, allerdings sollte bei diesem Preis die Sauberkeit makellos sein, was beim Check in auf dem Zimmer nicht 100% der Fall war. Die Preise für Speisen und Getränke sind gesalzen, was allerdings zu erwarten war. Wir kommen trotzdem wieder!

- Julia (10/5): Perfect flawless holiday - The staff is real treasure of the hotel, the service is first class, amazing food, breathtaking views, organised boat trip, loved every minute of our holiday I've assumed there are yoga classes at the hotel. But morning yoga is at their sister hotel, 10-15 mins drive, with no complimentary shuttle. Just a little note to yoga enthusiasts:)

We hadden graag het diner ook op het resort gedaan, maar dst voe - Goede bedden, lekkere zwemgelegenheden, goed eten, service is top Er loopt veel personeel en je voelt je in de eetgelegenheden niet heel relaxed omdat ze je van voor je tafel in de gaten houden. Als het eten amper op is je bord weg halen. We hadden het idee dat een behoorlijk deel van het personeel nieuw was en de coördinatie niet soepel ging. Tijdens ontbijt kwamen bijvoorbeeld 7 verschillende mensen bedienen, ik zou zeggen 1 of 2 verschillende. Het diner was lekker, maar de perfectie wat er door het restaurant beschreven wordt misten we. Daardoor is het in onze optiek te duur voor wat je krijgt. Op andere locaties eet je bijna of net zo lekker voor de helft of meer dan de helft van het geld. Het resort was voor ons een plek om bij te komen van een pittige periode. Uitslapen tot 10 is wel lekker. Het ontbijt is geopend tot 11, maar om 10.40 uur gingen ze al opruimen en laatste juice schenken. Wij waren er 10.15 uur. We kregen daardoor stress, waardoor mijn vriendin met minder sterke darmen eigenlijk geen eten naar binnen krijgt. Ik had verwacht dat er om 11 uur geen nieuwe producten worden bijgeplaatst, maar dat je gerust tot 11.30 uur kan ontbijten voor wie wil.
