• Rho-man (8/5): Schöne Appartements an guter Lage - Schöne Ausstattung, gute Lage Fenster bieten wenig Schallschutz, können aber gleichzeitig nicht genügend geöffnet werden um die Hitze und Feuchtigkeit aus dem Appartement zu lüften, daher beginnt es schnell etwas abgestanden zu riechen. Das Badezimmer ist etwas eng.

• Brian (8/5): Recently refurbished good location - Very convenient for tube train and buses and local shopping facilities on the High Street. Recently refurbished to a good standard. I was in the top apartment which was quiet but could get hot in the summer. Possibly apartments further down in the building could could be noisy as the building is on West end Lane which is busy.
• Emilie (9/5): Amazing localisation, everything you need in a small space! - It's small but it has everything you need. A little kitchenette, a really nice shower, big bed. And the Jubilee line is at 1min by foot, lot of restaurants all around. The Jubilee line will allow you to join the Picadilly line really easily and to join every point of interest and even more. Honestly except the fact that I was at the last floor and I'm not sportive to climb that much stairs. Perfect.

• Emily (8/5): Clean apartment - Clean apartment and in a great location, handy for bars and restaurants and the tube. The building and the apartment was very hot even with the heating off and the window open and fan on we struggled to sleep
• Chanikya (8/5): Best stay. - It was right beside the bus stop and West Hampstead Train station. Very well connected to centre. Comfortable stay. Definitely staying again. Worth the money. I didn’t know it doesn’t have lift. We got our room in 3rd floor. I wouldn’t say it’s bad. But because of all day exploring the city. Coming back to the stay after a tiring day felt hectic.

Machine expresso avec capsules, bouilloire Notre logement était côté rue et c'était très très bruyant, pas de double vitrage = Trop compliqué de rester dans l'appartement trop longtemps mais le plus difficile était de dormir : impossible pendant 3 jours !! Nous en sommes sortis extrêmement fatigués !!

• Dawn (9/5): - The apartment was very close to the Tube with a fabulous variety of places to eat nearby, as well as a supermarket. It was straight forward to get into the building and apartment. The room itself was clean with a comfortable bed and a useful kitchenette. I recommend it! It was a warm night so we had to leave the windows open. The main road outside was loud, late into the night, especially with a pub on the corner with people using raised voices. However, I slept beautifully through all the noise. My partner is a light sleeper, unfortunately. so did not sleep well. There is a fan if you are too hot though. The noise wouldn't put me off booking again, but others may not like it.

• Helene (8/5): Great for solo weekend - As a solo female traveller felt very safe. Very close to tube station. Very secure entry to apartment. There was a periodic fan style noise that woke me up. Cleaning staff were noisy in the morning

• Olivier (6/5): Gute Lage, leider lauter störender Nachtlärm im Haus - Das Zimmer war sehr klein (es ist kleiner als es auf den Fotos erscheint), hatte aber alles, was man brauchte für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Die Lage war gut, nahe ÖV. Auch in der Nähe hat es Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Restaurants etc. In der ersten Nacht wurden wir von einem lauten (in der Stille hört sich alles noch lauter an) Geräusch geweckt, das wie eine Lüftung klang, die sehr lange anhielt. Dann hörte es auf und ging später wieder los. Dies ging die ganze Nacht und auch die darauf folgenden Nächte so. Bestimmt war es auch tagsüber zu hören, da waren wir aber unterwegs. Keine Ahnung was das war, hat aber vielleicht mit der Energie-/Wärmegewinnung zu tun. Da die Häuser bestimmt nicht so top isoliert sind, hörte es sich so an, als wäre es im Raum und liess uns nicht gut schlafen. Wir erwachten immer wieder ab dem Lärm. Sehr schade und sehr, sehr lästig. Denn abgesehen von diesem lauten Lärm, war es ruhig. Man hörte keinen Verkehr (wir hatten das Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Hauses) und auch kaum Gäste. Dies ist ein sehr störender Punkt, weshalb ich diesen Aufenthalt für weitere Aufenthalte leider nicht mehr in Betracht ziehen werde und es auch nur denen empfehlen kann, die einen sehr tiefen Schlaf haben und sich von gar nichts stören lassen.

The only thing missing is a full length mirror in the bedroom or a mirror somewhere near a plug for when you are drying/styling hair.

• JoschyWi (7/5): - Das Apartment war sauber und die Ausstattung ausreichend. Die Anbindung an die U-Bahn ist sehr gut. In der Nähe ein Supermarkt und Pub sowie ein paar weitere Geschäfte. Das Bett war leider sehr klein, sodass die Erholung über Nacht nicht optimal war. Zu dem war das Bett etwas durchgelegen bzw zu weich. Die Straße ist in der Nacht ziemlich laut, falls man Lärmempfindlich ist.

Notre studio était au dernier étage sans ascenseur ce qui n’était pas un problème pour nous mais qui pourrait l’être pour certains.

• Annelies (8/5): Modern en schoon appartement, met wat kleine aanpassingen is dit een geweldige plek. - Fijne locatie, meestal rustig. Ook winkels, koffietentjes en een pub dichtbij. Het is wel iets verder van het centrum, maar goed bereikbaar met bus en metro. Erg schoon en goed uitgerust appartement, ideaal voor een kort verblijf. De ijskast deed het niet, maar maakte wel veel herrie. Het bed is net te klein voor twee personen, ik denk dat het 140 cm breed was. Ook jammer was dat we nergens de wifi code konden vinden, dit stond ook niet vermeld in de email.

It is literally next to the tube station and next to shops, restaurants They even manages to get me earlier check in as I needed to attend a call, which was really appreciated. All the amenities included, so you can even cook or use micro if you want to. Clean, wifi was good, generally quiet and decently comfortable bed

Plenty of tea and coffee provided. Toiletries provided and plenty of them. 2 TV's and crockery, cutlery and glasses for 2.

Nous recommandons ! Le lit de 140 (Queen size) est confortable mais un peu étroit pour 2 grandes personnes

• Zena (8/5): Overall, it was a good stay. The company just needs to adjust a few things such as the mattress and air conditioning sys - Good location. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by. The place was exceptionally clean when I arrived. The cleaners do a great job. Modern bathroom and kitchen The bed wasn’t comfortable at all. I had to buy a mattress topper given I was staying there for a month. The company also needs to get some kind of air conditioning system installed. It can be extremely hot at night time and it’s a struggle to sleep. The room I stayed in had no windows, there was a back door which you can open to get some breeze in, but obviously that’s not a safe thing to do at night time to leave a door open.

Communication was very clear regarding check in and door codes etc. The bed was small and the noise from the street was extremely loud, I actually got up during the night to check the windows weren't open. There is no noise insulation at all.
