• Agustin (10/5): Excelente relacion precio-calidad - Ubicacion excelente, justo al frente de la playa- Y el host nos recomendó con un restaurante de al lado para poder tener reposeras y sombrillas gratis en la playa. La habitacion es muy amplia y cumple con todos los requisitos basicos.

• Mariia (10/5): - Amazing beach front, sea view, sound of waves, great location - easy to move around the island with public transport. A lot of restaurants nearby, shops, whatever you need. Very beautiful and clean inside, cleaning every day if you want to. It was a bit loud in the night due to party places around, but around 2-3 am it was totally quiet with only sounds of waves from the sea. The beach is a bit rocky, make sure to bring special swimming shoes.

• Patricia Ninoska (9/5): Right in front of the sea — great food and great people - The hotel was very easy to find, located right in front of the sea, and it has a restaurant. I tried eating at other places, but honestly, the food at the hotel was much more delicious and at a better price. Everything was excellent — the service, the attention, the kindness of the people. From the cleaning staff to the receptionist, everyone was friendly, always smiling, and happy to give directions or information. Overall, I truly recommend staying here — the price is totally worth it.

Achei o quarto muito pequeno, a TV não funcionava e não tem box no banheiro, é uma cortina que atrapalha bastante o banho e consequentemente molha o restante do banheiro.

Eiskasten, Fön, Shampoo, Duschgel, Seife, genügend Klopapier... Tägliche Reinigung. Personal sehr nett. Katzenfreundlich!!!!!! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Die Reinigungsdame/herr hat (die Hälfte der mitgenommenen) Medikamente weg geworfen. Die Packung war eingerissen, das könnte wie Müll aussehen, allerdings lag die Packung zwischen Zahnbürste und Deospray im Bad (dort lag auch sonst keine Mist). Es sollte vom Gast nichts weg geworfen werden, was der Gast nicht in den Mistkübel gibt! (zum Glück Not-Reserve mit gehabt, wäre sonst spannend geworden, was rezeptpflichtiges zu bekommen..). Einmal war Live-Musik bis nach 1 Uhr morgens ca. 20m vom Zimmer entfernt in einer Bar. Wir wussten, dass man Musik hören könnte und das stört uns auch absolut nicht. Diese Lautstärke, die man trotz geschlossenen Balken und Fenster deutlich hörte, hätte nicht unbedingt sein müssen. Ich vermute jedoch, dass dies nur wenige Zimmer des Hotels gehört haben, da manche in andere Richtungen liegen (Hat natürlich nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun)

• Caithlin (9/5): Super pretty location. The beach is literally outside the property. No beachside road to ruin the atmosphere. Just a bea - Right on the beach. Extremely sweet and polite and helpful staff. Clean and room cleaned daily. Really peaceful - especially considering it’s right on the beach in the middle of everything. The rooms are at the back of the property and so shielded from noise. Extremely close to restaurants, shops, bakeries, bars etc and the bus stop to Fira and everywhere else is 5 minutes away. Free loungers for accommodation guests. Would come again. No kettle - I brought my own. Do not use the tap water for making tea!! Bottled water is extremely cheap and available everywhere.

• Tom KY (8/5): Would Recommend this Hotel. - Location was excellent and the hotel staff were amazing. Always helpful and did everything with a smile. The only downside which wasn't a major issue was the lack of a swimming pool. A few of the days we were there were windy and swimming in the sea wasn't possible.

Comfortable beds, quite satisfactory wi-fi. Location - the hotel is in the street of bars and restaurants, so all the noise is heard in the rooms. Some things (e.g. outdoor furniture, sunbeds) need renovation.

• Fabrizio (8/5): Posizione impagabile, struttura da migliorare - Il vero punto di forza è la posizione assolutamente impagabile, proprio fronte mare e con lettini inclusi, cosa che rende il soggiorno molto piacevole. Il prezzo risulta bilanciato: la posizione è davvero perfetta, mentre la struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche miglioria. La struttura ha sicuramente molto potenziale, ma purtroppo non è del tutto sfruttato. L’arredamento è un po’ datato, anche se gli ambienti risultano comunque puliti. Nota negativa la tenda della doccia, poco igienica e sicuramente da rivedere. Il personale non è molto accogliente, tranne i due ragazzi che si occupano della spiaggia e del check in. Rumore già dalla mattina presto.

Ottima anche la compagnia della famiglia di gatti ospiti della struttura, mamma papà e tre piccolini. Non abbiamo testato il servizio pranzo e cena avendo preferito altri ristoranti in zona. La posizione è sulla strada pedonale centrale quindi di notte si sente un po di chiacchiericcio, si consigliano tappi per le orecchie.

Rooms were adequate size with fridge and TV The reception appeared to be the old managers bedroom and staff didn’t seem to encourage people to eat and drink at the front of the property (at evening all shut up and dark). All other beach side hotels were buzzing with people eating and drinking.
• Luigi (6/5): Bene,Pulizia da rivedere... - L'Hotel ha una posizione fantastica,di fronte alla spiaggia di Kamari e in una zona centralissima,e fornisce gratuitamente ombrelloni e lettini per chi alloggia in hotel. Garantisce anche 2 asciugamani al giorno,i lettini sono molto alti e comodi e c'è un solerte servizio in spiaggia dove si possono prendere bibite e varia scelta di cibo. Altra cosa ottima è la possibilità di prenotare direttamente in reception eventuali transfer per l'aeroporto o i vari tours che si possono fare a Santorini,sia Bus che Barca. Un consiglio: se volete fare i tours,fatevi un giro nelle vicinanze perché ci sono due o tre agenzie che li offrono a prezzi leggermente più bassi e con più varietà. Il transfer l'ho prenotato sia all'andata che al ritorno con la reception e mi sono trovato benissimo. Ciò che non mi è piaciuto è la pulizia della struttura,il service viene effettuato effettivamente tutti i giorni ma mette solo apposto la stanza,non c'è cambio lenzuola tutti i giorni,cambiano solo gli asciugamani e la pulizia della stanza e del bagno è praticamente assente. Abbiamo notato che il bagno veniva solo sciacquato,non veniva lavato il water e neanche il lavandino e anche il cambio del sapone o della carta igienica dovevamo richiederlo noi. Questo è stato il più grande problema. La struttura è centrale ma datata e rispetto ad altre a pochi metri si nota la differenza di come viene tenuta. La stanza è più piccola di come sembra dalle foto e se ci dovete stare tanti giorni finisce per essere piccola anche solo per un paio di valigie. C'è un bel balcone in alcune stanze,fra cui quello che abbiamo utilizzato noi,ma la presenza delle piante rampicanti è un problema perché perdono continuamente i fiori e non vengono puliti ed eliminati,il balcone risulta così spesso sporco e difficilmente utilizzabile. In definitiva il prezzo non è eccessivo per gli standard che offre,però ritengo che pagando qualcosa in più si possa trovare strutture migliori,tenute meglio e con dei servizi più adeguati a poca distanza. Spero che si migliori la pulizia perché è davvero un tasto dolente.

Very scratchy and rough. They need fabric softener.

• Maja Manseth (8/5): Utrolig fin beliggenhet til grei pris og grei standar. - Utrolig fin beliggenhet. Rett ved stranden og vi fikk solsenger gjennom hotellet. Luktet kloakk fra sluken på badet så når baderomsdøren sto åpen luktet det ikke så godt på rommet.
• Alex (7/5): Good Value for money - Room was as expected just the basic, fridge was good and Iron was provided when asked, A/C worked well, but it lacked a kettle and a couple of cups (sometimes one wakes up early in the morning and there is nowhere to take a coffee) but all in all the room was clean and comfortable, Bathroom could be better as it was a little too small and not always had hot water. The hotel location is excellent and the staff very nice and helpful. Bathroom too small and hot water was not always available
• Carminati (7/5): Posizione perfetta! - La posizione è sicuramente il punto forte con lo stabilimento proprio davanti all’hotel. Staff cordiale e sempre disponibile. In generale, la struttura rispetto agli altri lidi vicino risulta più obsoleta. Bisognerebbe giusto rinnovarla un po’.

• Maria (9/5): meravigliosa vacanza sul mare - Deliziosa struttura sulla spiaggia di Kamari. L'ombrellone e i lettini sono a disposizione gratuitamente per i clienti. A piedi si passeggia piacevolmente in tutta Kamari dove è possibile cenare, passeggiare per i negozietti e accedere a tutti i servizi utili come affittare un'auto. Le stanze sono situate in vari piani dell'edificio collegate da un corridoio all'aperto molto bello. Al mattino l'impatto visivo del mare incorniciato dalle piante della struttura è incantevole. Personale molto riservato ma sempre presente. Le camere sono semplici ma spaziose e comode per gestire le valigie di una settimana di vacanza. Presente tv con canali italiani, prodotti per il bagno e phon. Pulizie quotidiane e cambio asciugamani. Bagno piccolo ma giusto per una vacanza estiva. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente! nulla

Excellent location - right in front of the beach, 15 minutes drive to the airport (ask for transfer), cheap yet comfortable public bus to Fira (2€, 15-20 minutes), short boat ride to Perissa (8€, 15-20 minutes). Local shops and restaurants for every taste. Nothing to complain about.

Accueil glacial et indifférent : même pas bienvenue, une boisson d'accueil, des conseils pour visiter l'ile alors que nous avions réservé 2 chambres pour 7 jours. Personnel parlant à peine l'anglais, alors qu'il est indiqué qu'il parle plusieurs langues. Photos mensongères en tout cas pour la chambre 17 du rdc, avec vue sur mur borgne qui devrait servir plutôtde debarras. Aucune visibilité du soleil dans la chambre avec obligation de mettre la lumière en permanence. Odeur de remontée d'égout. Passage perpétuel du personnel qui commence le ménage à 7h du matin avec beaucoup de bruit, lorsque l'hôtel se trouve tout proche d'un beach club qui détonne jusqu'à plus de 2 heures du matin. Sans compter le balais incessant des avions....Donc, en fait hôtel ne permettant pas de dormir plus de 5 heures par nuit....super pour passer soit disant des vacances reposantes. Nous avons demandé à être remboursé....rien. nous avons demandé de changer de chambre...rien avec posture du dirigeant de l'hôtel totalement denigrante à notre égard avec une totale indifférence... il n'a même pas chercher des solutions et ne s'est même pas excuser pour le gêne et le préjudice occasionnés. Pas de petit déjeuner sur place, même pas une bouilloire dans les chambres... Plage de l'hotel totalement dégueulasse ressemblant à poubelle avec mego de cigarette, cadavre de canettes..... trop appréciable !!! Équipement minimaliste. On a eu vraiment l'impression de s'être fait voler avec une réservation totalement non conforme à ce qui a été vendue Il ne faut pas y aller !!!! Au secours, fuyons.... Bien dommage de tomber sur une telle prestation pas du tout à la hauteur de ce qui se pratique dans les îles grecques pour le même prix. A Fuir
