I did not like how the pictures on website don’t reflect the actual room. I booked an ocean view, which was actually a parking garage and in order to see the ocean I had to step on the balcony and turn to the side. I did speak to someone at the front desk and explained how I had been misled on the website, my room was changed to an oceanfront for my second night; this was the ocean view that was pictured for the room that I had booked. The pictures on the website are very misleading and should be updated.

- Tmm (9/5): Newer and nice - This is a new property to Atlantic City. The room was a good size, and nicely decorated. Very clean. Tte shower was strong and hot. It was on the south end of the boardwalk, near the Tropicana. They have bikes that you can use, loved that. We had a side ocean view, which was nice. The hotel also has a restsurant/ bar on site. The balcony, although it gave you a view of the ocean, was also directly across from the Tropicana's dumpster, so you really couldn't sit out there if the wind was blowing, yiu could really smell it.

The paint was clearly not done by a quality professional, bits of paint all over parts of the wall or shower. The elevator smelled gross. Location is great- anything you could need within walking distance. My only slight suggestion would be to improve the comfort of the balcony spaces. - Javier (7/5): Nice hotel but issues at check in. - The location is excellent, which was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. It is very convenient and makes it easy to get around and explore the area. The hotel itself is also impeccably clean and very well maintained. Everything looked spotless, from the common areas to the room, which made the stay feel comfortable and pleasant. You can tell that the hotel takes good care of the facilities and pays attention to cleanliness, something that I always really appreciate when traveling. The reception and service staff were very friendly, but I had a fairly serious issue with the charges during check-in. Even though I had already paid for the stay in advance, I was charged again at check-in. At first I paid because I thought it was for the deposit and parking, but when I saw the amount, I went back to reception to clarify it. They tried to convince me that the charge was indeed for the deposit and parking. However, I had to show them my bank account with all the charges from the hotel, because in total I had been charged more than $700 for two nights (including deposit and parking), on top of what I had already paid for the room, which was completely unreasonable. The receptionist even tried to shift the blame to me by saying that I had booked through a third party. Honestly, I don’t really understand what she meant by that. Nowadays almost everyone books through reservation platforms; who actually books directly with a hotel without using one of these sites? In the end, I had to go back to reception three times before they finally refunded all the money they had overcharged me. The reception staff were very young, and I understand that mistakes can happen. I have been using booking platforms for many years, and this is the first time in my life that a hotel has told me that the issue was because I booked through a “third party,” when in reality hotels themselves have agreements with these platforms. For the two days I stayed there, I constantly had to deal with this issue, which was very frustrating. Although it was eventually resolved, I had to return to reception a fourth time before leaving because the invoice they gave me didn’t even reflect the price I had paid for the room. Overall, the whole situation was a mess. In short, a bit more training for the reception staff would not hurt.

All our expectations were met and we watch the Weather Channel do a live broadcast outside the balcony. Dave the manager and Krystal were a great help and we will be going again when we plan to visit AC. Slight issue with the TV service being out but it was not the hotel fault as all were out.

Jetée en bas de l’hôtel , 1 er rang en terme de vue à 180 sur l’océan ! bravo a Love & Infinity pour leur gentillesse pour ce séjour qui malheureusement a été écourté à cause de la Tempête Les Concurrents devraient se remettre en question pour remettre à jour leur vétusté ! Vous êtes collés au Tropicana donc à est direct en 1mn et 5mn des tables de poker ou du reste . IMPEC! Rien
- Jillian (10/5): My New Favorite Hotel - This is my new favorite hotel, I loved the fragrance throughout smelling like the sea, the fitness center was impeccable; I had a lot of fun working out, everything was so beautiful in the hotel, I loved the shower it was the best shower I ever had in my life, the smart TVs are fantastic I enjoyed watching my personal YouTube on the tv, the staff was so friendly and professional and I loved and enjoyed the included vouchers, they had many coffee options for the morning at Cucina Del Mar and I enjoyed the iced mocha latte they made me. They did have thier own restaurant for breakfast and dinner. It's nice that it was also pet friendly. I think a few of the cleaning staff didn't understand the pet sign. We still wanted our to be cleaned once a day. But the situation was resolved. The room was perfect. I just wish that there was a microwave in it, for leftovers..

- Harvey (10/5): Great 👍🏼 - I would highly recommend this hotel 10 star for me, rooms, clean.\n The hotel smelled amazing front desk.\n Very welcoming. Comfortable bed, shower, nice size, water, pressure, great. They even let us check out at a later time. I thought that was nice and courteous so yeah, I would come back again. Didn't like the $20 parking fee? Maybe I was thinking because it was their property. We shouldn't have had to pay to park.
