La camera era curata in ogni dettaglio, spaziosa e molto confortevole. La posizione è comodissima, ideale sia per visitare la città che per godersi qualche giorno di relax. È raro trovare un posto così autentico e curato.

No ventilation in the room without opening the balcony door which is very noisy & no privacy from street or opposite neighbours. Needs AC. Consumables such as loo paper very cheap.

• Alexa (10/5): Beautiful stay in London. - This was a beautiful apartment. We booked the the floor split level room. If I were to go back I would get one of the regular studios only because my husband and I are quite tall and the stairs in the split level were very very small and narrow. But nothing beats this location, it was so easy to get everywhere. The place was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I highly recommend this place.

The hall was cool but we had to open the window for comfort - on cold days. Recommend hooks for towels in bathroom & a shelf above bathroom sink. Also toaster would be good. Instructions on how to work microwave & temp control needed.

• Carmen (8/5): Great location right in the heart of Notting Hill, beautiful but tiny room (not apartment).2 floors of very narrow stair - Location is great, very quiet neighbourhood, beautiful building.Room was tiny but very clean, full of light Room was located on 2nd floor with narrow stairs which made it very difficult for me to carry my suitcase all up there. I was not informed in advanced that there is no elevator otherwise I would have booked elsewhere. When I informed them via email (there is no staff on spot) they told me me it was listed, which is debatable as I looked at my emails and it wasn’t mentioned. No elevator is not a detail that needs to be listed and hidden in small letters but made clear during booking, to respect that some people might have a challenge with movement. One other thing is the extreme heat in the corridors of the building and inside the room. There was no heating on that we could turn it off, just so hot we couldn’t breath and we had to keep the window open at night (we were there April so not really summer outside so it must be something in the building causing this heat)

Not sure if the heater was broken and stuck on but even with a fan and the windows open the whole time it made sleeping difficult

However at night there was no reading light There was nower to hang towels in the bathroom. Also the bed width which was 1.30 m was small and the mattress duvet and pillow of very poor quality. We had no internet for 24 hours (although it was given a wifi password) but did not work. There was also an army of tiny ants on the floor.

C’est très très agréable ! Lit très petit ( moins d’1m40) , pas de sel poivre huile. ( c’est un détail mais c’est vrai que ça pourrait juste être rajouté )
• Anouk (7/5): Mooie locatie maar te duur - Mooie locatie in sjieke wijk van Londen, dichtbij metro dus makkelijk. Duur verblijf, wij kregen studio in de kelder met geen zicht naar buiten. Badkamer was heel klein, douchen was een uitdaging. Geen schoonmaak van de kamers, tenzij je bijbetaald had en schone handdoeken kregen we enkel omdat we het vroegen. Voor die prijs was het teleurstellend

Easy entry and exit, it’s in the best area if Notting Hill. You have access to the best part of london. The top floor where I stayed was so hot I couldn’t sleep! It’s was insanely hot. In summer it would be impossible to sleep there.

Metro y bus muy cerca, además que está en pleno portobello road, el personal muy agradable, la estancia es acogedora, además de la cocina totalmente equipada!! La cama y la almohada bastante incómodas, la cama se hundía hacia el centro y las almohadas súper duras. La habitación muy pequeña, pero en Londres suele ser lo que hay, ya que son casas muy estrechas, tampoco me gustaba el escalón al balcón, ya que al bajar, si viene una persona mayor, no podría utilizarlo, y que el baño no tenía ventilación.

Trots att det är nyrenoverat är det klassiskt "engelsk standard", golvet vid terrassdörrarna är lätt skadade, AC:n skramlar och låter och trappan mellan våningarna är extremt brant. Det fanns heller ingen luggage storage, men det finns många betal-alternativ för det i London som tur är.

• Maria (10/5): Traumhafter Aufenthalt, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. - Eine perfekte Unterkunft an der Portobello Road … sowohl das traumhafte Notting Hill, als auch London kann durch die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln super erkundet werden. Das Appartement war sauber, gemütlich und sehr schön gestaltet. Toll war außerdem, dass für den Morgenkaffee sowohl eine Nespressp Maschine, als auch Kapseln vor Ort waren. Sehr unkompliziertes Einchecken mit Zahlencodes. Das Badezimmer war ein wenig beengt.
• Josep Enric (6/5): Very warm room but good location - Good location and easy access. Apartment was clean and the upper floor was quiet. Maintenance eventually attended and helped with the heating. The room was excessively warm during most of our stay because the heating system appeared to be on and there was no way to control it from the apartment. For the first three nights we had to sleep with the window open and run the fan continuously to make the temperature tolerable, which added noise during the night. The issue improved only after maintenance visited and switched off the heating system. Overall the apartment itself was fine, but temperature control should be improved as it significantly affected our comfort during the stay.

• woosey (10/5): - The information on how to find and access the accommodation was easy to follow. First impressions of the decor when entering the hall gave us a wow factor. Our room was warm,clean and ideally set out for our needs. Tea, coffee and ample sized fridge ( A short walk to shops for supplys if needed) We didn't make use of the microwave or cooker hob. Comfortable and quiet nights sleep. Portobello Road on the doorstep. Underground and buses 8 minutes walking distance. Not a complaint We were on the second floor and loved looking out at the hustle and bustle of Portobello Road. We would have preferred to have been on the first floor due to the winding stairs. ( only because of our age hiking our luggage up them)

• Stefano (9/5): Appartamentino accogliente nella bellissima Notting Hill. - Stanza confortevole e ben curata, posizione eccezionale in uno dei quartieri più belli di Londra. Le dimensioni erano ottime per gli standard della capitale inglese, arredamento e bagno sono nuovi ed era tutto pulitissimo. Nessun problema per il check-in/out. Incantevole la finestra dove puoi sorseggiare un caffè con vista sui cortiletti delle case vittoriane del quartiere. Forse la stanza era un po' troppo calda nonostante i riscaldamenti fossero spenti e si sente un po' di rumore dal corridoio e dai piani superiori ma niente di importante.

Would stay again. Very hot in the corridors and studio, possibly centrally controlled and needs a seasonal update as the room thermostat was off - but easily solved by opening the window!

Lähellä on kaikki palvelut: kahviloita, ravintoloita, ruokakaupat ja markkinat. Asunto on pieni, mutta yhdelle henkilölle riittävä muutamaksi yöksi. Asunnossa on minikeittiö, jossa on induktioliesi, vedenkeitin ja Nespressokeitin. Asunnossa oli kahvia ja teetä, mikä oli kiva yllätys. Sänky oli mukavan pehmeä nukkua. Sisäänkirjautumisohjeet olivat selkeät ja ne sai kaksi päivää ennen majoittumista. Alaoveen sai numerokoodin ja asunnon avain sijaitsi asunnon oven vieressä olevassa avainboxissa. Ei matkalaukkusäilytystä. Suihkussa vedenpaine on todella heikko siis liian heikko. Huono ääniääristys. Korvatulpat kannattaa ottaa mukaan. Ei hissiä. Matkalaukku pitää kantaa kapeaa portaikkoa pitkin.

L'appartamento è molto pulito e ideale per un viaggio in coppia. Check-in e out in totale autonomia. Il bagno potrebbe essere leggermente più grande e dotato di più punti per appendere gli asciugamani. A tenda alzata, si ha un po' la sensazione di essere "in vetrina" visto che la finestra dà direttamente sul cortile e la strada. Un poco rumorosa la strada il sabato sera, per il resto bella esperienza ;)

Th - I love the location of this property and I like the fact that you just have to punch a code to enter The rumour had was very small for 6 foot three man the bed was too small and there’s no way you can move around the room. The room is very well decorated just too small.
