• Rachael (4/5): Disappointing - The staff were particularly unhelpful. There was no hand soap in the entire hotel, which was worrying for hygiene. There were no kettles in the rooms, and no option to borrow them. The Sauna was always closed when we wanted to use it.
• Carla (6/5): Okay if you're looking just for accommodation - Pool was ok, enough parking options. Location was good. The room lacked basic amenities: - no soap at the sink to wash hands after the toilet: you have to almost enter the shower to reach for the soap there - no kettle/option to boil water - no hair dryer - shower cover was coming off - toilet was smelly We went to the buffet dinner once and barely found anything to eat. It's a joke. We left and ordered a pizza instead. Do not eat there. Spa was ok but the steam bath was under repair while we were there.

• Sotirios (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, close to a slope and lift and helpful staff. The whole hotel felt a bit outdated. Not enough power outlets in the room (there was even a nightstand lamp but there was no power outlet to connect it). There was no hand soap in the bathroom. Finally, there was too much chlorine in the jacuzzi.
