• Nicholas (10/5): Great stay - Very easy to self check in and flat was in a very good condition. Also great location in central london, close to several tube stations and on the same street as with several cafes and restaurants. All great.
• maria (7/5): correcto - Hubo un problema inicial ya que la habitación asignada no estaba limpia ,había una gotera en el techo y el baño estaba muy anticuado, los muebles muy usados. Tuve que llamar varias veces y contactar por wapp para que me atendieran y hasta que no me atendió Cathy ,k a la cuarta llamada con el servicio de atención al cliente, no me hicieron caso. Ella se ocupó de cambiarnos a una habitación que estaba mejor. Muchas gracias por tu amabilidad y profesionalidad Cathy.

• London (8/5): Very enjoyable and fantastic value. - Great location with far more space than a hotel room. The Nespresso machine with coffee was a wonderful bonus. Comfortable bed and great shower The only letdown was the noise, but that wasn't terrible. The ironing board was relatively tricky to use to iron a shirt without wrinkling it.

• caroline (9/5): Great location. Lovely, clean place. - Great location. Accommodation was very clean with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Great value for money. Would stay again but would make sure I had earplugs. Very noisy outside. Could hear noise (people talking etc.) all through the night. Restaurant below setting up tables and chairs outside at 7am. Earplugs would definitely be a good idea.

• Nathalie (8/5): Studio fonctionnel - Assez proche de la gare, propre. Assez mal isolé mais la rue est calme après 20h. On entend aussi beaucoup les déplacements dans les autres appartements. Le studio au 1er étage est assez exposé à la vue de la rue.

• raymond (8/5): Un appart très pratique et très sympa - L’emplacement est vraiment idéal : à 20 minutes à pieds environ de St Pancras et ensuite possibilité de visiter de nombreux sites à pied depuis l’appartement ce qui est appréciable (le métro était en grève durant le séjour: dommage il y a une station tout à côté !)… le Check in est très simple , l’appartement est super propre, agréable et très confortable , aucune mauvaise surprise tout s’est très bien passé . Enfin il est dans une rue sympa , cafés, petits restos , épicerie et pub dans le quartier Ça peut être bruyant, nous étions au premier étage, mais on est en ville ! Donc difficile d’être au cœur de Londres et d’avoir le calme de la campagne ;)… Rien de grave cependant et des bouchons d’oreilles résolvent le problème facilement

• Sophie (8/5): - The location is superb, so close to the Tube and within walking distance of British Museum. Apartment is big for 2 people. Noise level from sirens and traffic is quite high, and the smells from restaurants on the ground level can be quite strong.

• Andrea (10/5): Appartamenti nuovi, puliti e confortevoli - La facilità nell'accedere all'appartamento anche senza ausilio del personale. La vicinanza a servizi come metro, stazione di Euston, fermate autobus, market, store per il deposito bagagli, ristoranti e pub. Il monolocale è provvisto di tutto l'essenziale e anche di più. La strada principale è percorsa (specialmente la notte) da ambulanze o mezzi della polizia, le finestre sono sono in legno e non isolano rumori forti come le sirene. Lo stesso vale per il soffitto, si sentono tutti i passi di chi sta sopra. Questo può causare qualche disturbo, specialmente la notte o al mattino presto.

• Noelia (9/5): Fenomenal. - Muy amplio, esta equipado con todo lo necesario , nevera, sarten, artículos de ducha, está al lado de una parada de metro, muy bien ubicado. Se escuchaba mucho ruido de los coches.

• Elena (9/5): Eccellente sistemazione nel centro di Londra. Pulita e funzionale. - Posizione eccellente, monolocale pulitissimo e ben equipaggiato . Arredato con gusto e intelligenza. WiFi ottimo. Istruzioni chiare per il check in/out. Perfetto per le mie esigenze (viaggio di lavoro). Non è un grande problema, ma la televisione non funziona. Consiglierei o di metterla a posto o di toglierla. Il monolocale (n.1) affaccia proprio su Warren Street che può essere un po’ rumorosa. Per me non è mai stato un problema.

• piet (8/5): Een zeer geschikt verblijf voor een paar dagen Londen. - Prima ligging t.o.v treinstation St Pancras (2 metro haltes of lopen) en op goede afstand van de highlights. OV is om de hoek. Goede eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Vooral gaan eten bij de achterburen Sum Thai en brunchen bij Brunch en crunch. Beide op 2 minuten lopen. Voor andere boodschappen is de Lidl in de buurt. Neem de bus om lekker veel te kunnen zien onderweg. Het appartement heeft goede, wat hardere bedden. De douche heeft een constante goede temperatuur. Codes werken prima om het appartement binnen te kunnen komen. Niets wat niet op te lossen is. De hoofdkussens zijn abnormaal dik. Tip: haal de helft van de vulling eruit en bewaar die in de la van het nachtkastje. Neem een wereldstekker mee! De verhuurder zou voor deze twee dingen ook kunnen zorgen

• Fern bee (9/5): - Easy to gain entry to the room, very helpful description from the hosts to get in. Lovely clean room, perfect for a short stay in the city. Bright, light and airy. Some fab breakfast spots nearby, location is amazing. Nothing at all! Just a word of warning that it’s up 3 flights of stairs with no lift access so for anyone with accessibility issues it won’t be suitable. But other than being slightly out of breath it was fine for us!

• Thanasis (8/5): Καλή - Οπως καθε φορά το διαμέρισμα ήταν σε καλή τοποθεσία και ήταν καθαρό Η διαδικασία με το check-out! κατεβάζαμε τα πράγματα αργήσαμε να φύγουμε για 10 λεπτά και κατευθείαν να στείλουν μήνυμα! ενώ η κυρία μας έβλεπε ότι κατεβάζαμε πράγματα. μετά από τόσες φορές που έχω μείνει στο κατάλυμα , πιστεύω τα 10 λεπτα αργότερα που έγινε το check-out να μην είναι λόγος!

• Kate (6/5): Good for the night - The apartment was clean and in a great location The apartment was so hot. I arrived and thermostat was set to 35!! I turned the heating off and opened the windows (but they are fire windows and barely opened). I couldnt keep the windows open as outside was so noisy , so unfortunately sleep was interrupted by how hot it was

Also the host was very gracious in accommodating my early check-in. No a/c and poor air ventilation. Location: Although centrally located this region is a pickpocketing and cell phone stealing hot spot. (I was not a victim)

• Alison (5/5): Bien mais nuits bruyantes - L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de tout : métro et pleins de villes accessibles à pieds. Le logement est bien équipé et très propre ☺️. En revanche nous étions dans un appartement côté rue est l’insonorisation du logement est clairement inexistante ! Si vous ne voulez pas dormir de votre séjour foncez sinon FUYEZ ! Nous étendions clairement TOUT ce qu’il se passait dans la rue, principalement les conversations (rire, bavardage, cris) des fêtards en retour de soirée (donc toute la nuit) comme si ils étaient dans la chambre (et je n’exagère absolument pas). Impossible de dormir correctement..

• Michael (9/5): Second stay at this property it was just what we needed, would use it again. - Clean with everything you need for a short independent stay. Location was great for accessto the UCLH Hospital. Lots of local independent cafes and eateries. Close to Warren Street underground station, only one stop away from Oxford Circus. Agents easy to contact if you have a problem. Apartment at top of building and there is no lift. Only a problem though if you have a disability.

Informations pour le logement très complètes, vraiment simple et disponible si nous avons le moindre problème. Très bonne localisation. Je recommande vivement se logement. Merci. L'insonorisation, mais malheureusement il est difficile d'y faire quelque chose. Cependant nous avons tout de même réussi à dormir paisiblement les 3 nuits.

• Fabio (8/5): Pratico ed efficace - Se consideriamo che non è un hotel, dobbiamo dire che l'appartamento era essenziale, ma completo. Ripeto, essendo un appartamento, il bagno era ok, cucina funzionante e con stoviglie per due persone, letto pulito e comodo (non sarà di sicuro il tuo letto). Riscaldamento bello potente e regolabile. Spazi in comune puliti e in ordine. Comunicazione chiara e con buone tempistiche. Posizione super per vicinanza ai mezzi di trasporto e ad altri servizi (vedi Google Maps).

• Sandra (8/5): Gute Lage. Geräumig - Die Lage war gut, nur wenige Meter von U-Bahn- und Bus-Haltestelle entfernt. Das Zimmer war geräumig. Der Zugang zum Zimmer erfolgt über eine enge und recht steile Treppe. Mit großem Gepäck war es schwierig dies alleine zu händeln. Das Bett hätte etwas breiter sein können.

• Ulrike (5/5): Kann man machen, würde es nicht noch einmal buchen - Die Lage Es gab nur eine Bettdecke für 2 Personen. Wenn man die Fenster geöffnet hat, kamen die Dämpfe der Klimaanlage in das Apartment. Eine Aussicht gab es nicht. Die Schlüsselbox war schwer zu öffnen und zu schließen.

The room was so stuffy, and it had a faint smell off sewers, which I think came from the shower drain. There was no radiator in the room, however, and it was so hot. I didn't sleep at all as the room was so hot we had to open both windows, and we are in the middle of winter. Then, because we opened both windows, we were woken to a smell of fried food from the cafe downstairs.

• Massimo (8/5): Appartamento centrale - Appartamento al 3 piano con scale strette. Pulito e ben ordinato con il minimo indispensabile per cucinare. Letto comodo ma giusto giusto per due. Bagno spazioso per gli standard inglesi. Comodissima la posizione, vicino a due fermate della metro e a vari autobus. A piedi si raggiunge facilmente Leicester Square in 20 minuti. Ottima la comunicazione e le indicazioni per il check in e out. Finestre poco insonorizzate. Sarebbe stato utile qualche strofinaccio in più nella cucina
• YASEMİN (2/5): Küf kokan banyo.. - Yok. 1.tesisin konumu bookingde işaretlenen konum degil, konaklamaya kisa bir zaman kala gelen mailde gerçek konumunu anladık. Hiç de iyi bir yer olmayan warren street’in bir alt sokağında bulunuyor. Bu cadde evsizlerin çadır kurduğu bir cadde,gece yürümek huzursuz hissettirdi. Konumu hiç iyi degil. 2.banyoda hersey küflü, küf kokusundan duramadık. Astımı olan biri icin çok kötü bir durum. Tüm tatil boyunca nefes darlığı yaşadım. 3.en üst katta konakladık merdivenler aşırı dar, valizlerle çıkması zordu, ama diğer aksiliklere kıyasla bu daha önemsiz.. 4. bu kötü deneyime karşılık çok yüksek bir fiyat ödememiz can sıkıcı.
