- ILJAS (1/5): Unfortunately, It Has Gotten Much Worse - The staff were very kind, but the hotel was old and outdated. A hotel I used to visit regularly has unfortunately become very disappointing. Even as a returning customer, I did not notice any improvements. There was too much noise, the prices were extremely high, and the room cleanliness was insufficient. I definitely added this hotel to the list of places I would never stay at again.

- Lena (10/5): Gutes Hotel unweit von Messe - relative neues Hotel, grosses Zimmer, großer Auswahl zum Frühstück, im Zimmer gibt es Wasserkocher+Tee/Instant Kaffee, Bügelbrett+Bügeleisen, Kleinen Kühlschrank; Bademantel+Pantoffel, Kosmetik - wie Rasierer Set, Zahnpaste und Zahnbürste, Haarkamm, Fön. die Fenster sind gross und man kann sie öffnen (leider die Luftqualität draußen ist schlecht). Es gibt Raucher- und Nicht-Raucherzimmer. Pro Tag bekommt man 2 Stück 0,5l Wasserflaschen, das Wasserqualität in Leitung nicht gut für Trinken und Zähneputzen. Es gibt ein Pool und Sauna Bereich, schön hergerichtet und wenig besucht. Das Hotel liegt unweit von Messegelände -ca. 5 min mit dem Taxi, am günstigsten nach km-Zähler zu fahren ist ca. 5 euro in einer Richtung. Bequemes Sessel und Tisch zum Arbeiten. Es gibt viel Licht im Zimmer (große Fenster und viele Lampen). Das Geruch von kaltem rauchen von Nachbarzimmer, wird manchmal über Lüftung übertragen. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig. Der Preis von Hotel ist relativ hoch. Zum Frühstück aus warmen Getränken gibt es nur Filterkaffee und Türkische Schwarztee, beide waren zu stark für mich. Die Geschwindigkeit von Internet war eh gering.
- Muna (10/5): My stay was excellent and quite comfortable. - Everything about the hotel including the front desk, room service and breakfast staff was great. The detox cold water in the front of the restaurant was a nice touch specially in the hot weather. The Turkish Hamam staff seemed confused and not so helpful. I had to wait for service even after I made an appointment and was told to come down.. Then when my turn supposedly came the lady who worked in the hamam left. That was extremely waste of my time and disappointing. Another area the hotel may want to consider fixing is the cleaning staff needs to make sure to not just take the dirt coffee mugs but to leave clean mugs and re-stock the coffee and tea bags, creamer and sugar after cleaning. I had to request these several times through out my stay. The only other thing is the location being a bit far from famous sites as Haga Sophia mosque as taxis cost a lot.

Asked the reception several times to lower the temperature because many hotels control the temperature themselves. They didn't follow up on my request and I spent 3 night sleeping badly. Breakfast is not a big deal, has much to improve. It is less than basic.
