• Maddalena (6/5): Ottima posizione - Ottima posizione per visitare Napoli. Accesso alla struttura semplice tramite codici forniti dall’host Manuel molto gentile. Ubicato al 7 piano, chiudendo le imposte si riesce a non sentire gli schiamazzi in strada. Camera semplice ed essenziale. Il servizio igienico associato alla camera a noi destinata (entrando subito a sinistra) ha un grosso problema legato alla doccia: perdita d’acqua copiosa, eccessiva. Inoltre cattivo odore proveniente dalle tubature. Secondo me necessita una piccola ristrutturazione: cambio rubinetteria e box doccia. Inoltre la camera ha un solo comodino. Si potrebbe inserire sull’altro lato, come appoggio, anche un piccolo tavolino rotondo.

• Francine (10/5): - C'était la première fois à Naples et l'emplacement était idéal pour visiter toutes ces rues tellement incroyables dans le centre historique et le quartier espagnol. Antonio a été très à l'écoute. Merci à lui. Il n'y a pas 2 villes comme Naples !!!! La chambre est très spacieuse et très propre. Je recommande vivement.

Nos facilitaron el contacto con un parking mucho más económico de lo que habíamos visto por la ciudad. El desayuno muy rico también. Me gustó todo. Quizás por poner una pega, el baño está fuera de la habitación y tienes que entrar con llave. A pesar de ello , muy limpio y espacioso también.
• Gabrijel (10/5): To sum up, the host Antonio was amazing – he checked in with us every day to see if we needed anything to make our stay - Great Stay in a Charming Part of Naples I really enjoyed my stay at this B&B! The place was clean and comfortable, and its location was ideal – very close to the city centre and within walking distance of several key historical and tourist attractions. There were a couple of handy shops nearby, which made things convenient during our stay. We also opted for the breakfast, which was a great bonus – it saved us the effort of finding a place for coffee in the mornings. What made it even more special was that it’s located on the same street where Edgar Degas, the famous Impressionist painter, once lived – a really unique detail.

• AL (10/5): - B&B Monteleone 12 is a wonderful place to stay, right in the heart of the historic district of Naples. Antonio takes great care of you, and gives you detailed information about checking in, parking, and the chance for excursions. He provides screenshots, photos, videos and GPS points for your convenience. The the flat where the rooms are located is spacious, with nice comfortable and clean private rooms and baths, and a shared kitchen area for preparing meals and tea and coffee. There is a lift, and it is very quiet up on the seventh floor. He connected me with a nearby cafe for good quality continental breakfast, coffee and hot croissants, all included in the price. I definitely recommend staying there. Antonio is a stand up guy. Thanks brother.

• Bjorn (9/5): Een uitstekend verblijf - Ze waren erg gastvrij en we werden goed ontvangen. Daarnaast was de kwaliteit van alle ruimtes erg goed. De locatie was ook heel goed.
• Cleare (8/5): Good location for the old city, lots of city vibes! - This location is very close to the old town area, which is part of the hustle and bustle. The host was super friendly and extremely helpful with recommendations on things to do and see. The room was clean and the place was easy to access. I didn't realize this was a room in a shared apartment when I booked, so that was a surprise and not ideal. Thankfully the other guests were pretty quiet and low-key. We also didn't realize our bathroom was across the hall, so that was an additional detail to work around with locking doors and taking midnight bathroom breaks.

Keine Küchenutensilien vorhanden ( Flaschenöffner, Stoppelzieher etc. Sollte mitgebracht werden.

Lots of nice restaurants close by, breakfast was also nice and only a short walk from the accommodation. Highly recommend this B&B if you are planning on visiting Napoli. B&B was a little difficult to find as it is off the main street, but we were easily redirected by the host.

• Pandi (8/5): Great value for money at the city center and a lovely host - The perfect base to explore Naples, walking distance from many of the main city attractions. Antonio, our host was really lovely and very responsive. The room was very clean and the view was wonderful. Tiny details that could make the room even better with a more welcoming feeling would include curtains or maybe a carpet...But like i said, these are details, the view and Antonio's kind manner more than make up for them.
• Desmond (10/5): Brilliant location, super friendly host at an affordable price. - The host was super friendly & made accessing the property easy, location was great (Right beside Dante metro and only a few mins walk from the Spanish Quarter), room was clean and had a massive TV in it, shared kitchen was a nice bonus. AC also worked really well and was loud enough to drown out the noises from outside. Room was also on the 7th floor, so the noise of the city was somewhat drowned out too. The shower was designed in such a way that it was easy to flood the bathroom, not a big deal as there was lots of towels to mop things up afterwards.

• Samra (9/5): Superb - We loved our stay at Monteleone! It was very clean, spacious, the shower and bed were very good and the location was perfect. We had a beautiful view of Vesuvius from our balcony where you could also see the sunrise. There are elektric shutters on the windows if you want the room to be completely dark. We had our own bathroom in the room and a shared kitchen. The host was also very kind and always available via whatsapp. Only thing that could be better is the breakfast. You can choose between coffee, tea or juice and get 1 croissant. If you want something else from the menu you have to pay for it

• Patricia (10/5): The property is exactly as described, and the location is perfect. - I absolutely loved my stay! Everything was exactly as explained in the listing and communicated to me by the host Antonio. He helped get me private transportation from the airport to the B&B (and back to the airport) for a reasonable rate similar to taxi service. We were able to communicate easily through WhatsApp (where he was able to translate my requests/inquiries from English to Italian). The property is in a great location - only steps away from Spaccanapoli (historic city center), and the view of Mt. Vesuvius from my room's window was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. I liked that the property has a locked entry (it seemed that this is a condominium complex) and I liked that the property had a lock box so that I did not have to carry multiple keys to access the property and my room. The entire property including my room and external bathroom was immaculate and as described. It was a quiet stay. I think I saw only one other resident during my stay. I do believe there was one other guest of the B&B who arrived after me, but we did not see each other, and I did not hear them through the wall. I did notice that the main entry and kitchen as well as my assigned bathroom were warm when I arrived, and windows were open. I had no issue with this as it was not unbearably hot in the unit (I've stayed in other Italian and European locations during the summertime, and this is common). As it did not appear all of the B&B's rooms were rented, I can certainly understand not cooling the entire unit. The air conditioner in my unit was running and the room was cooler than the entryway and I was able to easily adjust the temperature warmer or cooler as I desired. Unfortunately, I did not get to check out the included breakfast. Nothing. I had a great experience!

We had to endure for one night. Extremely noisy place. The room had nothing to do with the pictures. Poor hygiene in the room. To go to the bathroom you have to go out into a corridor that is shared with another room. Extremely uncomfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was in a place near the apartment. Poor - croissant and coffee. I don't recommend.
