- Geratel (1/5): - Rien. Je suis désolée, mais j’ai dû écourter mon séjour, pensant initialement que cet établissement pourrait me convenir. Après réflexion, je ne pense pas que cet établissement corresponde réellement aux standards d’un riad. De plus, aucune fiche de police ne m’a été demandée, ce qui est pourtant obligatoire. Il serait sans doute plus approprié de le proposer à la location comme un riad privé.
- Céline (7/5): petit ryad familial, calme et simple - un petit Ryad (5 chambres) familial au calme, comme si vous étiez chez l'habitant (pas une carte postale de chambre moderne et luxueuse) ; un petit déjeuner simple mais servi avec le sourire et l'accueil chaleureux ; un emplacement très central dans la médina mais au calme (au fond d'une impasse) ; un prix moins onéreux que certains autres Ryads ; un lit très confortable (pas du tout mal au dos après une nuit de sommeil suite aux longues balades de la journée) ; des draps de bonne qualité (très doux). des articles de toilettes "basiques" ; une chambre plutôt petite (mais comme on n'y passe pas trop de temps ce n'est pas un si gros défaut) et sombre avec quelques traces d'humidité au mur (pour une asthmatique c'est pas top) : un petit coup de peinture à quelques endroits ne seraient pas inutiles

- Ieva (10/5): Nice place in medina - Very good location. Small place but very calm. Small rooms but that's medina type. We had talks with the owner which is very nice guy. We felt welcome and like at home. One bed was a bit loud. We were traveling with the kids and had to share two different rooms because the rooms host only two people. I think for the family with kids better to take place with bigger rooms.

- Jane (10/5): Great Ryad - A lovely traditional Ryad in a great location, which was right in the centre of the Medina. Very good price, including a delicious breakfast. But what made it so special was the friendly owner and staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Even helping with booking tours. Great stay! Would have been difficult to find. However, the owner kindly came to find us.

- Raichel (8/5): - We stayed for 5 nights in March and it was very pleasant. The location is excellent, a few minutes from Jemaa el-Fnaa, but really quiet and peaceful. The owner, Hamza, is very friendly and helpful and speaks excellent english. The riad is clean, and the rooms have really good, hot showers. Breakfast is served on the roof.

- Maria (9/5): Escapada 3 días de pareja con ganas de conocer la ciudad - La ubicación es buenísima....a 3 minutos(literales) andando desde la plaza Jemma El-fna. Como todos los riad la entrada es por calles estrechas y con poca luz, pero la zona es céntrica, con muchísima gente y muy segura.La atención por parte del personal fue maravillosa. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena. La habitación era pequeña pero acogedora y silenciosa. El baño cómodo, plato de ducha grandecito y con el detalle del calefactor, agua caliente y presión sin problemas. El desayuno sencillo pero rico.La terraza para el desayuno o descansar era sencilla pero coqueta. Lo mejor fue que pudimos dejar las mochilas en el riad cuando hicimos el check out para poder seguir conociendo la ciudad hasta la salida del vuelo. Para nosotros la estancia fue muy buena, pero por señalar algunas mejoras: El desayuno es desde las 8.30, si quieres salir temprano no hay opción de picnic o al menos de café soluble/hervidor con una galleta por no salir con el estómago vacío. La cama: las almohadas eran finas y blandas...quizás tener dos almohadas extras en el armario sería una buena opción. Algo de mantenimiento del patio central.

Nous avons logés le 1er jour du ramadan alors on nous a dit que c'était fermé de 18h à 20h. À 20h30, il est enfin arrivé pour nous montrer notre chambre. Ce retard nous a contrarié car nous étions très fatigué. L'emplacement est pas indiqué,il faut demander au voisinage pour trouver le riad. L'entrée n'est pas très accueillant, il se trouve au fond d'une impasse, en face d'un autre riad.

The description of the room facilities is untrue. It is an old riad. Room is small and basic - only a bed and washroom. Garden view has no garden. If you are looking for the fitness center or the coffee/tea machine, keep looking. However, after texting our complaints about non-existent facilities, the owner was kind enough to waive our cancellation fee and we checked out early.

Waited for us for a late check-in & was helpful in giving us local guidance.... always interested in having a 'worldly chat'..... thank you 🙏 The lady facilitating breakfast - Ferouza - is delightful- so helpful & kind. What a Star - she is - going over & beyond in her work. I was travelling with my teenage daughter & she made us beautiful fresh pancakes & coffee/teas in the morning. Rooms were freshly prepared daily if you want. Both Hanza & herself - stored our bags safely for us & we had the day to run around the souks & explore Prince street before we left. To be honest they can do better and get a great customer review ,because their property is beautiful from outside, but its not what we need we need the rooms to be clean and with atleast basic facilities to relax and have a good time..its the lack oke management Everything, its not clean , no basic facilities, no welcome water i had to ask for it ,, not even a toilet paper i had to ask for it, , dirty shower head, dirty nasty shower gel and shampoo container and even I couldn't recognise which one is shower gel or which one is what , very dirty bath towel it all look like the old dusty ones , I was very disappointed about the stay , sorry for the bad review but I am worried about the people who might stay there after me.

Posizione super comoda per la citta storica e per la partenza dei vari tours. Luogo estremamente silenzioso e tranquillo. Bagno un poco sacrificato. Consiglierei al proprietario di scrivere sul portone di ingresso che per aprire occorre girare la chiave verso destra: moltissimi ospiti ai trovavano a sbattere la porta per lunghi minuti prima di riuscire ad accedere.

- Flora (10/5): Un séjour paisible dans ce riad calme et idéalement situé - Le riad est très calme, décoré avec goût avec un toit terrasse ensoleillé pour se reposer et prendre le petit déjeuner le matin. Le personnel est très accueillant et aux petits soins. L’établissement est idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pied de la place jemaa el fna dans une ruelle isolée du bruit.
- Carrie (9/5): A cute Riad - Surprisingly quiet considering it’s in the Medina. The room was nice overlooking the courtyard. There’s terrace on the roof. I enjoyed the birds chirping around. Unfortunately I didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast. Nothing!
- mario (1/5): Molto brutta. - Nulla. Camera buia senza finestra . al piano terra. Camera umida con calcinacci per terrs e sul letto. Prurito in piena notte causato da pulci nel letto. Lenzuola non cambiate e umide. Da denuncia alla polizia. Purtroppo per me ho avuto un attacco di labirintite alle 14 , un ora proma del cekin, quindi non ho potuto indossare gli occhiali e quindi non ho potuto verificate le condizioni della camera. Ho ancbe detto alla donna della pulizoe cbe sta o male, ma non lo ha capito. Parlava solo arabo non capiva una sola parola Mi ha dato le chiavi lei in quanto il gestore non vive a marrakech. Mai visto . Al mattino alle 9 gli ho parlato al telefono pet la restituzione del costo della camera , adducendo che nel pomeriggio si sarebbe presemtayo alle 15. Siccome io stavo male e ho lasciato qul porcile ( come da foto) e mi sono trovato altro hotel anche se avevo pagato anche per il giorno successivo. Hal telefono il gestore afferma di voler rimborsate ma nei fatti non lo ha fatto. Non sie fatto vedere. ( personalmente ritengo che non esista nessun gestore in quanto la polizia alla qiale mi sono rivolto aveva bisogno dei suoi dati personali ma non me li ha fatto avere.) Ho fatto la segnalazione alla Ambasciata Italiane per i parassiti nella camera. In attesa di sollecito riscontro Mario Tedesco
- Labiod (1/5): - Het hotel had op de foto’s een mooie uitstraling en leek goed gelegen in Marrakesh. De aankomst verliep vlot en het was gemakkelijk te vinden. Helaas was de kamer in werkelijkheid totaal anders dan op de foto’s: erg klein, verstikkend en overal schimmel. De verantwoordelijke verbleef ook in het huis waardoor er geen enkel gevoel van privacy was. We zijn dezelfde avond nog vertrokken naar een ander hotel. De eigenaar weigerde om (zelfs gedeeltelijk) geld terug te geven en was niet vriendelijk. Een grote teleurstelling.

Una presa per il culo, non si può ospitare a Marrakech senza aria condizionata

- Ester (10/5): Muy recomendable/ Very top - Todo, excelente (de verdad que no entiendo por qué no tiene un 9, mínimo). Limpieza, comodidad, silencioso y hablan France, inglés y árabe. Hemos estado en decenas de sitios y éste, en medio de la Medina, es genial. está reformado y si necesitas cualquier cosa, te ayudan en todo. La ubicación, la encontramos enseguida gracias a que nos ofrecieron ayuda una calle antes. Todo perfecto
