Several options for cafes just a short walk away in the morning to grab breakfast. It's a basement room so not much natural light, but for the price, not an issue
• Joy (9/5): Wonderful, spacious apartment minutes from Hyde Park. - This was the perfect location for us as we were attending a conference at the Royal Albert Hall. It was surprisingly spacious for a London Apartment and was tastefully decorated. The staff were attentive and friendly. Our apartment would be difficult if you had mobility issues with steps down into the apartment and a shower over a bath. So you would need to check that if this is an issue for you.

The only problem was we were on lower level and the noise from people walking and moving kept us up very early. As people were moving upstairs from 5 and them hoovering from 7. Also tv wouldn’t work

I hear the noise all the time inside the room. Also, everything happens or any discussion outside the apartment I can hear it clearly. Not very much isolated.

A small carton of fresh milk left in fridge would have been amazing, so upon arrival we don't have to go and search for deli/supermakrket. there is a small packet of powdered milk available but after a long haul a real cup of tea is amazing.

• David (7/5): It did the job, but I think that work needs to be put into the apartment and communal spaces. - Great sized 2nd floor apartment in a superb location. Two bedrooms with en-suites and an additional bathroom was nice. The apartment was a little tired. The kitchen was not well stocked with crockery, cutlery and glasses. I suspect that it was good a few years ago, and breakages had not been addressed. The bed was not at all comfortable. The corridors were full of boxes and bags. The place was described as 'deluxe'. It was fine, but not remotely deluxe. For the price, it was ok.

• Noora (1/5): Very bad - Nothing at all Room 9 was not a good choice because the lifts are next to us It wasn’t a good option I was on vacation to relax and I have stated this issue to the receptionist but no one cooperated with me. I did not enjoy the stay at all and my vacation went to waste as I didn’t relax at all from the sound of the lifts and the noises.

• Allison (10/5): Fabulous stay in an amazing apartment in the perfect location! - Amazing apartment, every facility was catered for. Immaculately clean and so comfortable. Fabulous staff, very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, not just for our visit to the Royal Albert Hall but other surrounding areas too. Really wish we could have stayed longer, we will definitely be back. Nothing! We had the perfect stay!

The lift was so noisy & it would wake you up every time it was used , in the morning there was banging noises coming from the apartment above . Will never stay there again

I didnt realise the apartment was on the lower ground basement level when booking so there was no natural light and workmen were right outside the bedroom from early in the morning to evening undertaking very loud work each weekday of my stay.

• Justyna (8/5): Great size apartment for a comfortable stay close to Hyde Park - Amazing location just a few minutes walk from Queen's Gate, great transport links with the rest of the city. Great size of an apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1 toilet, and a generously sized living room. Coach covers in the living room desperately need cleaning. Windows were quite old and drafty, especially in the kitchen.
• Wen (4/5): 本来是带着惊喜的心情去的，但没想象的那么好，运气不好被分到了地下一楼，对酒店反应了自己对地下室的不适应，希望在有机会的情况下第二天的住宿能改变，不过一直没回应，幸亏里面整体感觉还可以，所以迫使自己适应环境。 - 地理位置优越 洗衣粉的包装袋看起来发霉的感觉，应该是都没人用，别的都还行

Shouldn't be allowed to be rented out unless you are under 5 foot .my husband banged his head on Bathroom door casing numerous times Bathroom handle falling off Kettle wouldn't switch off, needs replacing Not worth the money they are wanting Lots more pictures of all the faults in this apartment!

• William (9/5): Great choice - Excellent location in South Kensington, a variety of restaurants and pubs in the neighborhood, reasonably close to the underground, well-equipped room with kitchen and washer/dryer. Friendly and helpful concierge. The directions on booking.com delivered us to the Queen's Gate Mews behind the property, not to the front door on Queen's Gate. The room had only one bedside lamp and no lamps in the living area - ceiling lamps only. The elevator machinery was next to our room - somewhat bothersome at nighttime.

• Lisa (9/5): Very friendly staff. We had our car ove the weekend and there was plenty of free parking right out the front of the prop - Two level mezzanine - lots of discernment with kitchenette. Convenient location. No bedside lamps. No lamps anywhere - very bright overhead lighting.
• Raido (8/5): Perfect location, plenty of room for the whole family - Perfect location, just next to Hyde Park. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Appartment was spacious and there was lots of natural light. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Windows were dirty, furniture was little bit worn out.

• Cem (10/5): Great location and helpful staff, with only minor cleaning issues. - The location is exceptional - just 2 minutes from Hyde Park and Imperial College, 5 minutes from Gloucester and South Kensington stations, and very close to High Street restaurants and shopping. The property offers lovely views of Queens Gate Road. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. There were some cleanliness issues, particularly with the windows and behind the nightstand, which could use more attention.
