- Nancy (8/5): J’ai aimé et je le recommande - Le charme de cette hôtel bien sympathique et authentique. Très agréable , il y a tout piscine, airco, et le rapport qualité prix est très exceptionnel. Les employés bien sympathique. Il est un peu loin de tout. Mais l’hôtel propose des velos.

- Judith (9/5): - El lugar es muy bonito, tranquilo, el área de alberca muy agusto, fué una experiencia muy agradable.... Solo para mí gusto la cama un poco dura pero los cojines muy cómodos. Pero particularmente me gusta la cama muy muy suave y entiendo que no a toda la gente le gusta suave.
- Frances (10/5): A hidden gem. - Loved everything about this place. The rooms are spacious and clean. Comfy beds. I really don’t have any complaints about the property or location. If there were a suggestion, I’d say better room locks on the doors of the hotel rooms. But this wasn’t an exclusive thing at this property. We were in Valladolid first and I was a little paranoid bc of the flimsy door lock. Then again at this property. Both areas felt extremely safe. I also have to mention the huge security gate entering this property, it stayed locked, each guest has a key. Me and my daughter felt safe walking to El Centro. Very beautiful area and property.

Chambre très spacieuse et fonctionnelle Meme si la chambre est fonctionnelle, elle aurait besoin d’un sacré coup de rafraîchissement, surtout la salle de bain. Hay una cocina comunitaria pero el interior de los refrigeradores estan desordenados y revueltos asi que no comprendi correctamente su uso :/

- Ashley (10/5): - Absolutely everything. Locked entrance, could not enter if you did not have a key or know the code. The pool was amazing, the landscaping, the room, the patio. It was very quiet, which was nice for my four month old. She absolutely loved the hammock, so much so that I will be getting one for my home in the united states 🤣 the bed was heavenly, shower, kitchen, everything was wonderful. The staff? Absolutely lovely. 100/10 would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody and everybody. The only thing I didn’t like was there wasn’t much water pressure in the shower, pero asi es mexico and it doesn’t make any impact on if I would stay again. I really have no complaints.

La habitación si me pareció muy oscura y se me metió un mapache por el techo a la habitación, pues si el lugar está rodeado de naturaleza y se entiende que ellos viven allí, pero podrían tapar los huecos por donde se meten. La cama es bastante confortable. Las puertas del baño son un poco incómodas. Pero en general esta bien para el precio.

- mary (6/5): - Struttura pulita e curata. Ogni giorno pulizia dell' appartamento con tutto il necessario. Molto carina e con mobili e rifiniture tipiche ma ben tenute. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'acqua nel bagno ma è stato sistemato quando fatto presente. Ci sono stati utili i loro consigli per gli spostamenti. La posizione non è proprio vicina al centro e alla spiaggia. A piedi sono 25 minuti quindi è necessario prendere o un collettivo che costa circa 3€ o un taxi più comodo a circa 8/9 euro piscina dal lato opposto della strada rispetto alla struttura.
- Daniela (9/5): - Die Lage war hervorragend. Wir waren gute zwei Wochen dort. Hatten das große Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und haben die Gemeinschaftsküche genutzt. Es war ruhig, zum Supermarkt und zu den Collectivobussen 10 Minuten. Wir konnten alle Ausflüge mit dem Bus machen. Zum Strand ca. 20 Minuten. Der Pool war super sauber und die Terasse sehr schön. Das Geschirr in der Gemeinschaftsküche war manchmal sehr unsauber, das liegt wohl an den Gästen. Die Ausstattung könnte etwas besser sein.

- Bridget (9/5): - This property was truly outstanding. My room had air conditioning, its own water cooler, a mosquito net, and a surprisingly very comfortable bed for a hotel. While it’s farther away from town, it was nice to get away from the super touristy areas. I loved having a shared kitchen, too, with a large supermarket less than a 10 minute walk away. The pool and outdoor area was a nice touch. It was nice to be able to wind down from the day without having to be sequestered in my room. The only thing is that I wish the pool lounge chairs were slightly more comfortable. Other than that, everything was great!

Есть своя маленькая теретория на улице где можно вечером посидеть продолжить дышать свежим воздухом ) Интернет не очень (((( В месенжере поболтать окей , мне по работе пару раз надо было чуть больше трафика он ложился - но может в Мексике в целом плохой интернет . Ну и свежие полотенца вам при уборке заменят только в случае если оставите чаявые ( мы как бы практикуем ) но пару раз заканчивались мелкие деньги , и полотенец мы не получали ))) может это тоже особенности культуры страны . Но в моем понимание - чаевые это не обязательность а по желанию . Мы конечно больше посмеялись с этого , бо это сущий пустяк , по сравнению с тем как полиция любит потрясти денег с туристов просто так :))). У них мы оставили на много больше держат (((
- Eugenia (4/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación no está mal, la habitación es tal cual en las fotos, solo que da la sensación de más amplitud. Uno de los días no había agua caliente, avisamos para arreglarlo y dijeron que lo revisarían al día siguiente, eran las 21:00 y nos íbamos al día siguiente por lo que no pude ducharme, me desperté pronto y seguía igual sin agua caliente. La habitación me resultó un poco agobiante. Había una gato y por la noche se dedicó a coger la basura y tirarla por todas las zonas comunes, daba mucho asco.

The pool hour is a too limit (9am to 6pm) and for us doing different activities outside the hotel it was impossible to use it during that time. Another thing we didn't like is the hot water of the shower. For some reason it only last a few minutes. The location is not near from the city center (5th avenue), so if you look to go out there, you have 30minutes walk. It all depends what kind of vacation you are looking for. Hope this helps.

- Delphine (6/5): - Emplacement du logement au calme. 25 minutes a pied de la plage du centre. Stationnement dans la rue mais aucun souci, il y a toujours de la place et la rue est calme Logement sombre. Pas d'espace extérieur privé a proprement parler. On vit un peu trop enfermés du coup.
- Magali (4/5): Pas terrible - L'espace. Cadre avec la piscine jolie. Beaucoup de bruit, on entends les voisins avec musiques, aboie constant des chiens la nuit. La chambre a une forte odeur d'humidité. Porte de la chambre qui bouge beaucoup on ne se sent pas en sécurité, la porte est en bois et ferme tout juste.

I want to warn everyone: the owner is dishonest and the property is in a state of decay. After I refused to stay due to the horrific conditions, the owner falsely reported me as a 'no-show' to Booking.com to prevent me from leaving a review. I have video evidence of my presence and the state of the room. The room was a disaster: it had a foul smell, the window faced a trash-filled inner courtyard, and it was barely secured with duct tape. The door was also extremely flimsy, offering no security. Within 30 minutes of being in the room, giant ants had already covered my belongings. Most importantly, upon inspection, I found bedbugs in the mattresses. The owner is passive-aggressive and blatantly lied about my stay. Do not be fooled by the photos—this place is a health and safety risk. I am reporting this case to the authorities.

- Maria (9/5): Nicely manicured property that feels like a tropical retreat with a few minor inconveniences. - The property was away from the center, yet a 25 minute walk away to main Playa del Carmen attractions. Uber does not run in Playa del Carmen, but there are Collectivos just a quick 7 minute walk away, taking you to many nearby attractions and to Tulum and Cancun. Purified water is provided. The cooking stove with two burners in the rooms (if you have a suite) is pretty much useless as the burners are too small to perform the regular size skillet cooking. Also I believe one can use less chlorine for cleaning. I often found the toilet seat wet and covered with chlorine too late for my own good. There is a sitting area inside the room, but I wish there would bigger outdoors sitting area on the property. One can go across the street to the pool area and use lounge chairs and hammocks, but they lock the doors at 6 p. m.

Además, ofrecen servicios complementarios como lavandería a muy buen precio si vas por varios dias, lo cual resulta muy conveniente. La habitación fue muy cómoda y contaba con lo necesario para poder prepararme algo de comer. Los espacios comunes son hermosos, transmiten mucha tranquilidad y frescura, algo que realmente se agradece en ese tipo de lugares.

- Joseph (9/5): Nice place, nice staff, clean and great value. - It’s a nice little boutique hotel and good value for money. My unit was roomy and clean. Had a good little kitchen a sitting and dining area, pretty much a little apartment. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There is a wonderful little park down the street with a nice little restaurant in the middle of it. There are some good restaurants close by even though it is a bit from the main Playa beach area. There is a good supermarket in easy walking distance if you want to cook at your unit. I’ve stayed here before and will stay again. It’s nice to have the pool for days you just want to hang out at the hotel. I’m pleased they’ve added more loungers around the pool. It’s a 15 minute walk to the beach but for me that’s great as it’s more quiet and an opportunity to get some exercise. I’ve stayed here on a number of occasions and there is nothing I did not like. It’s good value for the money and I find it comfortable and very pleasant and relaxing.
