• Marianne (9/5): Bon séjour à Kyoto pour 4 personnes - Personnel à l'accueil sympa, proche métro et konbini et chambre ok, un peu étroite pour 4 personnes et 4 valises. Manque d'espace dans la chambre pour 4 personnes avec les valises.

• Srihari (10/5): Huge room, clean, comfortable for a family of 4-5, great central Kyoto location. - Very spacious, slept a family of 4 very comfortably, especially with separate toilet and a door between the shower/tub and the sink. Laundry was convenient, but only 1 washer/dryer available, and the dryer is a bit weak. Microwave on every other floor near the elevators. Super clean, very comfortable. No complaints!

Há excelentes restaurantes e pontos de ônibus próximos. Seus funcionários são atenciosos. O quarto é aconchegante. O hotel não dispõe de café da manhã.

• Mateusz (10/5): Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo pomocna obsługa i wygodne rozwiązania (np. przechowalnia bagażu na kod) - Świetny pobyt w BON Kyoto Kiyomizu – byliśmy jako rodzina 2+3 i wszystko było bardzo dobrze zorganizowane od samego początku. Hotel był na nas przygotowany, a recepcja zawsze dostępna i bardzo pomocna – w każdej sytuacji można było liczyć na szybkie wsparcie. Lokalizacja jest naprawdę rewelacyjna – dosłownie 5–10 minut spacerem do najważniejszych atrakcji, wokół mnóstwo restauracji i sporo życia wieczorem, więc nie ma nudy. Dodatkowo ogromnym plusem jest komunikacja – spod hotelu jedzie bezpośredni autobus na dworzec, co jest bardzo wygodne i pozwala uniknąć korków. Duży plus za możliwość przechowania bagażu – mają zabezpieczone miejsce na walizki (na kod), dzięki czemu mogliśmy spokojnie zostawić rzeczy na kilka dni i wrócić po nie później. Wszystko czekało dokładnie tak, jak zostawiliśmy. Bardzo przyjemne miejsce. Zdecydowanie polecam.

• Nelly (10/5): Excellent choice for staying in Kyoto - The hotel is well located. There is a bus stop very close and 2 metro stations at a relative distance, all walkable with or no suitcases, which is very convenient in Kyoto. The room is quite spacious for Japan, the beds are comfortable and there’s a microwave at the floor and a water heater in the room, so you can save some money with food if you want, but there are also cafés nearby if you want to eat outside. It is close to Nishiki market and Gion, and from there you can move to other parts of the city by bus, which is also convenient. You can even move to Osaka from a nearby train/metro station. The staff also helped us by keeping our luggage for a couple hours for a last minute shopping we had to do before leaving the city. Overall, we had an excellent experience at this hotel. I love visiting Kyoto and I I’d love to stay here again without a doubt.

• Sophie (7/5): Hôtel pratique - L'emplacement était pratique. A la fois assez proche de la gare et du centre ville avec des supermarchés et restaurants à proximité immédiate. Le personnel était adorable. Le ménage avait été un peu sommaire, il restait des déchets des précédents occupants. La porte des toilettes avait été abîmée et réparée sommairement avec des morceaux de plastique qui tombaient.

It had a refrigerator, coffee maker, and a table to place our things. The hotel is about 800 meters from Kyoto’s historic center, with the bus station right in front of the hotel and the train station almost the same distance from the center.

• yosuke (8/5): ゆっくり休めた - 部屋が広く静かだった。お部屋が清潔。ゴミ箱が大きくて3つに別れていてとても良い。フロアに電子レンジがある。ベッドが広い。バストイレ別も嬉しい。夫婦2人と小学生2人だったのでソファーベットもありがたかった。スタッフさんの対応が丁寧で良かった。 とても良かったのであえて細かい指摘だと、周辺に家族でご飯を食べる所が無かった。エレベーターが1台で遅い。洗面所に荷物を置ける棚が無い。冷凍庫が無い。ですが、良かった点が嬉しかったので、機会があればまた泊まりたいです。

• Jacob (6/5): Convenient, welcoming and accomodating, but quite small. - I liked the location and the kindness of the staff in letting us store our baggage. The rooms were slightly small and made it difficult to move around. The fridge was also not working and didn’t cool any of our food/drinks.

• Eitan (9/5): Super location for downtown Kyoto - Excellent location. Close to bus stops and a few min walk from Shinkyogoku shopping street. 20 min on foot from Gion. Lots of good restaurants near by. Staff were super nice and helpful. The windows in our room didn’t open. The room didn’t smell or anything, but it would have been nice be able to get some fresh air other then from A/C unit.

The room comfortably fit 5 adults and matched the photos online. Convenient location—just a few minutes’ walk to shops and a drugstore. Loved that we could change towels every day! • Leah (9/5): Fantastic location and comfortable room - Fantastic location - we walked to the river, Kiyomizudera, Gion, Nishiki market area etc. Close to trains to further away sights too. Room was spacious by Japanese hotel standards with the couch area. Convenience store and supermarket super close. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Can do laundry for 300 yen in lobby. A great spot! Would have been improved with a microwave in each room, going to another floor was a bit of a pain. But no major issues, a great place to stay.

• Mirko (9/5): - Really good location, only a short 15 minute walk to Kiyomizudera / Yasaka / Gion or Nishiki Market only 20 minute walk to Kyoto Station, or 10 minute to Gojo Station if you dont want to take the Bus. Also we forgot/lost an Earbud and they sent that after us to our stay in Tokyo. Very nice and helpful communication The Rest of the Room was as advertised. • Joyce (5/5): Great room, rigid staff - Spacious room, separate toilet, laundry basket provided English speaking staff was super unhelpful. Black and white to problems, ie. No attempt to try and resolve or provide suggestions to help guest. Ie. My husband asked for help to book a taxi as I was the organiser but was sick and stayed in the room. Asked to help spesk to a taxi driver as he did not understand the address in English, shoulders shrugged with a smile and that was it. Another guest left washing in the only machine for over 20 minutes. He said the RULE is …. Cannot touch. Do looking after an inconsiderate guest but not a damn about another guest ie me. Again. Shrugged shoulders and smiled. Japanese staff were 100% times helpful. Shame about the ‘foreign’ staff.
