• Laurakubik (8/5): - Structura este foarte apreciata fiind in centrul istoric. Camere mari, spatiu suficient Mic dejun f bun desi continental. Personalul foarte deschis si saritor Bun wifi Prezenta unui pub in incinta a fost foarte apreciata. Pentru pretul cerit, din pacate am remarcat: Foarte putina atentie la detalii si la curatenie. Usa camerei montata invers ( cu deschidere in afara) si care nu se inchide bine. Robinetul de la baie montat gresit din cauza oglizii supradimensionate nu permite sa dea apa calda la maxim. Cabina de dus cu pendenta gresita retine apa acolo unde nu trebuie... Mocheta care retine mirosuri. Luminile se pot stinge/ aprinde doar de la usa (te dai jos din pat)

• Vita Reichler (8/5): A nice hotel with excellent location - The hotel is located right in the city center — the location is excellent. At first, I was a bit disappointed because the photos on the website look much better than the room I actually received. However, overall I was satisfied with my stay. The bed was comfortable, everything in the bathroom/ shower worked properly, the room was cleaned every day. I also liked the breakfasts. It’s not a buffet — you choose from a menu, but they can prepare dishes according to your request or even combine options for you. There is no desk. I had to work on my laptop while lying down. Maybe it's a bit overprised because of the nice location.

• Violeta (9/5): - Ne-a placut totul. Curățenie, căldură, camera spațioasă, liniște, mobilier modern, paturi confortabile. Din punctul acesta de vedere, totul perfect. Mic dejun diversificat, proaspăt și bun. Este adevărat că ai de ales intre 8 variante predefinite, dar totul este diversificat si pentru toate gusturile. Cafea in camera. La micul dejun ai de ales intre sucuri naturale, apă, cafea. Nu găsești loc de parcare în apropiere; Am găsit o parcare cu plată la 800m distanță. Nu este un inconvenient imputabil hotelului, dar este bine de știut si acest aspect.

• Anne Marie (8/5): Fantastisk beliggenhet, koselig og rent rom- og hyggelig og tilgjengelig personale. - Frokosten var veldig fin, men muligheten til å velge ulike menyer. Beliggenheten var helt fantastisk! Jeg vil si at hotellet er plassert midt i den koseligste delen av hele Cluj. Midt i nydelig gammelby, men gåavstand til alt. Jeg likte alt.

• Teodora (1/5): - Singurul lucru ok a fost locatia, amplasata in centru, de aici si pretul exagerat pentru o noapte de cazare. Doamna de la receptie draguta. Pozele nu ilustreaza realitatea! Inafara de locatie, nu am platit nimic altceva. Mizerie in camera, la mansarda este sufocant, nu exista geam ( este unul in tavan care nu se deschide), aerul conditionat miroase oribil, la fel si baia unde mirosul de canalizare este insuportabil. Pereti patati, mucegai, tv-ul nu mergea cum trebuie, nu exista frigider/minibar in camera. Micul dejun nu exista, sunt cateva preparate a la carte. Per total, cea mai rea experienta cu un hotel care se vrea a fi de lux in centrul Clujului

• Ioana Luminita (8/5): Weekend la Cluj Napoca - Este amplasat in centru, in apropierea obiectivelor turistice. În zona sunt multe restaurante și cafenele. Pentru un weekend a fost foarte bine. Camera tripla a fost confortabila și curata. Personalul a fost amabil. Micul dejun nu a fost diversificat. Erau 3 - 4 variante de meniu fix, cafea și suc.

• Alex (3/5): The worst hotel I have ever experienced - Just the location was ok as it was central. The staff was very unfriendly, I asked for a different room as the one they gave me was in a terrible condition and they asked me for extra money for the second room. The second room was slightly better so it was still bad. Eventually I decided to move to a different hotel since this one was extremely bad and they never refunded. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, the furniture was very old and squeaky, the doors wasn't safe, the toilets were disgusting and the staff were very unpolite and really mean.

• Lana (7/5): A good choice for a few days to stay in the center of the city. - Very central location. 3 Star Hotel' not more or less. No so choice for breakfast, only a few prebuild choices. No cappuccino/hot milk for coffee. The mattress is uncomfortable .
• Rebeca (5/5): It was a decent stay 6/10 - I liked about the property that it looked nice on the outside,but inside the rooms the beds felt like I was sleeping on the floor how low they were. The rooms had warm interior, However it doesn’t put up to the fact that the pillows literally seemed like we were sleeping on a tshirt they were very uncomfortable and thin. Didn’t support our necks at all. The breakfast wasn’t as expected but it was average

• Anne (7/5): Centralt, men skidt morgenmad - Meget central beliggenhed. Gå afstand til alt. Morgenmaden var 8 forskellige tallerkener man kunne vælge imellem. Kaffe og Juice var tag-selv og var helt fint. Morgenmadens-kortet var ikke super varieret og ikke særlig lækkert. Vi gik til bageren efter brød og et lille supermarked efter pålæg og drikkevarer.

• אסתי (4/5): רק נראה יפה, לבדוק מה שחשוב לכם לפני ההזמנה ולהשוות - המקום מרכזי מאד, החדר נעים ולא יותר, פקיד הקבלה מסביר פנים וניסה לעזור תמיד ובנחמדות החדר *מאד* קטן, אין מגירות במקלחת כמו בתמונה, אין איפה לשים דברים. גם הארון בחדר המגורים רק דלת אחת שהיא תלייה אין מדפים. אין ערכת קפה/תה כמו שכתוב, יש מכונת קפה ביתית עם תקציב קפסולה ליום. אין תה, אין קומקום, אין מקרר. יש רעש פעמוני כנסייה סמוכה, יש רעש משיכורים למטה . ארוחת הבוקר מוגשת לפי תפריט סגור - אם חשבתם לקבל דברים יבשים, רק ירקות או ביצה קשה, זה לא אפשרי. התמורה לא תואמת

• Kateryna (9/5): Nice stay in Cluj-Napoca - Hotel's location is very good - city center, close to all main attractions, a lot of cafes and bars in a neighbourhood. Room was clean. There is a coffee machine in a room. Personally, I am a tea person, but it was totally OK for me. Main disadvantage is breakfast. There are 8 options you can choose from, but not of a good quality (at least for me)

Kokeilin niistä paria erilaista. Pyyhkeet vaihdettiin joka päivä, vaikka se oli hiukan turhaa. Kotiinlähtöni oli ennen aamiaisaikaa, eikä ollut mahdollista saada mukaan mitään aamiaispakettia. Kylpyhuoneessa oli hiukan epämiellyttävä tuoksu.

• Anne Marie (10/5): Raportul calitate servicii pentru pret este excelent. - Amabilitatea naturala a personalului a depasit asteptarile mele. Micul dejun aduce un plus de valoare hotelului, iar cafeaua este din boabe de calitate, cu aroma naturala. Locatia este chiar in centrul orasului, in zona unde sunt restaurante, cafenele, patiserii si magazine, la cateva minute de mers pe jos. Nu a fost ceva care sa nu-mi placa, dimpotriva faptul ca exista personal la receptie cu care poti sa comunici ofera un alt grad de incredere si confort.

• Corina (8/5): - Location was great for visiting and the price was good. The room was nice and clean, great coffee was available in the room. Very friendly personnel. The choices for breakfast were relatively limited. I had large buffets for similar costs at other hotels. I do not mind having to choose a plate, but the composition of each plate could have been better and more options be provided. Occasionally, there was some noise that was hard to ignore.

• Timofei (10/5): A wonderful and comfortable stay in the heart of Cluj-Napoca. - I really enjoyed my stay at Fullton Hotel in Cluj-Napoca. The location is excellent — right in the city center, close to all main attractions, but still quiet and comfortable. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and nicely served in a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a great experience — I would definitely stay here again. Everything was wonderful — there was nothing I didn’t like.
