• sara (9/5): Anniversario - Ci si trova in un piccolo borgo dove le case sono trasformate in appartamenti molto belli e curati L’unica nota negativa la doccia costituita dal solo doccino attaccato alla parete vicino alla porta. Si allaga ovunque e soprattutto essendo l’armadio in uno stanzino all’interno del bagno è impossibile accedervi se l’altra persona si sta lavando.
• Marko (10/5): We came for a family reunion, feel blessed to have stayed in such a place, & hope to return again! - This place is magical. The castle, the property, the views were so beautiful. To stay in a place with this much history was amazing. Sara and Crisitiana were wonderful hosts who answered all our needs and went above and beyond. Sara got us dinner reservations in town at Tratorria la Bule- which was delicious. And the breakfasts were amazing. Nothing- was perfect.

• NELI CRISTINA (1/5): - Da localização. Quando você pensa num castelo acredita que vai ser bem atendido e que as instalações serão super confortáveis, só que este não é o caso. O aquecimento não funcionava bem demorando para atingir a temperatura programada, a cama era desconfortável e a televisão não pegava nenhum canal o que foi somente resolvido no segundo dia. O café com leite era bem inferior a qualquer outro hotel que ficamos durante a viagem. A cereja do bolo foi quando solicitamos a retirada do lixo na recepção e nos informaram que o próprio hóspede deveria retirar o lixo e levar até as lixeiras que ficam na estrada. Outra coisa, absurda para uma acomodação que se propõe a se denominar como castelo, é cobraram a troca de toalhas e sequer efetuarem a limpeza dos quartos, apesar de termos ficado hospedados quatro noite.
• Scott (10/5): A peaceful Tuscan escape where history, rolling hills, and comfort come together perfectly. - A beautiful, scenic property set in classic Tuscan countryside. It felt peaceful and secluded, yet still within easy reach of Florence. The accommodation was spacious and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The castle grounds and history added something special, and the nearby villages were authentic and great to explore. Very narrow windy drive up to the castle.
• Polina (10/5): Unique experience and perfect place to rest - Amazing place! Very beautiful and quiet. The rooms are very authentic, you feel like staying in a castle but with great facilities and service. The staff is very friendly, and they were every kind to book excellent restaurants for us. You can also purchase great local wines at the reception. We liked everything and would be happy to coma again. But be prepared that the property is located in the nature, so there may be insects in the room.

• Caterina (10/5): Soggiorno meraviglioso - Castello meraviglioso in posizione strategica per visitare la zona. Staff gentile e disponibile. Ho scritto che purtroppo dovevo deambulare con le stampelle e mi hanno dato un meraviglioso appartamento al piano terra. Colazione buona e abbondante.
• David (10/5): Außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt mitten in der Toskana - Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut. Jeden morgen wurde unseren inidviduellen Wünschen entsprochen z.B. Omelette, Cappuccino frisch zubereitet. Das Frühstücksangebot enthielt alles von frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, Joghurt, Müsli, Brot, Croissant, frisches Obst, Nüsse, Eier usw. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage und die Zimmer sind umwerfend. Wir hatten ein Appartment mit 2 Badezimmer, Küche, Wohnzimmer mit Fernseh. Die Lage ist etwa 25 Autominuten von Florenz. Sehr ruhig auf einem Berg gelegen umgeben von Zypressen. Wunderschön. Meckern auf hohen Niveau: Wir waren Ende März vor Ort und leider hatte der Pool noch nicht geöffnet. Schade - aber nachvollziehbar aufgrund des wechselhaften Wetters.

• Piotr (8/5): Beautiful accommodation in a convenient location - A beautiful place, no doubt. Half an hour drive to Firenze, San Gimignano or Siena, which is ideal for the area. The apartment was huge and the fire place was an unexpected bonus for a nice winter evening spent indoors. The unit had central heating and was very warm. Decent breakfast with amazing fresh omelets and fresh homemade cakes. I think the bathroom of the unit we stayed in was not at par with the rest of the accommodation and needs an upgrade. The kitchen was well equipped but it wouldn't hurt to have some basics : coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper and some oil.

• Simone (8/5): Splendido weekend nel Chianti - Molto bella la colazione insieme alla locanda Machiavelli con tavolata angolare e disposizione delle scelte nel grande camino. Staff molto disponibile che ha preparato ottime omelette. Molto buone anche le torte del giorno. Nel bagno bene la vasca Jacuzzi, ma sarebbe utile una doccia più comoda.

Facendoci infine una sorpresa , un upgrade dell’appartamento. Un sogno soggiornare nell’appartamento all’interno del castello , che gode di un panorama mozzafiato sulle colline del Chianti . Grazie ancora a tutto lo staff per il meraviglioso soggiorno.

• Jérémy (9/5): Un cadre magnifique dans les collines toscanes - La beauté du lieu, la piscine, les équipements, la taille des logements et la disponibilité du personnel Pas grand chose. Le seul petit problème regarde le manque de climatisation. Malgré les grosses pierres, il faisait 28 à l'intérieur début aout. Il fallait laisser les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit pour rafraichir et faire tourner les ventilateurs à fond pour avoir du frais. C'était supportable mais l'installation de climatisations serait un vrai plus, même si cela doit être compliqué dans ces bâtiments classés.

• Przemyslaw (10/5): Bajkowy wypoczynek - Dostaliśmy darmowy 'upgrade' - aprartament dwupoziomowy z kominkami, sam obiekt położony pięknie na wzgórzu, ale blisko ekspresówki, więc był to świetny punkt wypadowy na zwiedzanie całej Toskanii
• Vernetti Prot (9/5): Un soggiorno rilassante in un'atmosfera di altri tempi tra le Colline del Chianti. - La struttura distribuita attorno alla collina e costituita da un edificio principale e diverse casette attorno. La vista delle colline del chianti con i suoi cipressi ed i suoi vigneti. L'atmosfera autentica della Toscana di una volta con gli arredi perfettamente intonati all'essenziale della case di campagna in cotto, pietra e legno senza concessioni eccessive al lusso ed al non essenziale. Gli spazi ampi e confortevoli di tutti gli ambienti dalla camera da letto al bagno al salotto/cucina ed agli esterni. La cortesia e la gentilezza del personale. Avendo anche una certa età abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di poter arrivare con la macchina fino davanti all'ingresso della casa/appartamento. Nulla da segnalare.

A villanykapcsolók már elörehedtek, a TV tükrözés nem akart működni., néhány kellék már cserére szorulna (pl.: hajszárító)

• Gerald (6/5): Für einen Zwischenstopp sehr schön, aber auch reichlich teuer. - Pool, Aussicht und Frühstück fantastisch, auch die Anlage ist optisch beeindruckend. Im Sommer braucht es dringend eine Klimaanlage, sonst ist Schlafen praktisch nicht möglich.
• Gail (8/5): Beautiful and tranquil for a relaxing stay - Beautiful old buildings in a remote location. Very quiet and relaxing. As they say you need a car. This makes it harder to have a drink if there are only two of you as one needs to drive.

• Karine HOUDINET (10/5): Un séjour dans un site historique enchanteur - Le petit déjeuner était sublime, dans un cadre magnifique et original. Nous avons adoré la visite du chateau accompagné de la dégustation de vins (en option). Ce qui nous a permis de découvrir le secret hitorique de du chateau. Très bien situé pour visiter les grands points d'intérêt de la Toscane. Attention, pas de climatisation dans le logement (appartement Il Ciprese), ni de terrasse/balcon.

El lugar está ubicado en un región de máxima tranquilidad y si quieres desconectarte es un gran sitio Que el precio de alojamiento no te incluya limpieza! A menos que vayas más de 1 semana que se me hace algo ridículo ya que pagas una buena cantidad de dinero para no obtener limpieza, cambio de toallas, etc y adicional no cuenta con aire acondicionado… en cambio te dan un ventilador y repelente de moscos!

• Jan (10/5): Heerlijk om tot rust te komen - Wat een enorm fijne locatie, heerlijk zwembad, super vriendelijk personeel en zeker het ontbijt. Daarnaast de rondleiding en wijn tasting op het kasteel was top. Het is een fijne locatie om als uitvalsbasis naar Chianti streek aan te houden Het is wel fijn om een echte douche te hebben, nu zittend in een bad.

• Claire (8/5): Lovely place to stay. We'd love to return, but we would need to have air conditioning available, - We LOVED the infinity pool. We were in the pool everyday. The kids loved the table tennis too. The staff were kind and helpful. We had exceptionally hot weather and found it hard to sleep. Our villa seemed to get hotter than other villas which was difficult for us all to sleep in, even with the fans provided. If we were to come back and stay again, we would need for there to be air conditioning option in the villa. The staff did offer us a cooler, smaller villa (which was very kind), but the kids had settled in and didn't want to move. We struggled the whole week trying to cool off the villa (weather reached over 36-39C).
• Nichk (9/5): Superb - Lovely location, the pool is amazing and even though it was really hot when we visited the powerful fans did a great job keeping us cool at night. Such a stunning location and very easy to chat to staff about anything we needed or issues we had Lots of issues with the door and accidentally locking people in or out of the apartment. We were advised we could drive down to our apartment but wished we hadn't as it was a short walk or a very steep drive and the hire car didn't cope well trying to come back up the hill again. After that we didn't park there again - all minor though. Still would go back because the location and facilities were lovely

• Erin (10/5): Martina was extremely helpful throughout our stay. They were able to let us drop off our luggage early and check in earl - Location was amazing. Apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. The stairs were difficult when bringing luggage up/down and we had our grandma with us. Despite that, I would definitely stay there again… it really was a fabulous location and that is common in Florence.
