Front desk manager kunne kun ganske få engelske ord (dog ville han ikke indrømme det og havde en arrogant attituden), hvilket gjorde kommunikation om alt fra Nytårsbuffet, rengøring og shuttle bus næsten umuligt.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly, helpful and made check-in so easy. The whole place feels green and peaceful, surrounded by trees and right by the sea. Perfect spot if you just want to chill, relax, and escape the city noise. The beach here is beautiful and calm, great for swimming, and you can also try fun activities like kayaking or paddle boarding. The pool is huge with such a stunning view – honestly one of the highlights for me! Our room was super spacious, very clean, and definitely worth the price. Food was delicious with lots of choices – plus they’ve got a restaurant, a café, and even a beach bar. Literally, everything you need in one place. Yes, it’s a bit further in from the main road, but honestly that’s part of the charm.

• Bharath (1/5): Bad - Our check in was at 2 and we were made to wait till 4:45 at the reception saying the previous guest didn't leave and they need time cleaning up. One of the Aircons didn't work but then they fixed it after complaining. The bath room wasn't mainted well. There was mold on the blinds and the shower attachment needs to be changed. It's located completely interiors and there was no option to rent a bike. There was only an expensive taxi service, if it's just one person wanting to go out. Our sister had a health issue and we requested to cook some plain rice that we brought, apart from our dinner orders. They couldn't fulfill it. The resort was understaffed and lots of communication gap and the manager was travelling apparently to take any feedback. Over all terribly disappointed.

There is nothing too do here, Pool is dirty, beach also, kitchen close already 19,30 after this nothing at al too do not even a snooker table. Strange way too book taxi, they scam you, I book taxi with reception and got a tuk tuk instead. The hotel drive me for free to a place for rent a bike said the drive was for free, to the rent for bike place but charged me 400 baht for the ride back this took less than 10 minit drive and why was the ride too the bike was free but not the ride back. Very strange. The whole place is a scam and booking pricing on the island koh chang is not correct. No way these hotels are worth 10000 baht too 30000 baht and the day after I booked almost all hotels had 50 procent discount. This hotel make relationships broke up.
• Khun (1/5): Bad hotel - The scenery Rooms are old, not clean, equipment not working (leaking fridge, water heater not working, bathtub broken...), no TV, no room cleaning, no room service. If you pay for an additional bed, you only get a mattress on the floor...

• Jillian (4/5): It has potential… - The property has lots of potential. It’s on the water and surrounded by forest. The room was large with a sea view. The property was visibly not maintained as well as it could be. I am all for the cute little geckos in rooms, but there were lots of little bugs/termites literally eating away at the room. The locks on the windows were rusty and hard to open and close. And not all of them locked into place which was a bit concerning considering the sign on the door to ensure everything is secure due to monkeys. The restaurant hours were not great, the menu was ok. With some energy and love I think this place could be really special. But this visit, for me, the price did not match the accommodation.
• Leigh (3/5): Terrible - Probably just the beach where it was We were charged one hundred pounds per night which is a lot in Thailand, we stayed for 5 nights and the room was cleaned just once, the rooms haven’t been modernised since they were built probably 20 or 30 years ago. Everything was rotten or falling apart. The pool looked like it had problems it was a funny colour and dirty, the staff were quite rude and unhelpful and the location of the place is remote, you will need a car or motorbike if you want to leave the hotel To see anything
• Rita (1/5): Don’t waste your time and money - Nothing. We arrive at ko Chang pier and no one wants to take us to the hotel because it’s far and opposite to where all the tourist are going. Basically this place is far from everything that’s worth visiting in Koh Chang. Then we got there and immediately realise that what you see in the pictures is false advertising. This is essentially a very old hotel that appears to have been neglected for years, with no evident maintenance. The swimming pool was dark Green and closed. They had a notice saying that the pool was closed until next day at noon but when the time came the notice was still there, the swimming pool was still green and still closed. Upon check-in, we were taken to our room (the one shown in the pictures with the woman in the white dress). The buildings were clearly outdated and poorly maintained. As I entered the room, the wooden floor literally gave way beneath me. My leg got stuck, and I was unable to move it in any direction. It was an extremely frightening situation. The staff simply froze, doing nothing to help. It was my wife who saved me—she found a stone and broke the wooden plank around my leg to free me. My leg was very injured so we asked for a first aid kit. They brought us ice and an expired antiseptic solution. After this we were very upset and did not feel safe at that place anymore so we informed that we would have to stay the night because it was already too late to find an alternative stay, but we wanted to check out the next day and be refunded in total. The staff spoke very basic English and could not make decisions autonomously so they called the manager, who was not present. The manager did not want to talk to us and said that the best they could do was to offer us dinner and cocktails. No refund. We felt offended to say the least. We insisted for hours that we wanted to speak to the manager but they wouldn’t let us because the manager forbade them to pass the phone on to us.
• Anna (1/5): Worst nightmare - What can I say? Cheaters! I have booked the accommodation with a free airport transfer. Before our arrival, I have contacted them to schedule our pick-up time. I was shocked when I was informed that rules have changed and they will charge me additionally of 5000 bhats in both directions (almost the cost of our whole stay). At the end, they have left me and my child outside the island without any support, any information or guidelines. They just said 'sorry for the inconvenience' 😡 After our conversation, they have changed settings in Booking system... I wanted to cancel this non-refundable booking after such changed conditions of the contract but they haven't agreed, so I was charged with the whole amount even when I wasn't able to get there. Shame on you! I just couldn't imagine a worse nightmare. It should be a chillout time for me and my son but it was a total disaster. Better think twice before booking anything there. No discount will ever compensate stress that they might give you.

• Meng (3/5): price is very expensive as compared to service and location - breakfast , my stay was three days stay ， first night air conditioner was not working ， i spend the night without air conditioner ， next day i let staff know about it ， they called a engineer to fix and when came back at night they said the air conditioner is working fine but it was not there were footstef all over the floor and screw on the floor we had two children with us, well at night around 10 i went to reception to report the issue and they changed the room , i was far from the main beach around 20 kilometer , worst experience ever ,

• Laura (7/5): Amazing place if you have your own transportation! - One of the most beautiful rooms I have ever stayed in! Amazing views, quiet and very comfortable bed. Room was nice and spacious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming! Location is very isolated and nothing around you in walkable distance. Would advise against it if you do not own a scooter/car. The food at the restaurant is not very good, I advise trying other restaurants 2-5 km away.
• Michael (9/5): Hideaway - Tranquility, no one around. Didn't see many other guests. Perfect get away to get away from it all..but do not expect a party on the beach In front as it's remote and well out the way! We met some Germans who were very unhappy after booking 16 nights there. Well derr, maybe look on a map and some past reviews and photos. Nothing, perfect 2 days there, Amy longer may have gotten boring. The beach was small and the water very shallow so not great for swimming in front of the hotel unless you want to be 1km out..
