- Sharon (8/5): - The showers in the en-suite were not able to be moved up and down and are very much geared for a taller person so caused a lot of issues for us. The shower over the bath in the main bathroom was difficult to use as well.
- Jacob (5/5): Great location and apartment, just don't bring your own vehicle as it will save you a lot of hassle - The location is great. The apartment is located directly next to Kew Bridge train station where you can take a train to Waterloo in 30 mins. There is also an Underground station around 10 mins by foot as well, so getting into central London is very straightforward. We were also very close to Richmond and Ealing, where there are several nice venues for brunch and dinner, as well as some stunning pubs. We were very happy with the apartment itself- it was spacious, clean, warm and was equipped with everything we needed. We were very comfortable in the apartment. While the listing stated that no parking was available, I received an email from RoomSpace advising that I should contact them if I needed assistance with parking. I did so in advance, but was informed there was no parking available, with little consideration given to our circumstances.
For context, we were a party of four, travelling with my elderly mother-in-law, who is partially disabled. On arrival, a resident opened the car gate, so I called the out-of-hours number for clarification. I was informed that there were not enough key fobs for all guests at Kew Bridge Court and that I should have given more than 48 hours’ notice—something I had already attempted to do via email.
During our stay, I noticed that there were several empty parking bays within the compound, which made the insistence that no parking was available quite frustrating. The overall response felt dismissive, and the lack of adequate arrangements for guests with vehicles—particularly those travelling with elderly or disabled family members—made things unnecessarily difficult.
Fortunately, I was able to park nearby in a residential area for the first three days, and later I was allowed to park within the compound without being charged, which was very much appreciated. However, I strongly recommend that RoomSpace ensure there are sufficient key fobs available for all guests staying at Kew Bridge Court.
Aside from the parking situation, our stay was excellent, and without this issue, it would have been perfect.
- Deborah (9/5): I'll do it again. With family in London, just perfekt. - The location for the key is diccicult to find in the dark, but I had a good description and support.
- Mari (5/5): - The apartment we were given differed greatly from the pictures. The apartment was not well cleaned and it needs a deep clean. The main bathroom has mold and the shower head is ancient and clogged.
- Siarhei (6/5): A good stay overall, but the lack of car access and the first apartment assignment made the arrival experience difficult - The apartment itself was comfortable and clean. After we raised an issue, the team moved us the next day to a better unit on the second floor, which had more light and felt much nicer. The location is also convenient for shops and transport. The biggest problem is that there is no car access to the building, especially in the evening. You cannot drive in to unload your luggage or shopping, so you have to walk a long distance carrying everything. For guests with bags or children this is very inconvenient.
At first, we were placed on the ground floor where the windows had to stay closed for privacy and for the trash area, so the room felt very dark. We asked to be moved, and luckily the next day they transferred us to another apartment.
- Caroline (10/5): Fantastic stay - We were visiting the area primarily to attend the women’s World Cup rugby at Twickenham. The apartment was quiet, warm and well located for shops, bars, restaurants, etc. the railway station was close by as were bus stops.
A great find! Nothing

- Vanessa (8/5): Great location and clean. Communication was poor. - Location and size of apt. Hard to contact - I couldn't get in via the pedestrian gate with the code they gave me and no one replied to my message for my entire stay. Lucky someone else let me in otherwise I don't know how I would have managed to check in. They also never got back to me re my request for an early check in. Also not sure why we couldnt have had a parking space as there were plenty available.
- Piknerova (9/5): - The accommodation is spacious, secure, comfortable, with iron/washing machine/dishwasher/hairdryer/fans/kitchen equipment on hand (superhandy for those staying with a small child like us), modern, easily accessible, in a nice neighborhood, 3 minutes away from bus/train, 7 minutes away from a large playground, about 30 minutes away from the city centre (train to Waterloo). We were very happy Impossible to open the windows, blinders broken on couple of windows, apart from that absolutely nothing
- Andrew (8/5): Good and convenient - Clean and good location No concierge to help out of ours

- Shayna (9/5): Superb - Accommodation was as advertised. Plenty of space for our family of four to be able to base ourselves here for exploring London. An easy 15-20 minute walk to the closest underground, or two minute walk to bus stops/overground trains. Either way, could be in the city centre exploring within 45min to an hour from leaving the front door.
Neighbourhood was very safe and family friendly, with plenty of food options within a couple of minutes walk after a day of sights. Also had a couple of local mini-supermarkets for when we wanted to cook our own meals. No major concerns at all. Our stay here was incredibly stress free.
- Danka (9/5): Superb - We couldn´t find the keys safe but the lady on the phone (emergency number) was very nice, patient and helpful. We appreciate that! The place was lovely - rather spacious, clean and safe and in a nice neighborhood. The bus stop is just a few steps away and the underground is about a 15-minute walk away. Great for a family trip! We´ll definitely come back. We came in the evening and the keys safe was not easy to find in the dark.
- Shruti (10/5): Comfortable stay in a safe and beautiful part of London - Comfortable apartments, well equipped, no hassle. Location next to the train station was a boon.
- Afsaneh (10/5): We felt at home. - Secure flat in a gated development. 2 bathrooms. Nice patio. Well equipped kitchen. Very quiet. Comfortable beds and quality beddings. Great location. Very nice host always available to deal with queries. Very clean. Extra cleaning was done during our stay which is rare and greatly appreciated. We extended our stay. Nothing
- Tanya (10/5): Peaceful home away from home. Really enjoyed our visit here - We had a really great stay here. It was super comfortable and cosy - perfect for a family getaway. The service we also received from guest services and reservations was stellar. They were very helpful when we wanted to extend our stay last minute. The kitchen had great appliances if you prefer to cook, and there is a separate dining area and living area…..so it’s quite spacious. Also, locationally, there are lots of shops for supplies as well as many other landmarks and attractions. It also helps that it is quiet as it is not centrally located in London. Another great feature was the abundance of fans…given that we arrived on an uncharacteristically warm London evening. I would highly recommend this space for its level of comfortability, access, and the guest services
- Sarah (9/5): Superb - Very clean, spacious and included relevant amenities. Check in and out very easy. Very good value for money.
Very good location. Parking is difficult.
- Wendy (10/5): Excellent - The hosts were very accommodating.
- Zakirhusain (7/5): Good -
- Zoe (8/5): Very good -
- Abang (9/5): Great comfortable stay.. - Spacious and clean.. Good heating.. Good communication with staff through WhatsApp.. Very near the train station and bus stop.. Convenient stores and restaurants around the area.. 30mins to Westfields via bus.. Cooking facilities available.. Central London is about 50-60 mins away via train.. Our apartment was apartment 88, and there was no lift.. We were lucky it was on 2nd floor.. Beds were a bit soft..
- F. (9/5): Superb -
- Walid (10/5): Exceptional -
- Muhammad (10/5): Exceptional - Good location Relaxing
- Suzana (7/5): Good location, no lift facilities - Good location, close to transport The apartment advertises a Lift for upper levels, however there was no lift
- Hiroko (5/5): Passable - The rooms were clean. They didn't provide check-in instruction prior enough to my arrival. They didn't respond my inquiries via chat messages so I needed to make emergency calls sometimes. It was really stressful. Requests regarding the beds and the number of keys were ignored.
- Dilara (9/5): But all in all we had a good stay. - The staff was so helpful. And the Apartment really clean and new. It could be nearer. And the heating stopped at night.
- Michael (5/5): Passable -
- Peter (10/5): Brilliant - Very comfortable apartment within a gated community a stone throw away from the Thames path. A real sanctuary of peace and quiet after a long day in the city. The District line into London is at a 10 min walk in the picturesque Kew Village and takes around 20 min to South Ken and the city centre. Very clean and all amenities available. Sainsbury’s and convenience store on the doorstep.
