The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
The credit card used at the time of booking must be presented upon check-in. If the guest is unable to provide the same credit card, full payment will be required at check-in. Please note that third-party credit card payments are not accepted.
JA Resorts & Hotels will send payment link on registered email address depending on the cancelation policy of the booking, to fill in the credit card details for advance payment. Guests are requested to validate their credit card and make payment through payment link received from the hotel.
Please be informed that the water park has height restrictions for children for safety purposes. Minimum height 39 in. All children between 39 in – 47 in must be supervised by an adult.

- SAIF (8/5): Amazing place to stay and enjoy - The staff is welcoming. The facility is amazing and the food is nice. Special thanks to the staff who helped me when I fell down. The internet data connection is poor and keeps disconnecting. TV is not smart to connect the apps entertainment. It has only Youtube .

- Safa (2/5): Disappointing stay – unhygienic conditions, poor hospitality, slow emergency response for my injured child, and extremel - The facilities are nice, but the stay was disappointing due to poor hospitality. Unacceptable Hygiene: We found a large nail inside the toilet, which is extremely unhygienic and shocking. Lack of Basic Hospitality: We checked in late, and not a single gesture of hospitality was offered. In this extreme heat, no water was provided upon arrival, which is very disappointing and not in line with expected standards. Inadequate Medical Assistance: My son was bleeding, and I requested a first aid kit. The response was slow and unprepared. They didn’t even have a waterproof plaster, despite us staying at a beachfront property where such items are essential. Unprofessional Staff Behavior: One of your security team members was extremely rude to my children and to me. His tone, body language, and inappropriate staring. I have his name and you are free to call for details.

- Dimitrios (1/5): No great experience, hospitality element of the hotel very poor - I have asked for early check in and for the options provided on the booking (dinner for 225) but I was informed that this is not applicable as I had to stay for 3 nights minimum. They told me that room will be available at 15:00 while everyone else got the room around 14:15 when I moved to the room the bed for my kids wasn’t ready and no bathroom amenities. When I asked for the bed they told me I’m sorry we are very busy we will bring it later. We had to wait for the buggy over 15min to take us back to the room and at the property there was a dead snake that the driver thought that it was a point for the people that they wanted to see so he stopped the buggy for everyone to see despite the fact that some people have phobia with this.

- Asia (6/5): Good stay; after-stay service could have been better. - You can explore all the facilities at other JA hotels; buggy service is reliable. Walking paths are also good if you want to walk instead. Some staff are attentive to details; offered a mini surprise for a birthday. Good restaurants though prior reservations are required for most. Days later we found out some of our clothes were missing and when we got hold of someone on the phone to check, we were told there was nothing left inside our room. We sent another inquiry via Whatsapp and got a reply the following day that they have our stuff.. this was 5 days after we checked out. I wonder if/when they would actually reach out to tell us if we did not ask again.

- Helen (10/5): Amazing - Beautiful hotel Grand reception We had the junior suite which was very impressive It is a bit far out from the city so taxi to the nearest metro is needed - ranges between 50-85AED each way so can add up if you want to go in and out every day. This will be different in the future once all the building work and extension of the metro is in place. Would still recommend this hotel .. we all loved it

- Mike (10/5): Fun and friendly resort for a family trip to Dubai - We really enjoyed our stay at the JA Lake View hotel with the one bedroom suite giving us a spacious set of rooms to relax in. The wider resort was an excellent choice for our two young boys with pools, beaches, a splash park and peacocks to entertain them. We didn’t even scratch the surface of the various activities on offer. It was quick to get to Legoland Dubai by taxi and straightforward to travel further afield into Dubai for day trips. The food was excellent at all of the resort restaurants we tried and the service from staff was consistently warm and friendly. We were really impressed by the NYE gala dinner - from the food to the entertainment to the beach venue so this was an unexpected highlight to our stay. When our son slipped and hurt himself later that night, the hotel team were very supportive from helping with first aid to calling the ambulance and following up afterwards. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of hotel for a fun family trip to Dubai and look forward to returning in future.
- Meredith (4/5): - The food was awful. Not hot. They ran out of things like mango. The NYE dinner was incredibly expensive and all the food was cold. It also started quite late for the children. The hotel is a long way from the city so it was inconvenient to go anywhere else. The children were not allowed to have toys in the pool. It was very difficult to get restaurant reservations and the staff at that desk couldn’t help at all.

- Marina (5/5): Noise in the room - Morgenmad var god, pools og området var fint, rent, personale var venlige Støj. Noise!!! Construction works on one side of the hotel and after moving to another room with golf view we were disturbed by rooftop night club or bar and could hear the noise and music till late night. Very disappointed about the noise . Long distance to everything else including Dubai city and very expensive to get a dinner at the hotel . Prices are overwhelming

- Josh (10/5): - The staff were amazing. Rodney, Abbas and Ms. Reine, the staff in the valet. The food is delicious. Over all it's excellent. We saw the rare bird but it's elusive. Please put ATM again in the hotel and it's not allowed for outside food even if picking up from reception. I hope they keep the animal areas clean and maintained.

- Muhsin (5/5): It was just average. - The location, ambiance, breakfast, swimming pool, and landscaping were all very good 1- The check-in process was slow due to an error in their system related to my booking. I included my kids as well in the booking, but in their system it was only two adults and kids were not included. 2- A crib was requested and confirmed at check-in for my child; however, it was not provided. 3- The concierge staff informed us that the JA Shooting Club was complimentary and free. Based on this information, we visited the facility, only to later find that it required an additional payment, after a long reception waiting. As a result, nearly two hours were wasted due to the rush at the club and the return bus timing.

Современные просторные номера, хороший пляж, большая территория зеленая, персонал старается , питание вкусное , очень много дополнительных развлечений: гольф поля, теннис, прогулки на лошадях , есть трансфер в торговые центры Немного сложная система питания, даже в основной ресторан, где шведский стол, при полупансионе надо каждый день бронировать , при этом даже когда много свободных мест и заранее бронировал , садят по своему усмотрению и не всегда комфортно ( а кто-то без брони приходит и получает места лучше ), поэтому не понятно , зачем такая сложная система строгой рассадки и бронирования , хотя сам ресторан хороший и просторный, все вкусно . На территории отеля ценник высокий за еду и напитки.

- Julie (7/5): Je pense que l’on reviendra dans cet hôtel, car il a quand même des avantages au niveau emplacement et également au nive - Le lit était confortable. La nuit il n’y a pas eu de bruit. Le petit déjeuner sauf les pancakes et les gaufres caoutchouteuses. Et l’emplacement de l’hôtel à proximité de pas mal d’activités. On a accès à l’hôtel qui se trouve sur la plage, il y a une aire de jeux aquatique pour les enfants qui est sympa. Un soir, au bar j’ai demandé à avoir quelques glaçons et on m’a rétorqué qu’il fallait demander à l’accueil. Elles accueillent, ils m’ont dit que c’était payant qu’il fallait que je paye cinq euros pour un saut de glaçons alors que je voulais juste un verre avec quelques glaçons. À côté de l’hôtel se trouve circuit de voiture et certains soirs c’était vraiment très très bruyant car les voitures faisaient grincer les pneus. Dommage, je ne peux pas partager la vidéo. De la plage on a vu sur le port avec les grues pour les containers c’est assez moyen.
