We are pleased to offer a complimentary Shuttle Service between TJ’s Tuban (5 minutes from Ngurah Rai Airport) and Resort, from TJ’s Tuban to Resort is 09:00 AM, and from Resort to TJ’s Tuban is 01:00 PM.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

- Ellen (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf. - Goed onderhouden hotel. Tuin kamers zwembad allemaal heel netjes. Restaurant is heel goed met goede kaart met verschillende soorten gerechten. Ontbijt uitgebreid en vers gebakken omelet. Personeel heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Leuk detail, badkamer is buiten Gym is wat verouderd
- Nathalie (3/5): Moyen seul le spot des dauphins est avoir. - La piscine et l’emplacement au bord de mer Le service laisse à désirer, pas rapide, pas de tables dressées, le personnel ne parle pas anglais et la cuisine du restaurant ferme à 21hoo. Pas de mangues ni yaourts au petit déjeuner. Chambres vétustes : pas de barres ni crochets pour sécher les serviettes salle de bains. Chambre pas faite à 14h30 et serviettes peu propres et déchirées air conditionné pas entretenu ! Activités : pas de jet skis alors que proposés, vélos pour faire 100 mètres inutiles !

There was a welcome message on our mirror in the room which was well presented and the bathroom was lovely and a good shower. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The restaurant was lovely with a good selection of food which was delicious. The staff were beautiful. The pool was amazing and set out the front where you could see the ocean. Breakfast was amazing with a wide selection of food. Nothing it was a fantastic experience.

Hotel uz ale neco zazil, v pokoji bylo lehce vlhko. Hezké prostředí, hotel v zeleni, udržovaná zahrada. Byli jsme jen na jednu noc, takze na přespání velmi dostačující. Moc hezké přivítání na pokoji, na zrcadlo napsali moje jméno. Úžasný personál, splnil by co vám na očích vidí. Líbilo se mi, že před vjezdem do hotelu byla závora a policista, cítila jsem se bezpečně. Fén na pokoji už neco zažil, doporučovala bych výměnu.

- Notani (5/5): Unclean rooms and bad service - The property location is great, they have great amenities, their dolphin tour is nice, the restaurant is one of the best things they have. The shuttle service, the communication from their front desk team, they never shared the shuttle details due to confusion I missed the shuttle, they said they give wake up call at 5:30 am for dolphin tour but none of the rooms got any call. The cleanliness is very bad there were hairs in washroom and on bed also stains were not even cleaned from the table. Unfortunately very bad experience

- Fleur (10/5): A beautiful resort. - The staff in the hotel were so very kind to us and made us feel very special. The swimming pool was beautiful and the grounds were immaculate. Our room was comfortable and clean. We had extremely well presented and cooked breakfast every morning. We took the hotel trip to watch the dolphins in the morning and were blessed to see a pod. The service on the first night was a little slow in the restaurant but it did not affect us or our meal.

Lots of reasonably priced food options- restaurant, sunset bar and room service- all tasty and cooked fresh. Breakfast buffet was huge and changed everyday. Rooms are spacious, comfortable bed, and spotlessly clean. Staff organised a scoter for us which was delivered to the hotel. Was just perfect! Nothing

- Zufang (7/5): Goede faliciteiten - Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk. Ze doen hun uiterste best om je welkom te voelen. Een drankje in hun openluchtbar, zittend op een gekleurde zitzak kijkend naar de zee is ons meest waardevolle herinnering van dit verblijf. De kamer moet echt een renovatie hebben. Vooral de badkamer.

- Вероника (10/5): Лучший отель в Ловине - Прекрасный отель, территория маленькая, но очень ухоженная, есть великолепный инфинити- бассейн, растут лотосы, вид на рисовое поле, в ресторане всегда есть места, прекрасные завтраки и ужины, питались только в отеле. Главное развлечение - рано утром поездка на купание с дельфинами, ее посещают практически все гости - это визитная карточка отеля, при этом сам отель не ориентируется на то, что люди, отправляясь в 6 утра голодными не успевают на завтрак, его однозначно надо продлить до 11 утра, поскольку персонал отказывается оставить хоть что-то поесть. Все выглядит так, как будто специально экономят . Отплывает не один десяток лодок с туристами и никто не приплывает к завтраку, а рядом нет ни кафе ни ресторанов, ничего! И обидно, ведь за завтрак заплачено! И вся еда просто оперативно убирается .

- dongheon (8/5): 4성에 어울리는 호텔 - 아침식사가 첫 날에는 좀 맛없는 음식도 있었는데 그거 빼면은 전체적으로 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다. 그리고 로비나까지 가는 버스편을 알아보고 있었는데 호텔에서 제공하는 셔틀버스가 있어서 무료로 편하게 호텔까지 잘 도착했습니다. 부킹닷컴 메세지로 이런 서비스에 대해 안내해주는 점은 굉장히 훌륭하다고 생각합니다. 호텔은 전반적으로 관리가 잘되어있고 레스토랑에서 해변 뷰가 좋습니다. 신기하게도 객실에서 모기 문제는 없었으며 호텔 직원들은 상당히 친절한 편입니다. 샤워실에서 샤워할 때 물이 좀 느리게 빠져서 조금 불편했어요. 그리고 샤워실을 청소하시고 나서 어떤 청소용품을 쓰시는지 모르겠지만 묘하고도 살짝 거북한 약품 냄새가 납니다. 물이 바닥에 닿으면 1~2분정도 냄새나더라고요. 방은 사진과 다른 느낌이 조금 있지만 좋은 점이 더 많아 만족하고 갑니다.

The bathroom glass on the top of the wall was open to the outside, so the mosquito kept coming in through; also can hear the talking sound coming from next door! The toilet is not working properly so we have trouble getting it flush completely— we can’t use toilet the whole night! It’s really bad and wasted a lot of time trying to flush toilet!!

Kan niet anders dan dat ik die negatief omschrijf. Er liep een kakkerlak wat niet heel gebruikelijk is in Bali. Dolfijnen tour is echt overrated, diegene die hun regelen deed totaal geen moeite en kost je fucking veel geld. Zeker af te raden.
- Edwin (9/5): Fantastisch verblijf, net een parad - Het is een prachtig resort/hotel, mooie kamers, gelegen aan het strand. Prachtige plek, paradijsje. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en service gericht. Het was niet druk toen wij er waren waardoor wij wel heel veel aandacht kregen. Ze deden echt alles om het ons naar de zin te maken. Restaurant was erg goed! Voor Balinese begrippen wel wat prijzig, maar wij vonden dat het wel waard. De locatie is wat afgelegen, maar met een grab taxi kun je overal naartoe voor weinig geld. Kortom, een echte aanrader! In de badkamer waren wat gekleurde randen waardoor we de hygiëne een wat lager cijfer hebben gegeven. Wordt wel dagelijks schoongemaakt.

- Matthys (8/5): Hôtel Superbe - Partie commune à couper le souffle, hôtel splendide et super propre avec un devant de bords de mer magnifique ! Le personnel est très très accueillant et sympathique et très à l’écoute ! L’activité des dauphins n’est surtout pas à prendre avec cette hôtel ! Une horreur animalière, sincèrement si vous êtes un minimum humain, passez cette activité ! Les bateaux foncent et blessent ouvertement les dauphins, c’est horrible à voir ! Les chambres ressemblent beaucoup à des box à la suite, et l’isolation n’est pas à l’appelle. Il y a des télé avec Spotify dans chaque chambre et si vous avez un voisin qui mets ça musique ça peut vite devenir dérangeant !
- Inara (4/5): Красивый вид, когда заезжаешь в этот отель. - Не понравился отель. Очень много насекомых, очень уставшие/старые номера, которые требуют ремонта. Затёртая плитка, выломанные замки в дверях, сложно открывалась входная дверь. Всего два больших полотенца, нет полотенцев ни для рук, ни для ног, ни куда встать после душа. Душу тоже нужен ремонт. Почти всё не понравилось. И ещё развод с дельфинами, выбрала этот отель так как были включены дельфины, оказалось включено только посмотреть на дельфинов, а не поплавать. А что бы поплавать надо доплатить ровно столько сколько это и стоит эта экскурсия на улице.

Da vi ankom, var der hår flere steder på gulvet. Fjernsynet virkede ikke. Der var problemer med gardinerne – en medarbejder kom dog og fik det ordnet. Der var hår i maden, så vi måtte få en ny portion. Maden blev ikke serveret samtidig, så jeg fik min mad, da den anden næsten var færdig med at spise. Der var små dyr i morgenmaden, fordi den stod udækket fremme. Vi blev opgraderet, men køleskabet i det nye værelse virkede ikke. Der var desuden blod på gardinet. Engish 👎 We had booked a room with a view, but were given a room facing a rooftop. When we arrived, there was hair on the floor in several places. The TV didn’t work. There were problems with the curtains, though a staff member came and fixed them. We found hair in the food and had to get a new dish. Our meals were not served at the same time — I received mine when the other person had almost finished eating. There were small insects in the breakfast buffet because the food was left uncovered. We were upgraded, but the fridge in the new room didn’t work. There was also blood on the curtain.
- Katharina (7/5): schöne lage, preisleistung leider wünschenswert - das hotel ist gut für familien. die kinder können im pool liegen. die eltern auf den liegen entspannen. uns persönlich war das hotel zu westlich geprägt. die ausstattung wie in einem hotel in europa. die speisen im restaurant sehr westlich und nicht mal herausragend und dafür viel zu teuer. ich zahle gern für gute qualität und ambiente aber bei 750ml wasser für 4,70€ da hört bei mir auch der spaß auf. zum vergleich: 1l wasser im supermarkt vor dem hotel 30cent! es gab für ein paar wenig gäste unwahrscheinlich viel servicepersonal - jedoch muss man seine wünsche selbst am tresen aufgeben und mehrfach nachfragen ob man bedient werden kann. oft wurden unsere bestellungen vergessen und dann wurde nicht höflich reagiert und einfach gesagt: sorry wir kümmern uns jetzt darum ist wohl untergegangen, sondern man musste erklären, warum man das jetzt trotzdem gern haben möchte. ettliche kellner waren sehr nett. nur passt das ganze konzept nicht so richtig. das was man vorgibt zu sein: ein hotel und beach club und tollem service, da erwartet man anderes. nicht die beste erfahrung auf bali. ich reise seit 10 jahren nach bali und bleibe immer für 2 monate und kann dieses hotel leider gar nicht empfehlen.

- Umut (10/5): - Net de dag dat wij hier aankwamen bleek mijn vriendin voedselvergiftiging te hebben, waardoor we wat langer dan verwacht hier moesten verblijven. Het personeel was ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam, hulp met de tassen, gember thee en makkelijk verteerbaar voedsel naar de kamer brengen voor mijn zieke vriendin, hulp met een arts en oprecht medeleven en intresse tonen. Sommige faciliteiten zijn iets verouderd en het eten is wat prijziger dan je gewend ben in Bali, maar de locatie en het personeel maken dit meermaals goed. Daarnaast is het ontbijt ook zeer uitgebreid.

Das Hotelpersonal ist super freundlich & auch das Essen im Restaurant war immer sehr gut. Rundum die Hotelanlage gibt es nicht wirklich vill was man zu Fuss erkundigen kann. Es hat nicht besonders viele Liegen am Pool und gewisse sind nicht mehr ganz intakt.
