• Aurora (6/5): - posizione strategica a pochi passi dal mare, non è necessaria l'auto per qualunque necessità. Il terrazzino è meraviglioso, assolato all'ora di punta e grande abbastanza per mangiare all'aperto o scorgere il mare in lontananza. La cucina era perfettamente fornita di tutto ciò che si poteva avere bisogno, c'erano anche le pastiglie per la lavastoviglie. Divano letto nuovo, infissi nuovi. L'appartamento non era pulito a dovere, il bagno è privo di finestra quindi l'umidità crea muffa (presente in doccia). Al nostro arrivo mancava la carta igienica, la proprietaria in serata ce l'ha portata ma in ogni caso non è possibile che manchi la carta igienica all'arrivo. Sul pavimento c'erano briciole, il bollitore sporchissimo come se qualcuno avesse fatto direttamente il caffè all'interno. Anche le pentole erano unte.

• Tatiana (9/5): Nous avons beaucoup aimé. Merci - L’appartement est situé au bord de la mer. Cependant, pendant notre séjour il avait des travaux sur la plage, l’accès était fermé près de chez nous. Sinon, il y a tout nécessaire à proximité. L’appartement est très confortable. Il y avait un peu bruit pendant la nuit à cause de restaurant qui est juste au-dessous de l’appartement.

• Victoria (9/5): Extremely well located and modern apartment - Nicely furnished, comfortable, well equipped, extremely well located for beach, restaurants, shopping, and the train station is minutes on foot. And despite the busy, popular area, the bedroom is well located at the back of the building so no trouble sleeping! Nothing! Just to point out it's on the first floor (easy stairs) but no lift.

• Goncalo (9/5): Perfect place to enjoy Côte d'Azur - Valérie, great host. She's lovely... Great location. Perfect place for up to 4 people. Right in the centre of Jual les pins. 2m walking from the beach. 10m walking from train station. 20m walking from Antibes. Perfect location to visit Cannes, Nice, and also Monaco. The apartment is completely renovated.
• Kathryn (6/5): Pleasant - Great location for the beach only a block away. Good sized outdoor space. Needs a refresh
• Eamon (5/5): Great location - The flat was in a fantastic location in the centre of town. The balcony is perfect to sit on in the morning and evening. We also liked having beach items we could use such as beach parasols. The flat seems like it is used as an office (Interior design) when there are no guests, this suggests why the main bed folds out from the wall which seems to be used as an office most of the time. The bed was comfortable but very loud, which I found difficult to sleep on but my partner was fine. We did have one issue which I feel I should mention. Coming back from dinner on the first night, we returned to 6 or 7 cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom. Valerie was very responsive and got a specialist into the flat within 36 hours.
• Peter (10/5): Best Apartment in Juan Les Pins - The location was amazing. The host, Valérie, was also very helpful and communicative. This is a perfect apartment for a family of 4, a couple, or 2 couples sharing. All the facilities were top notch. Full kitchen, air con throughout, washing machine, dishwasher, lovely terrace balcony where you can watch the world go by. The area has a wide range of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, creperies, and ice cream booths. There of course is the gorgeous sandy beach practically on the door step. Full of beach beds and sun umbrellas if you need them, but there are some to use in the apartment. I 100% recommend this apartment. We will be back. That we could only stay for 2 nights as we are interrailing through France.
• Deirdre (8/5): Brilliant location in Juan Les Pins, easy walk from train station and to beach, great base to explore Antibes, Cannes an - Brilliant location, super balcony to sit out on in the evenings, AC and WiFi were great, flexibility on arrival time was greatly appreciated Shower head didn’t go on stand, dirty dish cloths left, 2 almost empty bottles of hand wash and empty dishwashing liquid in apartment, a second key would have been helpful
• Elizabeth (9/5): Amazing location, friendly hostess in lovely Antibes! - The hostess is very friendly, informative and responsive. The location is AMAZING! In the city center accessible to everything and a 4 minute walk to the beach. Also the balcony overlooks a park that had live music every night, so great! It felt like staying at a friends house and the interior could use some sprucing up.

• Alari (8/5): we had good 3 days in Juan Les Pins and Antibes and Cannes. The host was welcoming, letting us check in earlier. Easy ac - Location, terrace with folding roof. Theapartment has everything that you might need like oven, washing machine etc. Bed room window tables making access to the bed uncomfortable. Door handle inside the bathroom.
• Leland (7/5): Good place for a three night stay in a great location in beautiful Juan les Pins. - Great location, close to markets and train station, 20 minute walk to Antibes Old Town. Facilities in apartment were okay. Apartment has a lot of potential, as owner is an interior designer. Loved watching the locals playing pétanque across the street. This apartment has so much potential. A thorough cleaning would be a good start! There was grunge on floor around base of toilet, the red feather light fixture (which didn't seem to work) was covered in dust, some walls and the bedroom door had marks or were quite dirty. Bathroom was also being used as a storage space for patio umbrellas, many cleaning supplies, there were rusty paint cans under the sink. Getting wifi powered up and connected took a LOT of effort (luckily my partner is a bit of a "computer geek"). First impressions were that the whole place looked okay; looking closer there seemed to be a lot of random pieces of furniture and kitchen items in the cupboards that looked a bit like clutter. Murphy bed was comfortable but was awkward to walk around as there was a large desk(?) under the window that took up a lot of floor space (and looked really bad). I would love to come back some day to see what improvements the owner (an interior designer) could make; this place could be amazing. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
• Traveler (5/5): Great location, ok stay. - The location was great, right in the center of town. Five minutes walk to beaches, two minutes walk to lots of restaurants. The place has everything one could need as far as dishes, utensils, etc. It also has a very large terrace. I found the bedroom impossible to use except for clothes storage. The A/C barely worked and the bed was so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep in it.
• Danielle (1/5): Terrible, we didn’t even stay and she refuses to provide a refund. an awful experience that I highly do not recommend th - nothing it was terrible. once we arrived the place didn’t even look clean. there were stains on the bouncy and kitchen table. it was questionable if there were clean sheets on the bed. No toilet paper in the bathroom and the place smelled of bad body odor. We weren’t even there for 10min and left to stay at a nearby hotel. we told the property owner under the conditions we were not staying there any longer. She is refusing to refusing to reimburse us for anything. everything in the above, dirty, smelled terribly, abs just not in the condition it was advertised in. I wish I would have taken pics to show but we just wanted to get out of there ASAP due to the smell.

The view from the balcony is great for watching all the activity in the town. Very short walk to great beaches and plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance too. There was nothing we did not like
