The front desk staff were amazing in helping us extend our stay, booking excursions, and always welcoming us back at the end of the night. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about this hotel. We will definitely be coming back!

- Bjoern (10/5): Cozy little Boutiqe Hotel with very attentive personnel - The hotel is perfectly located inside the old town. Temples and (weekend) night-marktes are only a short stroll away. I cannot praise the hotel staff enough. Their warm and attentive approach made all the difference, with great suggestions and genuine care throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet consisted of local and international dishes. Coffee and eggs were prepared fresh and as requested. If you go on day trips, a breakfast bag will be prepared for you.

The staff was prompt in answering our requests. I was worried about potential noise (due to disclamer on booking) but I did not hear anything. The place is very beautifully decorated and in an excellent location. I didnt like the breakfast. It was not as varied as it could have been and didnt taste great. The hairdryer is not the beat and there is no full length mirror. The bed wasnt the most comfortable although the size was good. These are minor details that are preference based and should not deter you from staying here.

We were 101 which looks at more the garden then the pool. The Breakfast was lovely and all the staff were excellent. Great location and the actual building is stunning. Highly recommend. The pool needs to be cleaned so the water is clear. It was murky when we stayed.

Les chambres sont spacieuses avec balcon, la piscine de 16 m est très agréable, les petits déjeuners sont extra. Un compliment spécial pour la barista qui prépare d’excellents cappuccino. La piscine dès le matin était trouble, les transats tachés, des plots orange autour de la piscine gâchait le cadre. La clim ds la chambre ne fonctionne pas en continu mais avec un temps max de 3h...donc réveillés en plein milieu de la nuit pour remettre la clim car trop chaud....

- Nicole (9/5): Kleines Hotel mit aussergewöhnlich nettem Personal - Die aussergewöhnlich netten Mitarbeiter machen den Unterschied zu anderen guten Hotels aus. Wir haben uns extem willkommen gefühlt. An der Reception hat man jederzeit einen Tipp für Restaurants, Ausflüge oder Transporte erhalten. Sehr hilfsbereit, einfach toll! Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Fussdistanz. Guter Kaffee. Der Frühstücksraum war etwas dunkel und altbacken und es hat keine Bar/Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind schön, jedoch schon etwas abgewohnt. Wir waren in der Nebensaison dort und hatten einen sehr guten Preis. Die normalen Preise finde ich für das Gebotene eher hoch.

They were incredibly friendly and attentive, treating us more like friends and family than just guests. As travelers requiring halal meals, we were so impressed by how they went "all out" for us. They specially prepared meals and took the time to walk us through the breakfast buffet to point out exactly what we could enjoy. We stayed in the pool access suite, which was a total game-changer for convenience. Plus, the location in the Old Town is superb. We easily walked to the Sunday Market and found it the perfect base for exploring. Highly recommended! Nothing!!! Everything was great!

We had a view of the pool, which we didn't have the opportunity to use. The beds were comfortable. They provided dark colored towels for us to take on our elephant excursion. We had to leave before breakfast was served so they provided an early box meal for us. My friend was very impressed with the lattes. The shower isn't fully enclosed. It has an open space where the door would be. This led to some puddle issues.

Felt like a different world once inside the hotel very calming and clean. Air filters in the bedroom with air-conditioning giving clean and cool air. Immediate street surrounding. Hotel should invest money with other businesses and local people to improve the surroundings outside the hotel.

- Guilherme (10/5): Eu gostei tento que pretendo voltar assim que possível, passei 3 dias porque tambem fui pra bangkok, phi phi island e ph - O hotel e a recepção é inigualável, sério. Eles foram tão educados que eu ficava até sem jeito. A comida no café da manhã é muito boa e caprichada da pra ficar até de tarde com a barriga cheia. Não há o que reclamar, sendo sincero.

The staff demonstrated exemplary politeness and provided a warm welcome. The hotel's design was distinctive, featuring fantastic decor and an impressive swimming pool with some of the best water ever. Our room was aesthetically pleasing, and we particularly appreciated the high-quality amenities, including the excellent shampoo and shower gel. The breakfast experience was outstanding, with special recognition for the meticulous attention to detail and charming presentation of our morning coffee and eggs. I would have appreciated a full-size mirror in the room, in addition to the one in the bathroom. It would have been beneficial to have a mosquito repellent plug, as we unfortunately experienced some long-lasting bites. Furthermore, it would have been pleasant to have some refreshing drinks and snacks available by the pool.

- Hendrikje (8/5): Charmant und schön mit etwas Renovierungsbedarf - Das Hotel hat eine extrem schöne Fassade und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wurden sehr gut gereinigt und die Unterstützung für die Buchung von Touren war top. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Unser Zimmer ging nach hinten raus und war angenehm ruhig. Das Mobiliar und die Einrichtung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und einige Ecken haben ein paar Schrammen, Kratzer oder Flecke. Die Auflagen der Liegen am Pool könnten etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit gebrauchen und der Fußboden im Frühstücksraum hat auch seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. So kann das Interior nicht ganz mit den Erwartungen mithalten, die die Fassade weckt.
