• Nicola (8/5): Potenziale ancora inespresso - L'architetto si è inventato una struttura con torri e scale che a noi è piaciuta esteticamente. La vista è meravigliosa; in più abbiamo scelto la camera superior e ne vale la pena, con un ampio terrazzo e un panorama molto bello. Lo staff è stato davvero molto collaborativo e gentile, ci hanno tenuto varie cose in lock room, dato buone informazioni e in generale cercano sempre di superare le carenze (vedi sotto). La colazione è in sostanza buona e varia, con una terrazza sul mare e sulle isole molto piacevole. In tre parole: mancanza di attenzione. Arriviamo e la camera sa totalmente di chiuso: perché non cambiare l'aria ? La maniglia del bagno ci rimane in mano: la sera stessa la sistemano, bravi e gentili, ma perché non controllare prima ? Varie mattonelle dove si cammina non sono fissate bene, e le parti verdi sono, diciamo così, tenute male. E tante altre cose così, i letti sono rifatti in modo approssimativo, manca un'insegna luminosa sulla strada per arrivare con il buio, eccetera. E' come se mancasse la presenza della proprietà, o di un manager attento. 4 stelle come struttura e posizione, ma 3 stelle scarso come manutenzione e gestione. Quindi, a prezzo pieno è un furto, scontato al 50% è accettabile, scontato al 70% sarebbe giusto. Attenzione: da sconsigliare per uno stop di una sola notte, ci sono un sacco di scalini e scale strette da fare con i bagagli.

• Jeff (7/5): - Loved the pool and outdoor area facing the water. Loved the breakfast, very good quality. Loved the staff, everyone was super nice. Our room was challenging because of so many stairs and a strange configuration due to the tower style. At the same time, it was a unique experience so I also liked it...mixed review I guess. :-)
• Dimitrios (1/5): ΑΘΛΙΑ - Κατά την άφιξη μας στο ξενοδοχείο, η κάρτα εισόδου για το δωμάτιο δεν λειτουργούσε. Κατόπιν ενημέρωσής μας στη ρεσεψιόν, ήρθαν να μας ανοίξουν με κλειδί αλλά η πόρτα έβρισκε στο δάπεδο. Τελικά, προχώρησαν σε επισκευή. Στη ντουζιέρα του μπάνιου δεν υπήρχε κουρτίνα ή κάποιο προστατευτικό τζάμι, με συνέπεια όλα τα νερά να υπερχείλιζαν στο μπάνιο. Επιπλέον, το πιο σοβαρό από όλα, ήταν ότι, παρόλο που επισκεφθήκαμε το ξενοδοχείο στην αρχή της σεζόν, δεν είχαν επιμεληθεί τη συντήρηση των κλιματιστικών με αποτέλεσμα να βουλώσει η αποχέτευση του air condition του δωματίου μας, να βραχούν τα ρούχα που ήταν στη βαλίτσα μας, η οποία βρισκόταν κάτω από το air condition και το δωμάτιο να γεμίσει νερά. Αυτό ήταν άκρως επικίνδυνο για τη σωματική μας υγεία (κίνδυνος ηλεκτροπληξίας και μόλυνσης νόσου λεγεωνάριου) και για το λόγο αυτό ζητήσαμε άμεσα αλλαγή δωματίου. Αρχικά, μας ενημέρωσαν ότι θα προβούν σε επισκευή του κλιματιστικού την επόμενη μέρα. Σημειωτέον ότι η κράτηση μας ήταν μόλις για ένα βράδυ. Εν συνεχεία, απαιτήσαμε αλλαγή δωματίου ή επιστροφή χρημάτων, και μετά από πολύ κόπο καταφέραμε να μεταφερθούμε σε άλλο δωμάτιο, το οποίο ήταν σαφώς καλύτερο. Τέλος, το πρωινό ήταν αρκετά φτωχό και ελλιπεστατο (πήγαμε στις 9:30 και έκλεινε στις 10:30). Όταν ζητήσαμε σερβίτσια, μας απάντησαν ότι δεν είχαν μείνει άλλα διαθέσιμα καθαρά. Για όλους αυτούς τους λόγους, η διαμονή μας ήταν από τις χειρότερες που έχουμε βιώσει, και μας χάλασε τη διάθεση!
• Borjan (10/5): Great choice, clean, good location, friendly staff - The concept of the hotel is phenomenal! The rooms are great, big, clean and modern. The toilet was really clean and the staff was keeping the room clean every day. This is another highlight of the hotel, the staff is really friendly and helpful. I would recommend booking a room with a sea view since I think it’s worth it, we didn’t have it, but next time we are booking a sea view room for sure. The breakfast was a little disappointing, not bad, but it has room for improvement.

Eating breakfast looking at the sea and the mountains is grand. Very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast is varied. You need a car to go to anywhere and place is on a steep hill. It is a tradeoff for the nice view.

Pracht zwembad, mooie kamers, prima restaurant en plek om te ontspannen. Enige wat me tegenstond was het korte ritje naar boven vanaf de doorgaande weg. Eigenlijk elk Grieks hotel heeft zo’n steile oprit. Ben ik als Hollander niet gewend.

• Oana (10/5): Charming stay in Lefkada - Our stay at Red Tower Hotel was amazing! The room was better than the pictures, the view was stunning, and the hotel itself was beautiful. The staff was very helpful and kind and we really appreciated that housekeeping came everyday. I highly recommend it. We also liked the breakfast and the romantic atmosphere on the terrace near the pool at dinner time. The hotel is also near some very charming villages, but nothing in walking distance. The only thing that wasn’t that good was the WiFi signal, but it wasn’t that much of a problem.

• Jupolli (4/5): Dissapointing - The staff was very nice It was nothing like the photos, the room was very bad there was no balcony like it showed on the photos it was a very small room, we couldn’t even open the windows because the view was the people eating in the restaurant. We reserved the sea view we got the restaurant view. Breakfast was the same in our whole stay not very tasty. The water was really bad. The bathroom door would lock itself so if you have claustrophobia stay away. Every furniture was old. There was no place to dry the clothes we would wash by hand because we went to the beach and we had to keep the clothes wet on bags. The price was really high from what it offers.

• Hadas (4/5): מאכזב מאוד ! לא ממליצה! - המיקום היה טוב הצוות היה נחמד בחלקו מלון בינוני ומטה לא מתאימה לחופשה באי כזה קסום. המלון מפוצץ מדרגות אווירה מאוד משעממת במלון בעיקר בערב. החדרים גדולים ומרווחים יחסית אבל המיטות זוועה, לא נוחות בכלל, או קשה מידי כמו לישון על קרטון ולילדים היתה מיטה רכה מידי שעושה כאבי גב. אין שמיכות בכלל יש רק סדינים וגם אם מבקשים שמיכה יש או צמר (ממש כמו סקביאס) או משהו קשה שאי אפשר לישון איתו. לנו בחדר היה בהתחלה ריח במזגן של גבינה מקולקלת, אחר כך זה הסתדר יחסית. ביום הראשון הבריכה היתה נקייה וביום השני היא היתה ירוקה. הבריכה עצמה אחלה אבל עמוקה מאוד. אין גישה ישירה מהמלון לים אבל 2 דק נסיעה יש חוף נחמד מאוד. בקיצור לא ממליצה על המלון בעיקר שהוא גם לא זול .

• Laurent (1/5): Vacances en famille dans les Îles Ioniennes - La vue trop à dire sur la mauvaise qualité des équipements (mobiliers anciens, endommagés, rouillés). Une rénovation urgente et complète est nécessaire. Exemple : côté piscine un lampadaire est sortie de son emplacement et touche le fond du bassin, on y voit le fil mais le personnel ne semble pas le voir, aucune réparation durant notre séjour de 4 jours. Certaines lattes de la terrasse sont cassées, montrant des vis apparentes et dangereuses je pense aux enfants pieds nus. Le mobilier de la piscine usé et à changer immédiatement pour ceux localisés au fond. Le petit déjeuner pas extra, j’ai vu beaucoup mieux pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. En résumé je dirai que j’ai réservé dans cet hôtel pour les photos et les 4 étoiles qui pour moi étaient un gage de qualité mais la réalité est tout autre. Nous avons l’habitude de voyager et je dois dire que c’est ma plus mauvaise expérience. Sûrement une nouvelle fois trop d’attente par rapport au prix et la qualité de l’établissement.

Die Zimmerausstattung bietet nicht viel Ablagefläche und die Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Das Badezimmer war winzig. Personal beim Pool nicht besonders freundlich und aufmerksam.

• Antonios (10/5): Second time we stayed in this property, most probably there will be also a third one . - Beautiful location , the staff is very friendly and the rooms very spacious and nice. The prices are bit too high on the pool cafe and for the restaurant.

The property is located around the 5 star hotels in the island. Conveniently accessible to city of Ndiri for shopping and water sports. Staff are so helpful and cooperative The priority needs major renovations and upgrade. The bathrooms, curtains, furnitures, sheets and towels need to be replaced with new ones. The swimming pool is nice and clean but the furnishings and all other things so worn out. The bathroom and changing rooms behind the bar needs to be redone. Considering advance planning if you are targeting Lefkada in order to get the best financially and to please your stay

• Marin (10/5): Amazing stay with an outstanding view! - We loved our room!! It was very spacious, clean and cozy. We had a beautiful balcony and we felt very special. Our view was amaaaazing!!! Breakfast food was delicious, the pool is on a cliff, just like the hotel and it had an amazing view. Staff was very kind and friendly, always smiling and polite. We had a great vacation! Highly recommend this hotel! We loved our room, but I would suggest them to upgrade their tvs (since they don’t have smart tvs, only Greek channels available) and their air conditioning units. Restaurant food was ok, but overpriced. Small menu, no children options. Parking limited. You have to drive to the beach. The hotel is on a cliff so you have to drive everywhere. They don’t have sidewalks, so in Nikiana you have to drive and pay parking.
