• Nataliya (6/5): - The hotel staff were nice, helpful, and responsive. The location was also quite good and convenient. I am not completely sure about the room size and I may be mistaken, but it felt smaller than advertised, possibly because the room was decorated in dark colours. The main problem was the shower: the water pressure was extremely weak, with only a very small stream of water. Because of this, it was almost impossible to take a proper shower or wash my hair. This really affected my overall impression of the stay.
• Burhan (9/5): Ich würde nochmal hierher kommen ist sehr empfehlenswert allein wegen den Personal - Personal sehr hilfsbereit und nett dazu noch 24/7 ist jemand da falls man was braucht. Die lage ist sehr nah an einer Metro station und man hat alles was man braucht in der nähe. Die Zimmer sind schön modern. Der Lärm von draußen.

• Tuba (6/5): Het was oke - De locatie was top in het centrum alles tot laat open, alles wat je nodig hebt op loopafstand De geur in het hotel. Er word een bepaald schoonmaakmiddel gebruikt wat erg vies ruikt. Wij kwamen in de nacht aan, toen wij naar ons kamer kwamen stond een schoonmaakster voor de deur en vertelde dat hij net gedweild had, ons kamer stonk erg naar schoonmaak middel het ruikte zo sterk dat wij echt de kamer moesten luchten midder nacht dit was voor ons egt een grote tegenvaller. En de bedden zijn klein

• Michaela (1/5): Moldy, broken and dirty & don’t want to refund us for a stay that didn’t even happen. - Upon arrival after 30 hours of travel we were shocked. Absolutely catfished by the photos and the good reviews. Although I can only add 4 photos to this review you can see the black mold and exposed wires. There was cigarette burns in the bed linen, questionable marks on the walls, dirt and buildup all around the skirting and floor,. There was broken cupboards and black sticky substance on the sitting area and so much more. the shower was broken and the dirty aircon didn’t cool the room at all. When trying to leave the entrance was blocked by two of the attendants who were very passive aggressively trying to get us to stay despite the fact we had stated we felt uncomfortable and that the room was not up to health safety standards for us. They clearly knew they were in the wrong and were offering us “better rooms” or to stay at another hotel they must own They are now refusing to refund despite the fact we left not even an hour after checking in which is very disappointing. Ended up staying somewhere else. Have been in contact with both booking.com and my bank. Save your money and your time and health and find somewhere else.

Мы подошли к менеджеру сказали « это не то, что мы бронировали», нам дали большой номер, чистый, красивый, вид на мечеть + терраса. В конце, нам не добавляли к сумме НИЧЕГО.

• Mehmet-Zeki (6/5): 2nd suit 1er étage et côté rue .. ! - L'hôtel proche du métro Bakirkoy et des différents lieux a visiter ou effectuer du shopping (centres commerciaux). Plusieurs lieux ou prendre son petit-déjeuner , déjeuner voir dîner pour pas chère ! Côté chambre lit confortable... La chambre au 1er étage au dessus d'un supermarché , mal isolé, proche de l'ascenseur, fenêtres simple vitrage ( froid extérieur resenti), donnant sur une rue assez mouvementée et bruyante. Une serviette de toilette lavabo pour deux ! Joints de cabine de douche et plafond SDB nécessitent un rafraîchissement . La chambre n'a pas une surface de 30m2 , même en incluant hall et SDB ! Nous avons deja sejourné dans des 25m2 bien plus grands. Pour finir peu de rangement, si vous avez plusieurs bagages.

• Dr Mary (10/5): Presque parfait - Réception aimable. Trop petite chambre mais confortable avec une baignoire type jakuzzi. Possibilité de fumer. Quartier super sympa et animé. J’ai adoré mon séjour et je recommande cet établissement à 100%. Le sol n’est pas propre, c’est même très sale. Marcher pieds nus 10 minutes et vos pieds deviennent littéralement noirs. Ce n’est pas acceptable. Tant que les serpillères seront crasseuses et que l’eau des sceaux sera grise… le résultat sera toujours le même au sol : crade !

• Lanne (9/5): Convenient and comfortable stay - We had a lovely stay here! The location was excellent and very convenient, with everything just a short walk away. It made exploring Istanbul so easy. The staff were welcoming, and the overall experience was wonderful. We would happily stay here again on our next visit.

And the reception guys were all very kind,good,decent and went out of their way to help. Nothing was too much for them! Im surely coming back, a lovely cosy location close too everything!

Jakuzi haricindeki genel hizmet kalitesinden memnun kaldığımı belirtmek isterim. İnternet bağlantısı ortalama seviyenin altında, televizyon performansı ise biraz yavaştı. Klima ve banyo donanımları ise beklentileri karşılıyordu.

• Robert (9/5): location, location, location - the location was great for us as we were meeting friends and second suit hotel was only 200mtrs from their hotel also a bonus it is only 240mtrs from the station. their was two issues one very minor the other I temporarily remedied while we were their 1/ the cover plate on the flusher button came off the first time I fushed the toilet. still able to flush the toilet so no issue. 2/ the air-conditioner base unit outside our window made a hell of a noice when it was on and this could have been a major issue, but I found if I tied one of my boot laces to the mesh of the unit and pull it a bit and locked the lace in the window it would stop the vibration and noise. but all in all a great place to stay and if we come back we'll book second suit for sure.
