NADAV (5/5): - The apartment is big. The apartment is very old not well maintain. Exploits difficult to get a hold of the staff and communicate with them I waited for 30 minutes in the rain until I found the guy that was supposed to open the door. There is a horrible smell of moist all over the apartment. The floor is sticky and one out of the 2 bathroom is outside of the apartment. In a private area but still outside.

Fogão O fogão está dando choque quando a pessoa está descalça e toca na panela. Segurança – Porta da Área de Serviço A chave da porta da área de serviço, que dá acesso às escadas, deve permanecer na fechadura. Ruídos nas tubulações dos quartos Foi percebido barulho de água passando pelas tubulações nos quartos, quando algum apartamento superior faz uso. Aviso sobre descarte de lixo Falta de um aviso ou placa indicando o local correto para descarte de lixo.
