• Deb (5/5): Nice room, close to everything and great view of the canal and mountains. - The room had a great view of the mountains and canal and was very spacious. The waffles in the restaurant were fabulous. The pool staff was welcoming and the pool layout was very relaxing. The room was clean and once we noticed the place to put the key in a slot near the door we got the lights and tv to work. We did not appreciate being told multiple times that we would have gotten better service if we had booked directly. I pointed out that I wouldn't even have known they existed if not for the 3rd party site, ie: booking.com. It was fine the first time it was said but after 3 or 4 times to both us and our friends we were annoyed.

• Deb (5/5): Great views of the canal/mountains yet close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping. - We liked the rooms, large with a balcony. The pool was great and the hot tub also. The bar staff by the pool were great. Check in was fast and they held our luggage until check in time. The sliding glass door did an excellent job of blocking the sounds coming from the street. We loved the view of the mountains and canal. It was less noisy than other places we have stayed closer to the beach, bars and restaurants, yet, within walking distance to all and we are all over 65 and have mobility issues. We had to ask for rooms close to the friends we were traveling with multiple times until they finally complied even though we put a request on booking.com, asked again as soon as we arrived (before noon), and then again when we came back at 3pm. Still had to go back down and request again after our friends got there at 4. We were told several times we would have gotten better service if we had booked directly instead of using a third party(booking.com). We felt the slight because of booking through the 3rd party on several occasions. We didn't care for most of the menu at their poke restaurant. We did however love their waffles for breakfast.

Good in-house food options. Wonderful stay. The pool area didn’t open until 8 am. I would like to enjoy the hot tub at 7 am.

• Laura (9/5): Adorable Boutique Hotel in Waikiki - The hotel is an adorable boutique hotel in Waikiki. Our room was small, but charming. We enjoyed the pool, welcome cocktails, and breakfast in the restaurant. It is in a good, walkable location - although not beachfront. The rooms were small, but we knew that going in. It was a last minute booking due to being displaced from the flooding in North Shore and we took what we could get!

• Daryl (8/5): Great, quiet stay at the Wayfinder Waikiki and lots of yummy poke at Red Fin - This is a nice comfy hotel with a great island and hawaii vibe and have to shout to the excellent staff they had, espectially in the Red Fin breakie and poke restaurant. I liked my stay here a lot and while the rooms were ok, considering how far back from the beach we were and the fact they were a bit dated, the hotel is a little overpriced. The gym was pretty decent though. More than a little overpriced -- though arguably you could say that of all hotels in Honolulu. Was very unimprssed I was charged a resort fee since it's just a hotel (again, a common complaint in Hawaii).
• Tammy (6/5): It was a nice stay and staff is extremely nice - The room and balcony were spacious The location is in the heart of the city Waikiki so be prepared for lots of noise and congestion. The hotel pool is very small and there is absolutely zero ocean view from the other hotels blocking it. Honestly I wish I had done a little more research on hotel.

Relación calidad precio - El personal muy amable, el restaurante muy bueno y económico, te entregan por reserva un par de consumiciones y un descuento para el restaurante. Las habitaciones con tamaño adecuado y muy cómodo. Quizás mejoraría el cabezal de la ducha. Y algunos enchufes más en ambos lados de la cama ahora que tenemos dispositivos solo había en un lado de la cama.

• victoria (9/5): Beautiful hotel, prime location, immaculate vibes. - The location was prime and the property was stunning. I loved the vibes an the relaxing feeling through out the property. The only critique I have is that our bed was not comfortable. It was hard and could have really benefitted from an update or a mattress topper. Everything else is 10/10

Good location, very clean and friendly room and checkin staff Not ideal parking situation with limited parking options near by, but not really hotel issue, is a city wide problem in local area. The Cafe didn't have many food options and getting a seat at the restaurant was also a bit of an issue, considering we were hotel guests. We thought it was a one off, but occurred multiple times, so we gave up going/trying.

• O’Shea (8/5): A quaint, classy, and affordable hotel. - The Wayfinder was a great value hotel. The pool and hot tub were quaint , the rooms were “fun” and decorated creatively, the food in the restaurant was amazing and great prices (for Hawaii). The views of other loving accommodations from our balcony. A bit run down. Our canal view was off too far in the distance but it was pretty to have a sliver of it.

• Francesco (10/5): The highest standard hotel in Hawaii - It was well taken care of. I liked the Bar and Area to the breakfast bar pool area was very open. The design of the room was very stylish, the view was also very beautiful, all the spaces around the hotel were very comfortable and nice to be at. The bar had a large spaces to relax or work if you need and the restaurant was a well positioned with the secondary bar where you can get drinks overnight. The facilities were well taken care as in cleaning this and also the bathroom had all the toiletries and high-quality towels and dressing down. The beeping of the elevator. You hear through the wall and also sometimes people walking in the corridor.

Arrested & brutalized in my room,taken to jail & tortured for 2 days,now have to spend thousands of dollars to fight this fake charge. All because they gave me too much to drink in bar,then TV wouldn’t turn on in room!

The pool area was pretty quiet and had a nice tropical vibe despite being in a city. Would have been nice to have a coffee maker in room. Coffee in their coffee shop was pricey.

• Shalain (7/5): - I loved the decor, the lobby and the pool. The staff was friendly and polite. It was really loud and we heard sirens all night long for 8 nights. The rooms and bathrooms are really small.
• Diane (10/5): - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious!! The hotel is a five minute walk to Waikiki Beach and makes for a quiet night’s sleep. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. We had a wrap around balcony to view gorgeous sunrises. Wish we could have stayed longer than just three nights.
• Kari (8/5): Slay - Loved the location, the vibe and the style of the Hotel. You could fill up your water bottle for free and get towels, beach chairs and boogie boards. We‘ll def come back. The beds are way too small for 2 people, non removable shower head, you can hear everything happening outside and in other rooms (bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper), some receptionists vibe radiated „please don’t talk to me“. the entry area is fully open so anyone can enter and use the lift, when I had forgotten the key and got a new one the old ones didn’t deactivate (which is something I have experienced in other hotels), so if you loose your key anyone that finds it can enter your room

Low ceilings, bed not facing the canal so the outlook was of an apartment building. Single glazing (apparently like most buildings in Waikīkī) so a lot of street noise / sirens right through the night

• Janet Grbevski (10/5): Waikiki Oasis - I loved that the hotel was not on the main strip. So quiet and quaint. The pool was like an oasis. It would be helpful if the reception staff could help with tours and bookings or there could be a dedicated section to look at available activities
• Carrie (9/5): This was a phenomenal facility and I plan to return! - My favorite thing was K at the Front Desk. She made me feel like a Very Special guest from the minute I stepped up to the counter. It really enhanced my feelings about the stay. The location was also great! It was downtown close to lots of great restaurants and shopping. Although I am not shopping at all the expensive stores, there are some other fun stores down there. It is also close to a Target if you are looking to get food and toiletries. There are also several ABC stores for other snacks and souvenirs. It is a bustling area and fun to just walk around.You could also walk over to Waikiki Beach pretty easily. The zoo and aquarium are over by the beach, along with some other great restaurants. The amenities are great. The pool and hot tub are FANTASTIC! Restaurant is apparently well known, I didn't dine there, but may go back. Breakfast was great!! The bed was ok, but a little firmer than I like, while the pillows were too soft! By no means do I mean that as a complaint, just a difference in preference. It looked like there was a spot on the comforter, which made me wonder if they reused it. However, I forgot to tell K at the front desk. I was too busy enjoying the amazing hot tub and pool area. I just chose to think it was a stain. It is on a busy corner, so it is a little noisy in the corner room. But I don't mind the sounds of a city. It didn't take away.

• Youngbin (9/5): - 와이키키 메인 거리에서 조금 떨어진 곳에 있어서 다니기엔 어렵지 않지만 숙소 근처가 복잡하지 않아 조용해 좋았습니다. 더블 침대 2개가 있는 방에서 지냈는데 가족 4명이 지내기에 적당했습니다. 체크인이 오래 걸려서 한참 기다렸습니다. 여러 보상안을 주기는 했지만 비행 후에 도착해 기다리는 시간이 길어 조금 힘들었습니다. 또한 이용하기에 큰 문제는 아니었지만 에어컨이나 욕실 등 시설의 노후가 있었습니다.

• Leslie (9/5): The place was wonderful. - Loved the Brutalist design and the elegant decor in the lobby. Design of pool area was nice too. I liked everything however the elevator were slow. But it was fully booked so that is likely why. Hard to get into the restaurant in the lobby. We were told it was full though there were empty tables everywhere. We were told they were short staffed. The front of house told us to put a comment in a review so that management would see.
