• Alexander (9/5): A wonderful stay in the mountains during freezing weather! - A very spacious hotel built to modern standards. Everything has been thought of, and the staff is very friendly. In terms of winter/ski holidays and value for money, it's a good choice. There's really nothing to complain about. However, from a personal perspective, I have to say that there are no roller shutters and the curtains are much too light, making it glaringly bright in the early morning. But I'm also sensitive to light and was lucky to be there in January when it doesn't get light quite so early.

• Eduard (10/5): - Das Hotel ist genau wie beschrieben: Das Personal ist super, das Frühstück lecker, es gibt eine Sauna, der Skibus ist gleich um die Ecke und kommt alle 30 Minuten. Absolute Weiterempfehlung! Eine Kleinigkeit, die gestört hat, und das ist wirklich Meckern auf hohem Niveau, ist die Spalte in der Mitte der Doppelbetten.

• michael (10/5): - Having stayed in hundreds and hundreds of hotels I can honestly say this was probably top 3 best customer service ever. The lady in the reception was extremely helpful with all from helping with further transport to late checkout. Can not recommend it more.

Sauna-und Fitness -Bereich sind gut ausgestattet Großes Manko ist die Badewanne zum Duschen, das ist nicht zeitgemäß und geradr für ältere Gästewomöglich ein Risiko. Der Platz im Skikeller war knapp bemessen

Whatever your eating habits, you’re sure to find something you’ll love. What stands out is that the hotel owners value quality over quantity. They support local farmers and producers, which is something that truly deserves to be highlighted.

• Gina-Melissa (10/5): Ein paar entspannte Tage in Kaprun, wir kommen gerne wieder :) - Zimmer schön groß und gemütlich, tolles Frühstück, Wellnessbereich auch schön, Personal freundlich :) Das Oldtimer-Museum ist auch wirklich interessant und lohnt sich. Ein wirklich warmes Becken im Wellnessbereich oder ein Whirlpool wäre toll, aber das is wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau.

• Robin (9/5): - Dobrá lokalita pro lyžování (skibus kousek od hotelu), čisté pokoje, wellnes v rámci ubytování, vstřícná obsluha, možnost večeří, vyzkoušeli jsme však jen jednou a poté jsme se stravovali ve městě, protože večeře jsou formou menu a pokud se vám netrefí do vkusu, bohužel nelze nic dělat a v rámci ceny 40€ za jednu večeři jsme raději zvolili steaky v místních restauracích. 🙂 Jinak byla se vším spokojenost.

• Olena (10/5): Amazing hotel with list of attention to their guests! - The hotel is run by a family Vötter which makes their attitude towards guests very welcoming, friendly, with lots of love! ❤️ 🎿Location is amazing, 7min walk to the slopes, 1 min to the bus stop. 🏊🏻Facilities are great. Swimming pool works from 7am till 9:30pm, sauna. 🍔Restaurant: amazing service, food is great and atmosphere is charming.

Besonders gefallen hat mir,dass das Klo vom Bad getrennt war! Die Matratzen waren hervorragend- bekomme in fremden Betten oft Kreuzweh - diesmal hab ich wirklich gut und erholsam geschlafen! Das Personal war immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit! Das Essen war sehr gut! Im Wellnessbereich ist auch alles top - einzige das Wasser im Pool könnte etwas wärmer sein! Alles in allem aber ein super Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Preis - Leistungsverhältnis! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Spa area is great and the location is nice with a doable walk to the ski lift (where they have lockers for your gear). The breakfast is good with a lot of options to choose from. The dinner isn't great quality, but it is nice to be able to have dinner at the hotel. The temperature in the main areas and the rooms is rather hot, which isn't ideal in winter (and a waste of resources in my opinion).
