• Susan (8/5): Aanrader! - Erg grote accomodatie, fijne faciliteiten en top locatie. Met 4 personen ideaal. Het bed is matig en wat klein, die zou wel verbeterd kunnen worden.

• Hamzo90210 (10/5): Great stay - The flat is amazing. Super clean, big and with all amenities we needed. It's not a biggie but it is still a 10 minute walk to the nearest underground.

• Bouffart (8/5): Très agréable - L’endroit est propre , spacieux , bien équipé. Il est agréable d’avoir des pastilles lave-vaisselle et lave linge. Le logement est bien situé avec toutes les commodité à proximité et le lieu est calme . Le système d’ouverture électronique ne nous convenait pas trop . Nous préférons les clés ou digicode .
• Herman (6/5): - Location was decent although +-10 min walk to the tube station Flat was clean and a good size No housekeeping service Struggled to check in as no code was sent which left us stranded outside the apartment for over an hour No hot water on first night. management team didn’t assist as it was a weekend so eventually had to figure out the geyser system myself from YouTube Bad damp in areas by windows No hangers in cupboards and nowhere to dry dishes Was very difficult to get hold of management team when we needed basic items above and not very helpful

• Karen (10/5): We had a very comfortable stay, and the team were always available for any queries we had. Could not have picked a bette - The property was perfect for our family break, with plenty of space for the 8 month old baby who stayed with us to explore!

• Estefania (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was nice and easy , very clean apartments. As a welcoming, it could have a bit of sugar and milk for the tea and coffee that was there. The beds were very comfy, but we booked for 6 people, and the sofa bed was quite small for 2 people to sleep on

• Angelique (10/5): Super clean relaxing and would recommend - Loved the property conveniently located and great for our second stay in London! The main bedroom light was kind of sticking so was the washer other than that’s everything great.

• Ana (7/5): Perfect for short stay - The kitchen was fully stocked - dishwasher & laundry detergent, cutlery, etc. We also had a 6 in our party so having 2 beds, 2 baths & sofa bed was really helpful. Plus a dining room table. Location was convenient and the building had a lift. Communication with the host wasn’t the best, they replied immediately saying they’d get back to us and then never did - but we were just looking for a spare key. Thankfully nothing major.

• Jeong (8/5): Good apartment. Couldn’t reach anyone during my stay. - Very conveniently located. Restaurants, cafes and grocery store were all nearby. Apartment was as expected. One of the sink drain was very slow, but still usable. We arrived on Saturday, I noticed there was no UK plug for nespresso, texted to weekend number, regular number and also booking.com chat with few other questions. Sadly I never received any answers until we left on Wednesday, even until now lol. Ended up using our plugs for coffee, so it wasn’t a big deal but if it was more serious matter, I would’ve not been happy.

• Chi (9/5): Superb - The location is in the quiet neibourhood and easy to find. The facility is good and quite new, the vibe of the apartment is cozy. Frankie team responds quickly and show the warmest welcome. Highly recommend!
• Aurore (7/5): Lovely apartment in a beautiful quiet street convenient to public transit - Just about everything. The only issue was that the elevator didn’t work the first night and we had to lug our bags up quite a few flights of stairs.

• Sinead (10/5): Great location, spotless and would definitely recommend and would use again. - The apartment was so spacious and spotless. The bathrooms were lovely with plenty of hot water and the apartment was warm and cosy. There are roadworks on the lane outside at the moment so taxis had problems finding the location. Not a big issue but just to be aware to give full address not just postcode. The checkout was 10am and housekeeping were at the door bang on 10am, again not a big issue as we just needed 5 minutes but just be aware 10am means 10am.

• Peter (10/5): Spacious comfortable apartment - We were a group of 6 friends on a weekend break in London and the apartment fitted our needs perfectly. It was spacious and comfortable. Great location central but quiet, multiple tube stations within 10 minutes walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay. The correct entrance for check in wasn’t obvious. But contacted the host and they were quickly able to point us in the right direction.

A special mention to Frankie, our host, who was exceptional when it came to intimating us about the property in terms of check in and check out. Also he was very prompt in responding to queries and addressing any issues. A big thanks to him and his team.
