• Nanette (8/5): We had a lovely few days in a great town. - Nice, quiet apartment, with parking. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Good location for the port and restaurants. Amazing bakery very close by. We had to wait over an hour after the agreed time for the keys, when we arrived. The apartment was not set up ready for 4 people and we had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed. There were only 2 sets of towels, which we didn't notice until later.

• Stephen (9/5): Honfleur is a beautiful historic port, and we would certainly stay in this flat again. - The flat and its facilities were very good, but the cleanliness was less than expected. Everything in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets needed to be cleaned, which we did ourselves. Washer & dryer were excellent, and many cleaning items were provided. The responses of the owners to our requests were rapid, very friendly, and solved the issues that came up. We would have liked to have seen more of the owner's artwork displayed. One of her lovely paintings of roasters & chickens adorned the dining area, and there was wall space to hang more of her artwork. Overall, the owner was very attentive to our needs during our extended stay. The cleanliness was an issue. Surfaces and skirting boards were very dusty and dirty. Kitchen utensils and cutlery needed to be put in the dish washer before first use. Hot water availability issues due to the heater timer, were soon rectified in a friendly manner.
• Julie (3/5): Honfleur was lovely wish I could say the same for the apartment - The location The property was in a poor state of repair and needs a lot of TLC. Furniture was of cheap quality, second hand & broken. The bed linen didn’t look freshly laundered and one towel had a very bad stain. I bought new towels for our use. The whole apartment block is not welcoming nor was the apartment. We used it as a base only and didn’t cook any meals as we didn’t want to spend any time there
• Marc (8/5): Good stay just out of the hustle & bustle of the centre - - 10 minute walk to the Harbour, 5 minutes to the shops, nice & quiet & good free parking on site. Pleasant view from the balcony even though it’s a ‘courtyard view’ Bed was very firm. Hot water heats at night & so if you shower in the morning there’s no hot water for the rest of the day
