• Neketa (7/5): - They did reach out about the issues that occurred during our stay. The clubhouse was in walking distant. It was a hand print on one of the rooms wall. The walls need paint. The pool was very small. I was charged a $100 for an ironing board that was already broken when we tried to use it. $500 deposits for accidental that should be in the booking info.

• Marianna (1/5): I don’t recommend - Location I don’t recommend this house, and here’s why. First, be prepared to find a dirty pool with clear signs of the previous guests. We were extremely disappointed. On top of that, there weren’t even any tools available to clean the water ourselves. Next, get ready to deal with dust *everywhere.* I’ll attach photos of the dust on the walls in the master bedroom on the first floor—it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. That really shocked me. And here’s the kicker: they’ll take a deposit from you and won’t want to give it back. We were accused of not having a working light in one of the bathrooms. The reality? The bulb just burned out. To be clear, there were no damages, but they decided to keep the deposit anyway! My advice to the homeowner: find a new management company.

• Geornell (8/5): Bday getaway - The house was huge and had plenty of room for us. It looked just like the pictures. It was clean and smelled so good! Came equipped with everything we needed. I truly enjoyed this home! Our phones barely worked in that area so we depended on the wifi and it was terrible. It wasn't fast speed at all. Also the bottom of the pool is brown in some areas and could use a good cleaning.

• Anonymous (3/5): change the title from lift your mood, I was crying when I arrived and had to go straight to Walmart for cleaning stuff, - the location was good it was dark and not like the advertised photos at all. I sent photos to the management company re dirty and blood & make up on bedding, no mop or vacuum available and stains on rugs, chairs and all the blinds were broken, curtains did not fit, 2 broken loungers an old paint tin and a bucket at the pool area, I also washed marks of walls. ii had to purchase towels as only a couple left out.
• Lisa (9/5): Home from home! - The location was perfect for our requirements. the on site security, pool and amenities made our stay very welcoming. Although the decor is a little tired the house was very clean and very comfortable. It was very welcoming that there was cleaning, laundry detergent and toilet rolls there to start us off. Along with the toiletries in all the bathrooms these little touches means a lot when you’ve been travelling for 15 hours. My only gripe and not a dislike which I am comparing to the other properties we have rented on our trips, was the lack of cooking equipment. There was no baking trays, two very large and one small saucepan and no tea towels, this wouldn’t deter me in renting this property in the future but if like our family, who prefer to cook than eat out, you’d hope that everything you’d need was available.
