The villa was absolutely stunning, clean and private and cool. Freshly cooked breakfast inside, I felt like a queen. Private massage inside the villa was amazing. Walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and variety shops. If I arrived late back from travelling, the lights were turned on inside the villa. I felt safe. The staff were amazing—so friendly and attentive. My villa was cleaned daily, and breakfast was brought to my room each morning, which was always fresh and enjoyable. The pool was beautiful and spotless, and the location was perfect—walking distance to cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets, yet still peaceful and quiet. I was so happy I even extended my stay from two weeks to three! Excellent value for money. The only thing I would have loved is a smart TV, just so I could unwind and watch Netflix in the evenings. I was lucky I had my laptop so I could use that.

Very clean and the bathroom was amazing. Also had hair dryer and Bluetooth speakers and a water filter! The aircon was sooooo bad unfortunately there was no difference inside to outside even if we had it running on lowest temp. Also we got trapped in our bathroom as the door didn’t work from the inside!

The photos on the site do not accurately reflect the condition of the room. Facilities were quite old and poorly maintained. There appeared to be little in way of pest control as our villa and room had a lot of mosquitoes and other pests. The water pressure in the shower was very low. The bathroom door and room door were very difficult to keep closed. The pool was not cleaned and appeared to have mosquito larvae floating on top. The ceiling lights in the room was very harsh and unwelcoming.

The open living room and kitchen were unusable due to the abundance of mosquitoes. The open bathroom also had a lot of mosquitoes, so I had to be careful and do my business in a short time, and I had to buy an electric mosquito heater because the mosquitoes from the bathroom came into the bedroom.

Just the privacy, and having such a big space to spread out. The location was great. Close to restaurants and a 20 minute walk to the main Semanyak shopping precinct. Everyone at the villa were beautiful, kind and service was fantastic. The TV should be a smart TV so there are more options but it wasn't a deal breaker as we were out for the most of the day. Sometimes the room aircon struggled but it was ok.

Location was fine but its not walkable so without scooter or taxi transportation is not easy. Pool was great but after a day started to get dirty. • Xmac (9/5): Great private villa to stay. - - I liked almost everything here , specially the staff is 10/10 - The pool is great - Privacy is 100% - Kitchenette, living room restroom and bed were all good. - The ambiance of the villa suited my need. - Although all were good, there is lack of maintenance and cleanliness - The kettle had whitish milky water in it and was not clean, but we have hot water dispenser. - The shower drain was blocked(with hair and other stuff) and the water got out of shower area making the whole floor wet. - The shower area did not have place to keep shampoo and soap, it was kept near the sink, bcoz its a big restroom, we need to walk to the sink to get the soap each time.

Staff were always lovely and happy to help with whatever we needed. We had the Romantic Dinner and Flower decorations and they were even more spectacular than the pictures. The pool gets the perfect amount of sun. Breakfast was cooked in our villa each morning and always so delicious. This villa is away from the hustle and bustle of Bali but was great because it was nice and peaceful and a taxi was only around $3AUD into Garlic Lane. Plus there is a supermarket and stalls just a short stroll away. The daily cleaning and nightly turn down service added those sweet little touches but then they also start mosquito coils each night for our comfort. We ordered room service pizzas and they were delicious and so fast in delivering. Highly recommend staying here. There is nothing I can say negative about this property and the staff. Including lots of communication prior to our arrival from Sagung made our first trip to Bali so easy and relaxing. Thank you Sandy Agung Villas!! Nil

Few good restaurants, corner shop and sports bar very close buy. Easy to get into centre of town via taxi/car. With bathroom areas being open there are plenty of mosquitos so very important to close bedroom doors immediately. Also to spray with deet is a must. However, hotel staff do come and spray the villas and provide mosquito coils for the pool and living areas.

Just need to replace or wash thorough the sheets and towels thoroughly, and let people - Very spacious and we had our own privacy, the staff were lovely and very kind, my girlfriend ordered food to the wrong villa and they were nice enough to bring it to our villa for us. The sheets and towels had stains on from previous guests, there is also a hidden tax that was 21% I think at the end of our stay for the food and drinks we ordered.
