• natalia (7/5): בסדר - סך הכול היה בסדר. שהינו לילה אחד בלבד. זהו מלון ביזנס פשוט, מתאים ללינה קצרה. המיטה נוחה, יש קומקום וכוסות לקפה. לא מעבר לכך, אבל בהחלט עושה את העבודה ללילה.

• Sari (8/5): חוץ משני הדברים שציינתי. המלון מעולה. המיקום אש. יש חנייה. החדר נקי וגדול. המקלחת מעולה. בקיצור כנראה שנבוא שוב למלון. - כמעט הכל. המיקום החדר היה נקי. יפה וגדול. 1. בבוקר השני לא היה חלב בבוקר. לא הבנו למה לא פשוט מביאים מהמיני מרקט הקרוב. לא שתינו קפה בבוקר שזה דבר הכי בסיסי שיש. ובגלל זה לא נכנסנו אפילו לארוחת בוקר 2. האינטרנט על הפנים. גם כשאחד מעובדי המלון אמר לנו שהתחברנו לאינטרנט הישן, ועברנו לחדש, עדיין האינטרנט מתנתק כל דקה.

• Benjamin (8/5): - החדר ענק. מיטה טובה אמבטיה ענקית. המקום נקי מאוד. מקום הכי מרכזי.בנהריה. לובי קטן מאוד. אבל בקומה יש לובי נוסף מרווח חבל שלא ידענו שיש תעודת כשרות. זה לא הופיע באתר וגם לא באתר של המועצה דתית. אם היינו יודעים, היינו מזמינים גם ארוחת בוקר. זה כדאי לפרסם שיש כשרות .
• Yuval (10/5): חוייה נפלאה! - כל היבט של התארחות במלון היה נפלא במקרה שלי! הודעתי מראש שאני טבעוני והצוות עשה מעל ומעבר כדי לדאוג לדברים עבורי לארוחת הבוקר ובמיוחד הלכו לחפש דברים כאלה בסופרים בסביבה. האישה שאחראית על הארוחה דאגה בכל ארוחה שיש לי כל מה שאני צריך. החדר היה גדול ונקי ויפה עם ארונות אחסון ומקרר קטן וכיור עם ברז ופינת קפה/תה וטלוויזיה גדולה עם חיבור ליס ולאפליקציות אחרות. המקלחת מרווחת ונעימה ומקבלים כל פעם מחדש סבוני רחצה ושמפו וכו'. יש מרפסת גדולה ונעימה עם שולחן וכיסאות. הייתי בקומה 3 בצד שפונה לכביש הראשי. יש בקומה 2 מעין לאונג' נעים ומרגיע עם המון ספות וטלוויזיה שפתוחה על מוזיקה נעימה ומרגיעה ועמדת קפה/תה. היה מאוד נעים להתרווח שם לפעמים על ספה נוחה ולקרוא ספר מתוך ארון הספרים שנמצא שם. המלון ממוקם בחלק חיצוני של קניון חדש ויפה (סטאר) כך שפשוט ניתן לרדת למטה ולהיכנס לקניון ולהשיג אוכל או כל דבר אחר שצריך. ובכל מקרה המלון ממוקם ממש במרכז בנהריה, ליד תחילת הגעתון, מול תחנת הרכבת וליד התחנה המרכזית. לפני שהזמנתי את החדר קראתי כמעט את כל הביקורות שיש כאן על המלון. גיליתי שרוב הדברים הרעים שצויינו בביקורות לא היו קיימים בפועל. יכול להיות שהביקורות ישנות ומאז נעשה שינוי במלון. הדבר היחיד מבחינתי שיכול היה להיות יותר טוב הוא שהמיטה הזוגית בחדר הייתה בעצם שתי מיטות יחיד שחוברו ביחד בסדין אחד ולא מיטה זוגית אמיתית. מלבד זה לא נתקלתי בבעיות אחרות שהוזכרו כאן בביקורות, כמו: מעלית השבת לא מופעלת אוטומטית אלא רק אם במקרה יש אורח שמבקש את זה (במקרה שלי לא היה), וגם אם כן מופעלת מעלית שבת אז מדובר בסך הכול על 3 קומות של מלון. בחדר ארוחת הבוקר יש מכונת קפה ולא צריך ללכת ללאונג' להכין קפה. קל מאוד למצוא את הכניסה למלון. בחדר אין מייבש שיער באופן אוטומטי, אבל ביקשתי מהקבלה והביאו לי וזה היה אצלי עד לסוף השהייה.

• Vered (10/5): מצויין - המלון נקי ומסודר, יש מכונת קפה זמינה בכל זמן לשימוש האורחים, החדרים מרווחים נקיים ומתוחזקים היטב. ארוחת הבוקר היתה עשירה וטובה. היה רעש בלילה ע"י אחד האורחים הערתי לעובדים והנושא טופל, לא הצלחתי להתחבר לאינטרנט.

• Eti (9/5): - כמה ימים לפניי הגעתינו כבר התקשרו מהמלון לוודא בקשות בנוגע למיטות ילדים איזה מיטה נרצה לחדר והאם יש עוד בקשות מסויימות שזה היה ממש נעים ונתן הרגשה שמחכים לבואנו. הגענו לחדר ונתקלנו בבעיה קלה במים בחדר אמבטיה מיד קיבלנו חדר חילופי. כל בקשה מהלובי מטופלת ממש במיידי, שפע של סבונים קטנים שמחולקים, מגבות נקיות כל הזמן מחולקות, החדר נקי מאוד, המיטה נוחה, מצעים ומגבות נקיים מריחים טוב, חדר אוכל קטן ואינטימי , הכל מאוד נקי, טרי, ארוחת בוקר מקסימה עם צוות אדיב ויחס אישי. מיקום מרכזי ונוח. חניה של המלון חינם. תמורה מעולה למחיר! המלון נמצא בתוך קניון והחלונות (מרפסת ) יוצאות לכיוון איזור פריקת משאיות עם סחורה לקניון מה שיוצר ככל הנראה ריבוי תיקנים שמגיעים למרפסת בתדירות אבל מתים ישר כנראה שהבעיה ידועה ומבוצע ריסוס במקום, חשוב לציין אם סוגרים דלת למרפסת וחלונות אין שום סיכוי לכניסה של המזיקים לחדר, החדר נקי ונעים.

• Shunit (5/5): Passable - The staff were as helpful and as responsive as they could with issues. The rooms were reasonable in size and cleaniness. Too many technical issues - two elecricity outages in or room due to a faulty kettle. We had no WiFi for most of our stay, and in the few hour it worked, it was extremely weak. Also, the kitchenette didn't have any microwave or cleaning soap. The cleaning staff didn't always make it to our room, so we needed to empty our bins and replace the towels ourselves. The hotel is located on a main street, close to a police station and a hospital, so expect noise from both traffic and sirens throughout the night.

• Anne (10/5): Perfect boutique hotel will be returning - The rooms are enormous with fridge coffee /tea making facilities and sink. Lots of cupboard and wardrobe space. Big bathroom with walk in shower. Staff are outstanding so helpful. Rita and Eric could not do enough to accommodate our family in 5 rooms here to celebrate my grandsons barmitzvah - Would have liked a safe in the room

Doesn't worth more than 70-100$ for a night - - Good Breakfast - tasty with nice options - Spacious room - The guy in the reception was friendly - Coffee machine in our floor - Good shower - Good AC - The room was old and could use some renovation - The room wasn't clean at all. We had dirty towels alos - Limited reception hours - not available at nigh - Door to the hotel is opened through the night so everyone can come in - There's only one guy that operates the hotel, so service is extremely bad. When we asked to change the dirty towels, it took them 40 minutes to response and only after some calls, messages and physically going to the reception - We had cockroaches in our room! and talked with another family next by that also had cockroaches - The place is just next to a police station and hospital, so it was very noisy with sirens 24/7 - The balcony fence is so tall that you can't really sit and see anything. - They say it's 7 minutes walk from the beach, but it's actually at least double (and I walk really fast) For a 300$ hotel in Naharya, I'd expect something much better. This is not a boutique hotel, more like a hostel level place

• Anne (9/5): Lovely hotel very convenient will return again - The position is excellent two minutes from train station Main Street and the mall Staff are pleasant. Liked the coffee and cake in lounge / reception area room are large airy clean and liked the walk in shower. Fridge and kitchen are a plus too No safe in the room when you have foreign currency and passports I like them kept somewhere safe - no hairdryer in the room though I did have my own with. Would prefer liquid soap for basin use and not a hard bar - just a minor gripe not serious
• Karen (8/5): A great find, I would definitely return. - Very friendly staff, comfortable stay. Rooms exceptionally large. Excellent breakfast. Bathroom doors and mirrors old and need painting/ replacing.
• Marcelovolman (9/5): Unexpected - the room was big and clean breakfast was very good also we had a problem with the Wifi in the night and we didn't have GSM signal in the room, another problem we hade is the AC didn't worked in the morning but they fixed it fast.
