Thin walls / doors that you can hear your neighbors very clearly as if they were in your room. Some stairs when coming out of elevator = surprise of an old European hotel. Some rooms could get some sensitive updating (meaning changing some carpets and colors would go a long way) without changing the character of the hotel

- afraz (7/5): - Insgesamt hatte ich einen gemischten Eindruck von meinem Aufenthalt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Personal, das durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Man fühlte sich jederzeit gut betreut und willkommen. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist ein großer Pluspunkt: sehr zentral gelegen, sodass viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und wichtige Punkte bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und absolut in Ordnung – nichts Außergewöhnliches, aber völlig zufriedenstellend, um gut in den Tag zu starten. Leider gibt es auch einige deutliche Kritikpunkte. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist bereits sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt insgesamt veraltet, was den Gesamteindruck deutlich schmälert. Was ich jedoch als besonders unangenehm empfunden habe, war die Geräuschkulisse im Hotel. Die Wände sind extrem hellhörig, sodass man praktisch alles aus den Nachbarzimmern mitbekommt – sei es, wenn jemand auf die Toilette geht oder private Gespräche führt. Diese fehlende Schalldämmung hat den Aufenthalt leider spürbar beeinträchtigt. Insgesamt also eine gute Lage und toller Service, aber mit deutlichen Abstrichen beim Komfort und der Ruhe.

На сообщение с просьбой предоставить нет ответа до сих пор. - бронировать выгоднее напрямую у отеля, учтите это и сравните цены. Я не учла.

It's quaint, but the maintenance is not sufficient. The breakfast was also not to write home about, but acceptable.

Letto comodo, colazione più che sufficiente e personale cortese Hotel un po' attempato, qualche problemino durante la colazione (la macchina dei pancake si bloccava quindi era completamente inutile) ma la cosa peggiore è stato il rumore alle 6 di mattina proveniente da qualche camera adiacente con degli ospiti MOLTO fastidiosi che hanno cominciato a parlare ad alta voce....

Завтрак очень вкусный и разнообразный. Удачное расположение, недалеко от жд вокзала , рядом с термами, магазинами, ресторанами. В сдедующий раз буду останавливаться только здесь. ВСе отлично

Lo staff gentile,accogliente e molto disponibile. - La posizione del albergo è favolosa, molto vicina alla piazza del Popolo e alle principali attrazioni della città. La camera confortevole, e la colazione buona e molto variegata . Il terrazzino adiacente molto intimo . Peccato che la struttura non abbia dei balconi e anche se la colazione è molto variopinta gli affettati non mi hanno convinto. Potrebbero trovare di meglio.

Back then, it was probably glamorous. - Location, registration I chose Hotel Ercolini e Savi because the photos were convincing and the location was perfect — central Montecatini, classic elegance, promises everywhere. Reality, however, belongs to a different century. This hotel clearly peaked in the 1960s. Back then, it was probably glamorous. Today, it feels like vintage fashion that no one bothered to tailor again — proudly old, quietly exhausted. The shower deserves special mention: low pressure, combined bathtub–shower from a museum of early plumbing. You don’t wash yourself — you negotiate with history. And that sensation follows you throughout the hotel: like a hobbit wandering through the ruins of a fallen kingdom, remembering stories of former greatness.
