• Ryan (10/5): Great apartment for a small group, near transport and convenience stores. - It's a great spot, not too far from the train lines. With many different train options, depending on where you are going. As 4 people, we found there was plenty of space, as we each could have our own bedroom. We were also able to wash our clothes; and the there were convenience stores nearby. It's not the most exciting neighbourhood, so if you wanted to be closer to the action, you might want something near the river. But overall it was an excellent place to stay.
• Artur (9/5): Amazing value for money - Good facilities! The apartment has a karaoke room with projector. There is a washing machine and a dryer. Very big house for Japanese standards (5 bedrooms with big double beds), it was actually two houses connected together. Two bathrooms was a nice addition. There is a bus stop very near the house. Pretty calm neighbourhood. Location is pretty remote, needs at least 7 minutes walking to reach the station in order to go to some locations like Namba or Umeda. There was quite a few flies inside of the apartment.
• Hasan Can (3/5): Froh das es zu Ende ist - Leider gab es nichts positives das heraus gestochen ist. Die Unterkunft war leider nur oberflächlich gereinigt, und die Fotos spiegeln nicht die tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten wider. Besonders im Untergeschoss lag von Anfang an ein unangenehmer Geruch nach Feuchtigkeit bzw. Schimmel in der Luft. Auch das WLAN funktionierte nicht, da das angegebene Passwort falsch war. Trotz mehrfacher Hinweise unsererseits kam es hier zu Missverständnissen mit dem Gastgeber, sodass das Problem nicht gelöst wurde. Die Mülltonnen standen mitten im Flur, der zudem durch ein Zimmer führt, was sehr unpraktisch war. Außerdem fehlte es an ausreichend Besteck sowie sauberen Gläsern. Die Ventilatoren waren sehr laut, und die Filter wirkten nicht, als wären sie kürzlich gereinigt oder ausgetauscht worden. In mehreren Zimmern lagen zudem tote Fliegen, und es waren auch noch lebende vorhanden. Insgesamt war es leider eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir waren letztlich froh, nur zwei Nächte gebucht zu haben. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier aus unserer Sicht überhaupt nicht – für nur etwa 20 % mehr haben wir anschließend eine deutlich größere und wesentlich schönere Airbnb-Unterkunft gefunden.
• Chisato (9/5): 最高！！！！ - バスルームが二つあり、順番待ちなく入浴を済ませたり、朝の準備もスムーズに済ませる事ができ、家族での滞在には最高でした。 ベットも適度な広さがあり、部屋も余計なものがなく快適な睡眠時間を確保できました。 また、施設のすぐ前に駐車場があり荷物を持っての移動もスムーズに行える事も良かったです。 家で過ごしているようにリラックスして滞在できました。 長い滞在の旅行にはお勧めです。 換気扇のフィルターの汚れが気になりました。入浴の際に体を洗うタオルが欲しかった。
• Akihito (6/5): リーズナブルな宿泊ができて、満足です。 - 寝具が清潔でした。 風呂のカーテンがカビていた。また、2階のクーラーの室外機が壊れていて、一定時間になると，大きな音が聞こえびっくりした。
