• Sue (8/5): The stay was great. We hope to return. - The location, the quiet street and size of the unit wee great. The bathroom had no hooks for the towels or shelf. The kitchen needed another storage cabinet or counter. Walls could use decorations I. The living space and a small coffee or other table. The top lock on the door was broken. I assumed all of this was because of the newness of the space.

• Ed (7/5): - Good location. Easy to locate and close to transport, paddington station has direct airport Horrible pillows, completely flat, only 1 pillow each. Such an easy thing to fix. Buy some decent pillows with at least 2 per person. The bedroom is large but the double bed isn't, should be a queen or king which would easily fit. It's a premium location and venue with cheap furniture.

However don't take that as a negative, bed was lovely and comfortable and I would happily book again.

• Ophélie (9/5): Super week-end à Londres - L’emplacement est vraiment top! L’appartement était très spacieux et propre. Le système d’arriver et départ en autonomie est très pratique. Salle de bain peut être un peu étroite par rapport aux autres grande pièces. Et il y a eu malheureusement un bip d’alarme qui sait mis en marche dans l’appartement qui ne voulait pas s’arrêter !

• Mehdi (8/5): Easy access, nice and clean, minimal, great for one person for a short stay - Access to public transport and restaurants, supermarket is excellent. For London the apartment is spacious. I also liked the fact that the bedroom was separate than the sitting area. The amenities could be slightly more generous. Minor points which can easily make a difference and won’t even cost much such as a box of tissue paper, better soup and shampoo. The sewerage drain in the shower stinks which might need a better water reservoir. Some adjustments and it will he an easy 9 out of 10.

Same as others feedback but clearly no action taken - no place to hang towels which is inconvenient. The sensor light inside the apartment goes off without movement, including in the middle of the night, which you can imagine can cause a fright. Bed is very small

• Carol (10/5): Beautiful small, but beautifully formed apartment - Beautiful small, but perfectly formed recently renovated apartment. The bed was very comfortable with nice, clean linen. Good location, good security. Immaculately clean. I would book again next time in London. You have to stand on a chair to reach the top cupboards in the kitchen to get to the pots and the cutlery. There’s loads of room to add another kitchen unit to store these items so we don’t need to stand on a chair and that would give a little extra workspace. The ironing board is a table top ironing board, but the only table or work surface is not wide enough to place it on making ironing very difficult (was an issue for me as I was in London for a black tie event and needed to iron my blouse). I’m not sure why you only have a table top board as the cupboard it is housed in would easily fit a normal ironing board and there is plenty of floor space for a normal board. A towel rail or towel hooks in the bathroom would be good. It’s a small bathroom, but no-where to hang the (lovely) towels.
