• Michael (7/5): - Sehr gut für Familien. 2Bäder und 2 Schlafzimmer. Kein Fernseher im Elternschlafzimmer. Etwas steril, wenig einladend. Müllentsorgung wird den Gästen aufgezwungen.

Everything about this apartment is perfect: the location in my beloved Cannaregio district (close to everything, but on a quiet street); 2 floors and 2 bathrooms (what makes morning routines in the bathroom faster for several people); cosy terrace; comfort and thoughtfulness in every detail; the care of the owners (who are ready to respond to any of your questions). I will save it for the future - I will definitely come back! Thank you so much! All is perfect!

• Jamie (10/5): Clean, modern and ideal location. - Excellent location, very easy for public transport to the airport, close to the touristy areas but not too close, nice restaurants and bars also very close. Very clean. Great communication and easy check in process, we arrived late so that was very good. A tiny thing, could do with a few more wine glasses.

• Casey (7/5): Spacious and good location to Madonna dell Orto water taxi to the airport. Cute Cannereggio area! - No storage of bags and recommendation of lockers to store luggage had closed. Wi-Fi code not provided in the apartment, only via digital info via booking.com. Difficult when phones from abroad not always working.
• Paul (9/5): Great place for a family to stay in Venice - Great location in a quiet residential part of Venice. Family-friendly apartment with good beds and two bathrooms. Easy keyless access and clear arrival instructions. Check the rules about putting rubbish away, especially if leaving on a Sunday.

• Lucie (10/5): Úžasný apartmán ve čtvrti Cannaregio - Fantastický patrový apartmán, dvě ložnice, dvě koupelny, plně vybavená kuchyň, krásné místo - dvě minuty pěšky k zastávce vaporetta, nedaleko, ale bokem od turistického centra. Ideál na dovolenou. Komáři 🦟😎 Ale odpuzovače komárů byly k dispozici, jen jsme je nepostřehli včas a otevřeli jsme okna.
• Florian (9/5): Problemloser Aufenthalt in super Gegend. - Ruhiges Apartment in toller Lage in Canareggio. Viele Restaurants und alternative Weinbars in der Nähe. Küchenausstattung ziemlich rudimentär, Waschmaschine fehlt leider.
• Guest (9/5): Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt gut! - Insgesamt eine wirklich gute Unterkunft, die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war einfach, die Vorbereitung sehr gut! Die Lage ist gut und sehr ruhig! Leider war der Außenbereich dreckig (Tische, Sessel, Boden) - hier wurde im Vorfeld nicht geputzt und das wurde von uns schließlich erledigt!

• Jana (10/5): Vše naprosto skvělé! Lokalita báječná, všude blízko a hlavně božský klid. - Přístup byl na předem sdělený kod. Naprosto dokonale popsaná trasa od Vaporetta. Na stole měly pak být klíče, které tam nebyly, ale do druhého dne nám je zařídili. V každém pokoji odpařovač proti komárům. Trochu bych poopravila elektrické zásuvky. Trošku nesrozumitelné informace ohledně odvozu odpadků - vezli jsme je až na nádraží. Berte s sebou spousta sprejů nebo ubrousků na komáry + něco na jejich štípance.
• John (8/5): Brilliant property in an excellent location to get a feel of Venice away from the crowds. The property was in very good - We liked the location, the design, style and ambience. We also liked the furnishings and general facilities. The property was in very good condition, clean and decent internet connection. We would have appreciated more kitchen equipment like a Nespresso machine. It would have been nice to have a welcome package, more information on local grocery stores, pharmacies and places to eat.
• Andrea (6/5): Base grande in un bel quartiere di Venezia - Venezia che è sempre splendida anche se troppo turistica ovviamente. L'appartamento è grande, comodo anche per 4 persone, e ha il necessario per vivere, pur con alcune pecche migliorabili. I dintorni (proprio accanto a Madonna dell'Orto con Tintoretto) sono meno turistici e non lontani dai luoghi più gettonati. Il gestore, Thomas, fa quello che può pur nell'assenza di ogni contatto fisico reale. In generale non mi piace l'accoglienza anonima e tecnologicamente avanzata dei nostri giorni. Quindi una serie di azioni da remoto e chat per spiegazioni quando una semplice accoglienza in persona potrebbe migliorare l'esperienza e renderla anche più interessante. Capisco che così sia più semplice per chi accoglie ma non per chi arriva magari stanco. Comunque complimenti a Thomas che cerca di fare il suo meglio da remoto, ma non posso condividere la scelta di non accoglienza in generale. Ci sono poi degli aspetti da migliorare nella casa (condizionatori poco efficienti e molto rumorosi, alcune luci non funzionanti etc. etc.) e magari inserire qualche spiegazione più in casa (uso del televisore e di altri dispositivi..). In cucina poi non c'era assolutamente nulla (neanche sale, caffè o altro) e manca un frigo con congelatore. Poi c'è il prezzo, sempre alto a Venezia (io ho pagato in tutto 175 Euro/giorno anche se l'appartamento è grande sembra eccessivo per un appartamento senza vista e tutto sommato anonimo).

• Marina (9/5): Carnival in Venice - place to stay - Excellent place to stay in Venice! I stayed in these apartments during the carnival, when the city was especially crowded.  This place became a real sanctuary for me! The apartments are located on a quiet canal, away from the tourist crowds, yet within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The apartment itself was very cozy and clean. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay: a fully equipped kitchen where I prepared some meals, a comfortable bedroom, and a spacious bathroom. I especially appreciated the hospitality of the hosts. They were very friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a quiet and cozy place to stay in Venice. They are ideal for solo travelers like myself, or couples, and would also work well for families.  It was a perfect place for inspiration and enjoying my time in Venice.  During the busy carnival period, it was absolutely ideal.

• Michael (8/5): cute place. functional. - location is great. super clean. big. very functional place to stay. air conditioners were almost unusable due to the noise, they need a service. with 35° heat and 80% humidity it was difficult to sleep without A/C. no dish towels, limited soap/hand soap. it was just very bare bones.

• Martha (7/5): Overall comfortable place to stay in a great quiet location. - The space was very nice and comfortable- plenty of room and two bathrooms which was really nice. Beds were comfortable too. Loved all the windows and shades- very cool feature. Getting into the main entrance on arrival and departure days was just a bit confusing. The air conditioning upstairs made a very annoying and loud noise. Needed bed covers or blankets for the other bedroom.

W - The property was very spacious , easy to find from the Alilaguna boat stop from the airport ( short walk ) . Host was excellent with instructions on location and how to access the appartment. Very clean , comfortable beds and located in lovely area
• Oksana (9/5): Good enough - Good place not far from center like 10 min. Flat is really big, can be enough for big family or company. Supermarkets near. In general all ok: cozy, big, all enough. I can recommend. Bed sheets looked clean but I found a few hears. And I didn’t like that I had to take garbage and leave it in some exact place when you leave. They send me a map. I’m sorry but you take money for cleaning and in the morning before to leave the flat I’m thinking about how to come in airport in time but no to make this quest «find a right place for garbage”. You have to organise it and find a solution!
• Lilia (3/5): The apartment was very good but they should check everything before the next tenant comes. - The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The size of the rooms more than the average and two bathrooms. We spent 2 of the 6 days without keys to to the front door of the building and trying to explain via email the person in charge but no avail. The phone they gave us NEVER answered. Finally, after tracking the official email of the rental company, we sent a very strict letter about their unacceptable behavior.After that they apologized and sent us the code of a box outside the building where keys are kept for emergencies. The excuse was that the keys must have been taken by the previous tenants! If they had answered the phone the problem would have been solved immediately. If they don’t want to be distributed by the telephone why do they send us their contact number?
