Océane (9/5): Excellent séjour - Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant et sympathique. L’hôtel est très beau et très bien équipé (salle de sport, terrain de padel, piscine, espace musculation etc.) et les extérieurs sont vraiment superbes et bien entretenus. La localisation à El Cotillo est top pour avoir accès au reste de l’île. ☺️ Notre chambre était spacieuse avec une grande salle de bain, un balcon et une literie confortable. Certains éléments n’étaient pas tout à fait propres (restes alimentaires dans le frigo des locataires précédents par exemple) - des poils dans la baignoire. Les 4 étoiles nécessiteraient d’avoir un peu plus de produits à disposition (de la crème, du conditionner, gel douche et shampoing différent) et des bouteilles d’eau d’accueil seraient un plus.

Thomas (7/5): - Gute Lage, Personal war sehr freundlich, Frühstück war auch gut. Zimmer abgewohnt, viele Flecken an den Wänden und Schrammen an den Möbeln. Auch die Spiel und Sport Ecke war sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Adriana (10/5): Ótima relação qualidade-preço! - Hotel com uma excelente qualidade-preço! Quartos confortáveis, espaçosos e limpos e praticamente todo o staff é prestável e amigável. O pequeno-almoço é muito bom e bastante variado. Achei que o jantar do hotel poderia ter mais opções. Havia um membro do staff que costumava estar na zona da piscina que ficava a olhar para as mulheres de uma forma esquisita e deixou-me um pouco desconfortável. A localização é boa porque tem várias coisas ao redor mas se querem fazer mais atividades recomendo alugar um carro porque fica um pouco longe das áreas mais turísticas da ilha. Apesar destas situações, é com certeza um sítio que recomendo e onde voltaria!

Carlonchy (8/5): wunderschönes Hotel in der Nähe vom Strand - Zimmer in einem sehr gute Zustand. Frühstück ist top und gross und besteht viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten. Abendessen immer offeriert etwas neues und die Qualität ist sehr gut. Aufzug zum 1. stock zu reparieren.
Mainhattan FRA (4/5): "You get what you pay", eben nichts Besonderes. - Der Innenbereich ist sorgfältig und schön gestaltet. / Das Frühstück war ganz gut, aber mit Schwerpunkt auf dem massiven britischen Frühstücksbedarf. / Das Abendessen war preiswert und ok. Der Ort El Cotillo ist verbaut und schmutzig, ganz anders als andere Bereiche der Insel. Das Hotel liegt mittendrin, die Laufwege nach aussen, der Gästebereich innen, daher liegen die Zimmer nicht im Straßenlärm, aber der Ort bringt einfach nichts. / An der extrem schönen Steilküste wird nicht gegen dutzende wild abgestellte Camper vorgegangen, diese Leute prägen dann auch das Ortsbild mit. Nördlich ballern die Touristen mit den Mietautos durch die Sanddünen, und auch dort wird wild gecampt. / Das Zimmer war für den Preis ordentlich eingerichtet, hatte aber eine dünne Verbindungstür zum Nebenzimmer. Als ich die Briten dort Wort für Wort hören musste und sogar roch, was im Bad abging (WC, Nagellack) habe ich den Aufenthalt abgebrochen und bin in die Caleta de Fuste gewechselt.

Laura (8/5): Correcto pero ruidoso - Es muy bonita la zona de piscina, muy amplia y bien cuidada. La piscina es una pasada con la forma de la isla, la mayoría de las terrazas dan a esta piscina. El desayuno es tipo buffet y me pareció correcto de echo tenían pan y bollería sin gluten que en mi caso al ser intolerante me vino súper bien. Tenían cafetera en la habitación con cápsulas, mini bar y el servicio de la limpieza muy correcta. La atención por parte del personal perfecta. Principalmente dos cosas: las paredes son de papel y escuchas absolutamente todo, pisadas, gente hablando, todo y es bastante desagradable sobre todo a la hora de dormir. Lo solucioné a la segunda noche con tapones. Por otro lado, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, me alojé en mayo por lo que la temperatura ambiente era correcta y no lo necesité, pero quise poner un poco el aire para refrescar y salía el mensaje “EO” constantemente. No quise cambiar la habitación ni lo solicité porque no se necesitaba el aire pero considero que antes de asignar la habitación deberían cerciorarse.

Très bon rapport qualité/ prix Au départ, la chambre que nous avions était attenante à l'escalier ( en bois), et c était très bruyant ! Mais nous avons pu changer sans aucun problème !

Sel.Schmitz (8/5): Preis-Leistung super! - Sehr schönes Hotel mit großem Pool. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut und die Auswahl war top. Alles wirkt sehr gepflegt und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Poolsicht und das war super. Für Sportbegeisterte ist die Anlage sehr zu empfehlen. Alles da, was man braucht. Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan. Unsere Betten sind nachts immer auseinander gerutscht, so das es mit kuscheln schwer wurde ;-)
Weltenbummler (7/5): für die meisten Menschen wohl in Ordnung, für mich nicht - Offenes Hotel mit nettem Innenbereichen mit hübschen Pool ( fühlte sich nicht beheizt an) war aber für mich nicht schlimm, es war erfrischend, Es gab einen Aufzug! Fitnessclub ink. Aber nicht genutzt in den 3 Tagen nah am schönen Strand La concha aber Auto von Vorteil, parken ums Hotel herum an aktuellen Baustellen, die aber auch irgendwann fertig sind…..und dann noch mehr Autos dort parken Hotel mit Innenhof - jeder schaut auf Pool, ….und auf deinen Balkon! Wir waren im 1. Stock rechts versetzt vom Zentrum des Pools… Ruhig aber mit Engländern al Nachbarn……🤷‍♀️ schwierig! Als Raucher steht man auf die Straße vor dem Hotel. Eine viel befahrene Straße außerhalb der Altstadt. (Gebiet ist rein touristisch, überall Baustelle aber auch im Ort, er war bestimmt irgendwann mal schön) Es gibt keinen Platz irgendwo innerhalb des Hotels nicht an der Bar als auch nicht auf den Balkonen erlaubt. wer raucht zahlt 200 € für Reinigungskosten ( aber jeder schmeißt mangels Aschenbecher an der Straße die Kippen auf die Straße) ich fand es diskriminierend und nicht nur ich! Pool war erfrischend und meist leer da nicht beheizt. Ich persönlich mag den modernen Baustil nicht, und auch nüchterne Frühstückssäle sind nix für mich, ist Geschmacksache. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.

Jürgen (8/5): Sehr gutes Quartier in ruhiger Lage. - Sehr gute und gepflegte Anlage. Großer Pool - sauber und gut beheizt, sehr gutes Frühstück! Freundliches Team. Zimmer und Bad gut ausgestattet. Draußen abends wirklich ruhig zum Pool hin. Aber im März ist es abends auch kühl draußen. Genügend Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten Gute Lage etwas am Ortsrand, aber Restaurants, Geschäfte im Ort und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Supermarkt im Haus an der Straße. Parkplätz in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke. Gutes WLAN. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig., vor allem von oben . Da helfen Filzgleiter unter den Möbeln..

Viele Sportmöglichkeiten, Indoor und Outdoor. Leider war es nicht richtig sauber in unserem Zimmer. Haare und Staub am Boden und auf dem Bett😕 Unser Zimmer hatte eine verschlossene Tür zum Nachbarzimmer, leider konnten wir teilweise jedes Wort vom Nachbarn verstehen. 😕

Laura (8/5): Estancia cómoda y agradable - Lo que más nos gustó del alojamiento fue su desayuno y la piscina. La decoración también muy bonita. Estuvimos sin ascensor durante toda nuestra estancia en el hotel. teníamos un bebé y un carrito y para subir y bajar de la habitación se nos hacía complicado.
Lisa (7/5): Super séjour bien que la piscine non chauffée hors saison est un vrai problème - Les chambres proches de la piscine, les équipements salle de sport, terrains de sport, bar, restaurant, tout sur place La piscine trop froide alors que c’était marqué chauffée mais elle n’était pas du tout chauffée, le paiement pour réserver le terrain de padel alors même qu’il n’y a même pas de balles adaptés au padel (balles de tennis)

Zdecydowanie hotel nie oferuje standardu czterech gwiazdek.

Roberta (9/5): - La struttura è accogliente e pulita con una bella piscina riscaldata, il personale è molto educato, ti accoglie in maniera molto gradevole, sempre molto disponibile ad ascoltare ed esaudire le richieste, la colazione è superlativa, a buffet con un'ampia scelta fra dolce, salato, frutta e verdura. La zona è tranquilla, molto vicina a negozi e ristoranti. Il bagno senza bidet e senza finestra, il lato positivo è che è molto ampio e comodo, con il sapone per le mani e il docciaschiuma in omaggio.

Eloise (5/5): Fazit: Dieses Hotel hat Potenzial, doch ohne frische Küche und bessere Instandhaltung sind 4 Sterne nicht gerechtfertigt - Die freundliche und hilfsbereite Zimmer Service ( die Dame war sauber ), die Freundlichkeit des Service / Küchen Personals . Leider erst die letzten 4 Tage das Essen. Wir haben drei Wochen in diesem Hotel verbracht. Leider entsprach die Qualität des Essens nicht einem 4-Sterne-Standard: Viele Speisen waren nicht frisch, sondern überwiegend ausgekaufte, gefrorene Fertigware, die lieblos aufgetaut und serviert wurde. Das Buffet wirkte oft unappetitlich: trockene Käse- und Wurstplatten, aufgetürmte Früchte ohne Garnitur, Fertigkuchen und farbige Gelatine als „Dessert“. Das warme Buffet wiederholte sich jede Woche, war meist fad und teilweise ungenießbar. Positiv: In den letzten vier Tagen übernahm eine französische Köchin die Leitung – das Essen war plötzlich hochwertig, frisch und mit Herz zubereitet. Leider kam diese Verbesserung viel zu spät. Auch im Zimmer- und Anlagenbereich gibt es Nachholbedarf: Schimmel in den Fugen, verrosteter Papierkorb, abgenutzte Türen, lose Fliesen und sehr rutschige Böden am Pool. Fazit: Dieses Hotel hat Potenzial, doch ohne frische Küche und bessere Instandhaltung sind 4 Sterne nicht gerechtfertigt.

Brian (6/5): Buena propuesta que falta pulir - La decoración de la habitación y resto de zonas comunes En la habitación habían más de 30 mosquitos, la primera noche no pude dormir y acabé con todo el cuerpo picado, también habían otros bichos, además habían pelos en el suelo de toda la habitación, lo que demuestra que no se trabaja mucho en la limpieza

Sylvia (8/5): Nice hotel to stay a couple of nights to explore the North of the island. I would - The hotel is in a really nice village with a surfers vibe. The pools looked nice, beds were comfortable , shower good en breakfast as well. A supermarket 2 doors down from the hotel Didn’t clean under the beds and left a dead cockroach lying on the floor. We did ask to stop spraying chemicals because I didn’t want to inhale them. ( you smell it when you enter the room after the cleaning). The dinner buffet was a bit disappointing. I would not book full board- there are nice places to eat quite near! We booked pool view .The view from the entrance direction ocean is ugly- a huge building pit.

Piotr (3/5): Odradzam pobyt w tym miejscu - Ogólna czystość pokoju i regularnosc w wymianie ręczników i sprzątaniu Słaby wybór w posiłkach, typowo brytyjskie jedzenie. Bardzo słaba obsługa kelnerska, wymuszanie płatności gotówką przez najstarszego z kelnerów, co prowadziło nawet do braku realizacji złożonego wcześniej już zamówienia oraz do jego chamskiego, lekceważącego zachowania. W grudniu bardzo zimne pokoje, rzekomy brak ogrzewania, po zgłoszeniu problemu w recepcji usłyszeliśmy że obiekt nie posiada ogrzewania, lecz sam klimatyzator posiada opcję grzania która jest zablokowana dla gości( z pomocą ChatGPT udało mi się to włączyć ) Bardzo słaby sygnał WiFi w pokojach, aby korzystać z internetu musiałem schodzic do lobby, w pokoju również telewizor nie jest w stanie połączyć się z siecią. Napięcie w gniazdku jest niskie( brak szybkiego ładowania) W udogodnieniach pokoju widnieje wanna która jest bezużyteczna ponieważ nie posiada korka, prysznic nie posiada szyby ani żadnej zasłony kabiny przez co łazienka jest wiecznie zalana, okno w łazience nie otwiera sie . Ogólny stan-pokój jest czysty ale bardzo zniszczony. Hotel wymaga generalnego remontu.
JESUS (9/5): Estancia agradable y buen hotel - Buen hotel, con una ubicación muy buena. Las camadas son muy comodas y el dormitorio es grande. Tiene una piscina enorme, el desayuno es muy variado y tiene de todo. También tiene un gym con muchas maquinas para usar. El desayuno es muy variado pero podía tener un poco mas de calidad.
