Guest Reviews
- Sade (10/5): - Suihkusta ei oikein tullut lämmintä vettä, mutta muuten kaikki hyvin.
- Neydi (10/5): -
- Taiwo (3/5): - The Location Bed was uncomfortable. Too many people came viewing the flat.
Staff had no curtesy.
- Claudiu (9/5): -
- Beatson (1/5): ill not be booking this place again that's for sure - LOCATION having to collect keys from a shop where there is no parking.as i start work early during the week you have to take the keys back to the shop which states it opens at 7am well the shop doesn't open at 7 so you have to make 2 trips to make sure you take the keys back. The property smelled really bad with on findings off dirty washing under the cupboard overall it wasn't nice.£300 security deposit fee that they add for damages is overrated and should not be charged for after booking.
they should pay me to live there.
- Nupur (2/5): Poor - Big room. The house was a curse for me, my mobile phone was stolen from the street in front, I was disturbed every few days, the water in the kitchen sink doesn't flow properly, and the bathroom sink is too small, I have to turn off the whole tap for hot water, all the water falls down, and I can't sleep because of the footsteps of the people upstairs. I stayed for a month, they gave me 20 ml of shampoo and body wash, it was very funny, no cleaner came in a month.
- Roman (5/5): The apartment neither good, nor bad. Just extremely needs renovation. - The neigbourhood - nice place with old style buidings. Live animals (cats and foxes).
Good location - it is not so far from city center.
The apartment is on sale and I was informed there might be viewing during our stay. But finally nobody disturbed us. There is moisture/musty smell all the time inside the apartment and by the entrance door.
Checked-in late in the evening, next morning we realized heavily leaking pipes under the kitchen sink. After reporting the problem, the host promised to send an engineer in 2 days and requested to grant access to the apartment, which means I was expected to cancel all my plans and wait for an engineer for a half a day! Finally, nobody came, and we didn't have the problem fixed by the end of our stay.
The oven at the kitchen has 3 regulators with all marks erased on them. Guess what is what...
The bed was missing planks under the sleeping pad, so we got bruises on our legs as we fall down when tried to sit on it. Sleeping on this bed was also not comfortable.
Sound insulation is not very good. Sometimes we could hear neighbours as if they share the room with us.
Batroom was not really clean, especially walls. It also has a tiny sink with very strange faucet. If you need hot water, you have to open the tap fully. Since the sink is tiny - you'll get all the water on the floor and your legs.
Finally, you have to pay security deposit 300 GBP, which should be returned within 14 days after check-out. But in fact, the deposit was returned after 16 days and only when I reminded about it.
- Loubak (9/5): My stay was very good -
- Tiphanie (8/5): Great place but the key collection needs to be improved. - Cute, well-decorated one-bedroom apartment with everything you need for a short stay and easy access to Elephant & Castle station by bus, which makes it easy to travel around London. The key collection was rather chaotic, a code was sent to collect it at a nearby shop but the code did not work and it took some time to sort it out. The bed could also be more comfortable.
- Lourevel (8/5): Cozy apartment to stay if you’re not an outgoing person. - The apartment itself. Spacious and has some utensils to use.
Members of the team were responsive, courteous and helpful. The location. It’s difficult to find as well as the location where to collect the keys. The instructions were vague. the sofa was not clean.
- Robert (8/5): Nice place to stay, difficult to work with host. - The flat was in a great location for who I was visiting and access to public transportation. The free ride from airport to flat was great. Keys needed to be picked up from a business location over 1/2 mile from the residence. Was restricted to get keys by the hours of shop.
The host was tough to work with. Had to send same information multiple times and key pickup/turn in was difficult.
- Duncan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gleyde (1/5): hot water heater on cold that is doing not work. -
- Shafii (7/5): Host contacts were quite responsive and communicative - Kitchen facilities Heating
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Omega (1/5): Do not stay here - Mattress is on the floor, fire alarm hanging off the ceiling, they want to do viewings during your stay Mattress on the floor, bad communication from owner, requested cancellation on the first night as there was no bed. They refused and charged me full amount. Location is ridiculous, they don’t even have the road name right
- Adam (4/5): Disappointing - Accommodation was brilliant Booking procedure frustrating
- Amr (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jubin (1/5): Any hotel is better compared to this house in particular - Will never recommend this property to anyone. Key collection and self check in not available. Had 2 wait 2 hrs to finally get into the house.
Didn't get timely services when gas was not working. Could not use kitchen for 3 days. Nobody cared or even bothered about it. They just cut off gas and microwave from further use.
- Despard (8/5): Very good -
