• Wai Yung (9/5): Nice view - The location is very convenient. Can see the three blue dome from my room. The staff were nice. I found out some room types are not in same location. Seems a few other hotels have same issue. The description should be clearly mentioned about that otherwise it may confuse customers. I don’t know why they can’t just put different locations as different hotels.

• Loisa Joy (10/5): One of the best places we have stayed so far! It may be a bit pricey, but it is definitely worth it. The view, the room, - I absolutely loved the location of this place — the view is truly stunning! One of the best parts was not having to stand in a long line just to see the famous blue dome. The pool was also amazing, very nice and warm, perfect for relaxing. Overall, such a beautiful and comfortable experience. Highly recommend! The only suggestion I have is about the breakfast. If breakfast were included, it would make the stay feel even more affordable and perfect. Also, I hope they can put a sign outside because the alley has become a tourist spot for taking blue dome pictures, and we got confused finding the entrance since there was a long line of people outside the gate.

• Dolores (9/5): Almost perfect except aircon is broken . - The proximity to everything from shopping and activities. Staff are very attentive , they respond promptly to our questions and needs. They show professionalism in what they are doing. They are helpful from arranging our commute to the airport and helping us carry our luggages. They are quite in impressive to wake up early morning to help us our luggages. He was our villa at exactly 3am.That wasn’t easy carrying a large luggage with heavy weight. Couldn’t remembered their name but they deserve a star award. The staff go above and beyond above and beyond the moment we got there and when we leave. Aircon is not working . There was no resolution on the issue despite us calling .

• Mark (10/5): Great place with a wonderful view - Our room was located right between the famous blue domes, so we had a spectacular view from outside on the terrace and inside from the jacuzzi. Place is at the coast of Oia in a pedestrian zone with a lot of good restaurants and shops. Airport transfer was arranged (45€ per trip) with a short walk from drop off spot (someone helped us with our luggage). Room was spacious and bed was comfy and one big water was complimentary. Bathroom was big with huge jacuzzi. All was good

Mały taras, na którym cień jest od godz 14 i nie potrzeba tam parasola. Mini kuchnia, sztućce, talerze, kieliszki na wino, ekspres do kawy. Basen z ciepłą wodą, podświetlany, do tego niezwykły widok na niebo z zachodzącym słońcem. Dodatkowym atutem, o którym muszę wspomnieć, to fakt, ze apartament został na moja prośbę przygotowany wcześniej i już przed 13 mogliśmy wejść i cieszyć się jego pięknem. • Sanders (10/5): Perfect for Profesional Photographers! - What an amazing view! You have it all here. No need to stay in long lines for great pictures. You can just enjoy the view and relax. The office to get the key is not close by. Make sure to talk to them before you arrive so you don’t have to wait. They were responsive and came to drop off the key.
• Vijeta (10/5): Heavenly stay. - The best view of the blue domes period in Oia period. The stay was magical and heavenly. Stayed one night in the premium suite with plunge pool and had the most amazing time ever. They also accommodated early check-in for us. Helpful staff. No breakfast included or no complementary wine but that’s not needed when you have such a beautiful view in front of you the entire stay and yes there is a pastry shop just outside this accommodation. Not a big deal but a complimentary wine at such a luxurious location would be perfect.

For the price I would think that there would be more offerings. There were 4 of us but only 2 mugs, 2 wine glasses, 2 everything. We’ve been to 4 other islands so far and the other places left us coffee and everything for the coffee, bottle of wine, snacks, etc… obviously it’s small stuff but makes a difference.

• Yuval (4/5): - Schöne Unterkunft mit guter Aussicht. Das WLAN war extrem schlecht und hat teilweise gar nicht funktioniert. Als wir Hilfe brauchten, hat das Personal nicht reagiert – unsere Beschwerden wegen der WLAN-Probleme wurden tagelang ignoriert. Außerdem wurde uns gesagt, dass der Austausch von Handtüchern 25 € extra kosten würde – bei einem Zimmerpreis von 500 € pro Nacht absolut unangebracht. Die Reinigung erfolgte zudem immer erst am späten Nachmittag. Uns wurde auch zugesichert, dass wir täglich eine Flasche Wasser erhalten – tatsächlich haben wir jedoch nicht ein einziges Mal Wasser bekommen.
• Kiran (8/5): Beautiful views but shared balcony - The gentleman who dropped us to the our room was the most kindest man ever, he gave advice on where to eat and what to avoid. Helped with our bags, and making sure we got to the room safely with our toddler. Sorry I didn’t get his name The views were incredible and the private pool, worth the price. When booking it said the suite was not secluded, what it didn’t say was that the balcony would be shared. This meant we had a couple wake us up in the early hours of the morning, trying to open our suite door to access the pool l and took pictures of the pool, flashing their lights and the generally spending long stretches taking pictures which meant we couldn’t use the pool or sit on the balcony. It was a shame, because we was told it was private space and that’s why we paid the amount we did for the suite. We also had our toddler with us so forcing him to be patient for long stretching whilst they took pictures was hard

• Marko (10/5): Spavate u pećini sa bazenom, nenadmašno iskustvo! - Ako ste gledali one klipove sa Santorinija kako ljudi plivaju u pećini sa veličanstvenim pogledom, e to je jedan od tih hotela! Dobijate iskustvo da spavate u pećini sa vlastitim privatnim bazenom. Čitava soba je doživljaj! Zbog bazena, predivan pogled na kupolu plave crkve dođe sekundaran ovdje. Već od 7h ujutru se oko vas formiraju redovi turista koji čekaju da se slikaju tamo gdje ste vi smješteni.

Condizioni della doccia pietose, con impianto da rifare e rubinetteria dozzinale e fatiscente, soffione doccia arrugginito e faresti interni non funzionanti. Umidità costante sui muri interni. Arredi esterni vecchi e usurati. Insomma per 750 euro al giorno, non posso accontentarmi solo della vista sulla caldera e della tipicità dell'alloggio scavato nella roccia. • Tomás (10/5): Lugar mágico - Indudablemente lo mejor del establecimiento es la vista que habla por sí sola hacia uno de los 'leit motiv' de la isla como son las famosas cúpulas azules, pero hay más cosas que destacar, muchas más cosas que voy a intentar resumir en estas pocas líneas. Para empezar, la atención es excelente. Días antes se ponen en contacto contigo por WhatsApp para informar y ver si necesitas algo. Una vez allí, puedes utilizar ese medio o llamar directamente por teléfono para informar que has llegado. Nuestro avión aterrizó en la isla a las 09:00 de la mañana por lo que estuvimos en Oia media hora más tarde. Nos comunicamos con ellos y en 10 minutos ya se hicieron cargo de nuestras maletas. Es más, a pesar de que el check-in era a las 15:00h a las 11h. nos enviaron un mensaje diciendo que ya teníamos lista la habitación por lo que pudinos entrar en ella. Está claro que no siempre será así pero mi caso es un buen ejemplo de la atención que tienen hacia el huésped. Por otro lado, es cierto que el establecimiento no dispone de servicios extras propios pero dan la suficiente inforimación para que na falte de nada. Y como digo, son atentos y amables La habitación es ms que correcta en espacio y ya no digo en belleza, una tradicional cueva con un increíble jacuzzi interior con vistas a las mismas cúpulas. En principio creía que al estar cubierta iba a ser un hándicap y viendo las otras dos exteriores que comparte el establecimiento, pero luego sobre el terreno, viendo cómo pega el sol fue hasta una ventaja, por no hablar de la intimidad. Y sí, estaba el agua caliente. En cuanto a detalles por si alguien tiene dudas, nosotros fuimos a mediados de agosto con lo que supone eso de temperaturas altas. El aire acondicionado funcionó muy bien y eso que la ventana del jacuzzi está abierta. Ningún problema. La cama cómoda y la limpieza muy correcta. No tiene cocina pero sí una nevera completa así es que por espacio no será. Por poner algún objeción es que entra algo de luz desde el cuarto de baño pero es lógico al tener la ventana abierta. Le puedes poner las contraventanas si molesta la luz.

All staff were professional so pleasant and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The view from the suites is just unbelievable absolutely stunning as the blue domes are right in front of you. You could just sit in your suite all day being mesmerised by the view and then a few steps away you have all you could ask from with bars restaurants shops. Just a wonderful place to stay. Ce n’est pas un hôtel : il s’agit en réalité d’une chambre indépendante de type Airbnb, sans réception ni services hôteliers classiques. 2. Piscine sale : la piscine/jacuzzi n’avait pas été nettoyée. Même après signalement, on nous a répondu que la propreté était une priorité, mais sans envoyer personne pour régler le problème. 3. Aucune assistance pour les bagages : j’ai dû porter moi-même mes valises dans les ruelles escarpées menant à la chambre, alors qu’on m’avait assuré qu’on m’aiderait. 4. Pas de bagagerie : il n’existe aucun espace pour laisser ses affaires après le check-out.

• Barlas (4/5): The service was very disappointing. - The location was fairly central. There was a breakfast menu given but no information on when that breakfast would be served or where. We had one person who was contacting us on whatsapp but never met us. There was one bell boy who brought our things to the room but was late when we were checking out and so we had to drag all the things out ourselves. There is no reception area where we were greeted. There was one old key provided to us. No toiletries were given and when a dental kit was requested we were informed they didn't have it. Room was very dark and bathroom had one light.
• Caz (7/5): Good - The view and location were fabulous! Picture perfect! Comfortable room which was quite well appointed despite being very small. Spa was quite private and had the most picturesque view. A little difficult to get in and out of though. The breakfast was terrible! Shocking value. Wet sloppy cold eggs were delivered with some other scraps with it. Certainly not value for money. The staff were only available to contact via What'sApp and we did not hear back from them for hours after trying to contact for assistance when extremely sick with food poisoning. Was confusing as to which room was booked - this wasn't clear in the booking - could have been my mistake but we got a different room than we thought.

• Vidya (7/5): Great location but not so great a host! Cleaning Staff is friendly and helpful. - Location was fantastic and overall room is well maintained. The cleaning staff is very helpful! The location is a landmark so entry/exit can be highly stressful for families during peak tourist traffic hours, which is all day essentially. We didn't mind that or pay attention to that that much. It may get to nerves for some people :). Difficult to reach host after normal daylight hours. Host will communicate only at their convenience and only to check for services that they can upsell. Won't really respond if there is any real issue. We had an issue with the spa jets which resolved by itself after sometime. Host was unreachable during that entire time and if the issue didn't resolve itself, it would've been a headache all through the night. Host responded back only the next morning stating that they were glad it got resolved by itself :). Calling/Texting won't help and they don't communicate by Booking.com, they only communicate on WhatsApp privately so even Booking won't know or can track all the issues. But they do maintain the property well so that there are no issues for the most part. We don't mean to say the host is no good but can be better if they were prompt in communication and used trackable communication via Booking/Expedia or other travel booking provider's messaging services than resorting private chats and not responding in a timely manner!
• Michelle (10/5): The best place to stay in Santorini!! - The location by the blue domes. That alone saved us hours of waiting in line to take those iconic pictures. The splurge was worth it!! The service, pick up from airport, just all around a great place to stay in Santorini!! The lines of crowds waiting to take their pictures. Quite cumbersome going back n forth through them some even commenting how we’re trying to cut in line. But letting them know we’re going to our hotel was was a great relief and we were grateful to have stayed there.

• Ashley (10/5): A Santorini dream come true!! - This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed in. Absolutely stunning room and views. Plunge pool was amazing and we used it daily. Room was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Staff was SO helpful and kind and always text back very fast. They even carried our luggage to the room for us which is definitely a hard job. The location is perfect, right next to shops, restaurants, and taxi pickup location. Nothing about this property will disappoint you Many steps to/from Main Street but in oai that is very common so we didn’t mind.

Deepak and Siri were absolutely amazing – they made our experience seamless by helping us with check-in and check-out, and even managed our luggage to and from the taxi. The views from the hotel were breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. Highly recommend this place for a memorable and stress-free stay! A couple of things that could be improved: the cups we used weren’t replaced during our stay, and there was an extra charge for towels, which was a bit unexpected. Overall, still a lovely place with great service from the staff, and we’d recommend it for the views and location!

• Charlene (5/5): Good location but bad experience! - Location is great! Good view of the blue done church. On the first day, the rain brought a lot of dust to the exterior of the property. It was dirty and the staff did not clean up the place even after we feedback to them. The outdoor jacuzzi was basically unusable. What is worst is that there is not water supply in the room for 2 days. The staff kept giving excuses that the whole area was affected but apparently it was not true cos our neighbor property does have water to even clean the exterior area. It was a bad experience interacting with the staff who is not responsive and kept giving excuses for the short coming. At the very least there should be a refund for the poor service and bad amenities (no water)!

• April (7/5): Beautiful, but the equivalent of AirBnb - If you fear that the pictures from the property oversell the location and/or room, have no fear. It is exactly as you would hope. The room is gorgeous, but oh my goodness that view! It is rather treacherous down the steps as there was no lighting on the path, very uneven steps which are broken in places, and only two bits of railing which are in fact only thin wooden canes loosely attached to the wall. The communication was also a disappointment. We learned the hard way that we arrived 1 week to early for many of the restaurants, shops and activities. The reviews talked about how helpful the staff were. I found them rather monosyllabic. Our first morning we found nothing open for breakfast at 9:00 and us walking about 20 minutes to find an open place down the road out of sheer luck. Only after waiting a while for a response and then making it all the way to the restaurant did we get a reply recommending the same place we already found. They were also late both when we arrived and when we left to check us in and out.

However this space is not for all public, you get the key to close the door. You can enjoy the Sunset and Beautiful Sunrise. Just too good, restaurant is close by shopping street is right above you!! We really enjoyed our stay and could not believe the view we had from our balcony. Such beautiful views of the sunrise in the mornings with the 2 big blue domes. Not to mention Valandis was such great help for us. We arrived at our accommodation at 11pm but he stayed up for us to welcome us and help carry our luggage down the big flight of stairs to our room. He sat with us and gave us great recommendations for is the island! Our favourite part of our room was the jacuzzi in our bathroom. It had a big window overlooking the view and even a cute little disco ball!

Rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely stay there again! My only complaint was that the stairs going down to the property were steep and poorly lit at night. It was hard to see the steps without a dim light lighting the way.

Our room was located in the perfect position protected and the view was nothing short of amazing. It was an easy walk up the shops and restaurants. The pool/ spa was perfect to cool down after sunbaking with a picturesque view over the water, that is one of the best in the world. The service at the Sophia was exceptional our room was always clean and comfortable. The host Valandis made our stay perfect, he was always there to help and his recommendations especially our private boat trip made our trip to Santorini even more perfect. He made all the arrangements and booked our tours.. We just had to turn up and enjoy the experience without any worries. Nothing it was perfect

• Rachel (7/5): Nice room, great view, awkward check in. - The location and view is excellent. There is a locked gate for privacy so there are no photo queues right outside the door of the accommodation (there are queues on the path above, but the view of your outside area is mostly blocked). The inside of the room is nicely furnished. We felt arrival was awkward after waiting to meeting staff in a nearby car park, we walked to the room to find a man inside who checked us in, but then he stayed and spent a bit of time talking and trying to sell us some experiences. We’d already been sent the list of experiences and explained we weren’t interested as we didn’t have time. I had to write my full credit card details down in case of incidentals. The man then contacted us again to say he’d secured us a spot on a boat tour, so we felt a little awkward having to say no again. Also, the price for the size of the room itself is quite high, you are paying for the view.

• Jade (1/5): Expensive and not the same property as advertised, not just because the photos the entire location was different to what - The property is nice.. if it’s what you book. The view is of an aircon unit , with partial views of the sea, the windows in the property are tiny and locked! You can not open the blinds in the windows as they are drilled closed. The advertising of this property is not what it appears. They have multiple properties and will spend hours explaining how you’ve booked the wrong one or coming up with an excuse that booking.com system and their system doesn’t book the same property. The bathroom is at that back of the property with no fan! So be prepared for your toilet to sink your entire villa out. The bath is not working because of “water shortage” but it doesn’t look like it’s ever worked! Property is said to be “brand new” however on first glance you will see in fact it’s not and falling apart.

The walk way to get to the room gets very busy at times with people taking photos, but the location is so good and the staff bought our bags to and from the room so we didn’t have to deal with the crowd and our bags.
