• Brian (10/5): A fabulousview of the Bosphorous. - Kenan nand the lovely housemaid were very helpful 10/10. The view from the balcony was terific. The taxi driver took us to the wrong Cheya having spoken to a Cheya manager (not Kenan) on the phone. On arrival it was apparent that my name was not that of the booking and we had to return to our first stop. I booked an UBER and asked the manager to put in the return address so there would be no mistake. On arrival it the address it became apparent that the UBER had been cancelled and we were with a regular taxi. I did not cancel the UBER.

При выселении разрешили хранить чемоданы до выезда. В остальном нас не трогали. По всем вопросам быстро ответят в вотс ап. Также быстро решили проблему со сломавшимся замком. Места мало, но дело не в хозяине, а в особенностях застройки центра города.

The tip: be sure of what you are booking, as this residence has 5 floors. Only the upper floora have the view of Bosphorus. The only problem was the location, as it is located up on the steep hill.

Из четырёх конфорок на плите работали только две (отсутствует и поджиг для газа), что значительно ограничивало возможность готовить. В первый же день под раковиной произошла протечка — вода сильно текла на пол кухни. Сантехник пришёл и устранил неисправность, однако после ремонта в квартире остался очень резкий запах герметика, из-за которого находиться внутри было крайне тяжело. Уборку на кухне после визита сантехника нам пришлось делать самостоятельно при отсутствии средств для уборки. Позднее в тот же день в квартире полностью отключили воду, и нам пришлось самостоятельно связываться с управляющим, чтобы решить эту проблему. Также стоит учитывать, что квартира расположена на минус первом этаже. Полноценные окна есть только в двух комнатах, при этом они оснащены решётками и даже колючей проволокой В квартире есть стиральная машина, однако раскладная сушилка белья отсутствует.

L'emplacement est idéal car dans une toute petite rue (donc assez calme) mais très proche de Taksim avec le métro. Une supérette juste à côté. La communication avec le gérant Kenan est très efficace par whatsapp. Merci bcp Kenan. Il n'y a pas de micro-onde (mais nous avons utilisé la gaziniere).

• Oral, Facial, Head and Neck (5/5): Unfortunately, we would not stay again. - Amazing view from our appartment ( top floor) and excellent communication and cleaning service. Unfortunately, lift did not work - we had 4 luggages....( Lift was fixed second day) Arriving tired and no hot water. We asked to adjust the water, but did not work. Hot water only for 5 seconds in the shower. No problem with kitchen or sink hot water. No English instructions how to find the appartment, where is the code key, how to use washing machine. Appartment is tired. Second room does not have windows. We had to keep windows open all the time as there was a strange smell ( maybe because the appartment was not used for long time). The host is an excellent communicator and everytime we had an issue he sort it out quickly.

We had the 2-bedroom apartment with the balcony from where the view to the Bosphorus is amazing. Small apartment, but clean and ideal for those who mainly spend the day epxloring the city. Equipped kithen for a quick meal, if one wishes to cook. The electronic key has small problems, but the conierge was always there to help, so no big deal.

He reached out to us well in advance to understand when we would be arriving to ensure he was available to greet us. Of course we were about an hour late due to our international flight and immigration procedure. We let Kenan know as he had already shared his WhatsApp number with us. Keenan greeted us and walked us through the apartment to show all the amenities. He even helped us with the luggage. We stayed at a three bedroom for six days. The apartment had everything down to the dishes and utensils that we could ever need. Whenever we called Kenan for something, he always responded with enthusiasm. The cleaner was also very thorough to keep the apartment spic and span. There was three grocery stores smack opposite of the apartment which makes is very convenient. There is also a currency exchange place nearby which gives good rates. The tram station to go to Topkapi Palance, Blue Mosque, etc. is just a short 10 minute downhill easy walk. The ferry is also near the tram station from where you can take a ferry to Princess Island. The apartment is also a short distance (less than 10 minutes) from Taksim Square. Very convenient location and great value for money. Our three bedroom for five people was on the second floor. If we were limited to just four people then we could stay at the two bedroom which would be on a higher floor giving us direct view of the Bosporus river.

Nestled in the heart of Istanbul, this top-floor apartment offers an absolutely stunning view of the Bosphorus Strait that will take your breath away. The location is nothing short of perfect. Cleanliness is impeccable. The hospitality truly sets this accommodation apart – Ms. Esma, the housekeeper, was wonderfully attentive, and Mr. Kenan was always just a phone call away, ready to assist with any need. The duplex design adds character, though the 3 bedrooms spread across different levels might be challenging for some. The relatively sharp stairs require a bit of careful navigation. Despite its unconventional layout, this apartment offers an unforgettable Istanbul experience. • Ronald (7/5): The location was excellent, but I would want assurance that I was getting the apt as reserved - The apt was very nice and very clean. The towels were rough as sandpaper, and several of them were threadbare. Also, my reservation was for a unit with 3br and 2 ba and a balcony with either city or Bpsphorus views. This unit only had 1 bath and the tiny terraces from our second floor location had NO view at all.
• Margarita (5/5): Passable - The only good thing about this place is a view from terrace It was very cold in the apartment especially at night, when I asked the host about heating system, he didn’t respond to me for very long time, the day after he finally told me to use AC which was so old and just didn’t make any difference. Another things is when we arrived our bed shits was wet, had to dry it with an iron, horrible experience. Apartment is very old and everything is falling apart, shower also is very tricky.

Upstairs bedroom had a dormer roof, easy to bump your head on. Outrageously small lift. if you are claustrophobic you will be climbing the stairs!

Room was well-organized and furniture quality are good. Photo of the place is catchy and the place is as good as you see. The place is new and very clean. It's good place for staying with your family. Kenan helps us a lot and he is available for anything you need. There is not any free parking lot close to the location. The bathroom doesn't have fan and after shower will be wet.

The one-person lift frequently went out of order, making it difficult for my mother, who had to use the stairs most of the time. The facility advertised the unit as having a functional lift, but this wasn’t true. I was also led to believe the unit had a water view, but this was only available on the top floor. I was given a lower-floor unit, which had no view at all. Additionally, the fridge didn’t work for the first three days until a technician was finally sent to fix it. On top of that, the facility didn’t provide enough essential supplies like toilet paper, and we had to purchase everything ourselves.

Rooms on bottom floor & toilet, like prisons( LOL).Cleaning service lady friendly, but the usual ( me no understand).Not really cleaning. Only removes rubbish.Will not recommend this property.No value for money.Then you rather add another few hundred Euros & get superior quality & service.Area situated, full of cat & dog litter dirty & full of rubbish. Only plus is the upstairs view & open plan kitchen, rest of property, not worth. Not much 100% Halaal eateries in area ( no alcohol). You need to be fit for access to property. To me, this is more like a back packers dormitory! Once more a misleading, misrepresentation premises.
• Tamás (10/5): simple. but convenient and very friendly - stayed few days with family. very good location, easy to access any part of the city with public transport. kind, flexible and helpful staff. i found all that i needed after a day with long walk - a good shower, clean rooms and comfortable beds for all of us. make some research - and you will notice this will be a good choice.

I didn’t like the entrance to the apartment or the road to the apartment is very narrow and not comfortable.

• Medi (10/5): amazing - Spend 12 days in this nice and clean apartment . The location was perfect and only 10 minutes from Taksim .There are restaurants and supermarkets within 2 minutes walk. The gentleman Kenon who is in charge the property was very helpful and helped me when ever i needed advise. The lady house keeper was amazing very kind and polite and always keep the building nice and clean. The apartment has everything you can think of . The place is very safe and good for all the family to have piece of mind. I will defiantly go back to this place and i will recommend this to all friends and family. every thing was perfect

• Basema (9/5): Lovely apartment in an excellent location. - The apartment is clean and well maintained in an excellent location. The view of the Bosporous from the balcony was amazing. Mr Kenan and Ms Esma were always attentive and assisted us with all our requests. Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Istanbul.

The staff was fantastic and very helpful. Made us feel at home. Esme Hanim prepared us Turkish coffee and donated the table with amazing nibbles. We are as a family recommending this property to all Australian travellers. And the view from upper floors were amazing.

Highly recommend anyone who is travelling to Istanbul to stay here Property has 3 bedrooms and ideal for the families who want to stay in a place where children will have their own space.. No comment as everything was and is amazing.

• Sophie (8/5): The spectacular view over the Bosphorus was even better than expected. - The view from the spacious well furnished balcony was spectacular. Two of the three bedrooms were light airy and spacious. Living room comfortable and large. No clear instructions as to how to turn heating on. Balcony door a little awkward to open and close. A smaller dishwasher could have facilitated a small oven. Some people might find beds too firm. Downstairs bathroom rather cramped. A few culinary basics like salt, oil, milk, bread, coffee, tea would have been nice.

• John (9/5): Superb - A very good and clean apartment. Host contacted us on day of arrival and was flexible around arrival time. Location was good near Taksim park. Would have been nice to have some basic drinking items, Tea bags, coffee saches.
• Jonathan (9/5): Superb - The apartment looked definitely better than on the pictures, it's modern, clean, well furnished with amenities, and pretty well located. Keyless doors were also handy (as long as you don't forget the codes!). It's a whole building with different units, so even though some reviews said view was great, unless you're on the upper floor, there is no view! But that's not a dealbreaker. Staff was quick to respond. Only small details that would have made the stay perfect: only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided while we stayed 3 nights and the towels were awfully rough and stiff. And for having such a well equipped kitchen with all utensils, there was no basic things like salt, oil, sugar, etc. Also no single cleaning tablet nor soap, sponge to clean the dishes. If you're staying only a few nights it doesn't make sense to buy all these stuff that usually come in big quantity.

• Sylvia (8/5): Fantastic View. The view is really wonderful. We all spent ages sitting watching the ships go by. - The view was fantastic. That was why I chose the place and it lived up to expectations. The place was very clean, the beds were comfortable. The staff were very helpful when the key code didn't work. The apartment is well located near buses and trams and ferries. It's within a short walk of shops, Taksim Square and lots of restaurants. The kitchen was limited but well-enough equipped for a short stay. Note, there's no oven and only a two ring hob. That was fine for us There were a few inadequacies. We arrived to find no washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets or washing powder. You can't just buy a few dishwasher tablets etc and when you're on a short trip/arriving by plane, this is frustrating! There was a similar false economy with providing basics. There was no sugar, salt and pepper, or bottles of drinking water - or even enough rolls of toilet paper for 5 people during our stay! These small basic supplies make a difference. I would really recommend providing these small things to make the place really welcoming.
