For the safety of our guests, you will not be able to stay inside the hotel during the power outage.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Otelden istediğiniz zaman yürüyerek heryere ulaşabiliyorsunuz ve yorulup otelde mola vermek icin de cok kısa bir süre de otele ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Otelin çok güzel bir lobi alanı var ve aksamları oturmak keyifli. Odalar da son derece temiz ve güzeldi. Otelin kahvaltı alanı da cok güzel döşenmiş ve cok güzeldi. Sabah kahvaltı da cıkan tiramusuya ve soft serve dondurmaya da bayıldık Kahvaltı çok zengin ancak international müşterilere biraz daha uygun planlanabilir.

- Pnina (7/5): Great staff, good hotel, beware that the windows in the room don’t open - The property was in a good location close to the Main Street. Near the hotel there is a metro station and also a lot of restaurants and shops. The staff were very kind, informative, and helpful. The breakfast was great, a lot of options and food. The staff at the restaurant were very kind and friendly. We were really bothered by the fact that you cannot open any of the rooms windows even so slightly just to let fresh air in the room. We stayed for about 6 nights and it made some nights really unbearable from how difficult it was to breathe because of the air being dense. If you want to open the windows you have to talk to the staff at the front desk and ask them to open the window each morning because they close it at the evening. Until now we didn’t get a clear answer besides that it’s for “safety reasons”, when they don’t mind leaving the window open for you from the morning until the evening. The only issue we experienced regarding housekeeping wise was that we came back to our hotel room around 2 PM and the room was still not cleaned but the rooms around us were cleaned, we called the front desk to ask them if housekeeping is aware that we want our room cleaned and they checked with them and told us that they will come until 6 PM to come and clean our rooms… Also a few times they forgot to give us toilet paper. To our satisfaction, after calling the front desk and telling them about our disappointment, housekeeping came quickly

Everything was spotlessly clean, and the overall atmosphere felt comfortable, calm, and high quality. The rooms were spacious by Japanese standards, very comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were excellent, and after long days walking around Kyoto, it was a perfect place to relax and recover. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages. Many of Kyoto’s main attractions, restaurants, cafes, shopping streets, and the riverfront are within walking distance. Public transportation is also very convenient nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were always polite, welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Communication was smooth, and the service throughout the stay felt professional and genuinely hospitable. The hotel offers a very good balance of quality, comfort, location, and price. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kyoto. Nothing

From every photo and memory from that place I am very confident that I lost it in that hotel but I am very sad to not have them make all the effort to find it. The room had a really nice design, it was clean and quite spacious. All in all it was a great stay and would happily make the same choice if we return to Kyoto in the future.

- Zeka (9/5): Отличное расположение, суперская кровать и постельное бельё! - Отличный отель, хорошее расположение, кровать и постельное бельё супер! Номер непривычно просторный, ванная комната как весь номер в Токио. Если собираетесь остаться на долго, нужно подумать где поблизости есть прачечная. Рядом торговая улица, много мест где поесть, ну и конечно же есть комбини. Для отдыха между дневными марафонами по Киото лучше не придумать. Услуги прачечной сопоставимы со стоимостью новых вещей... Проще купить новые носки и футболки, нежели постирать. За три дня пребывания, два дня не работала кофемашина в лобби, но можно дойти за 5 минут в комбини, взять кофе булочки вернуться поесть в лобби и уже поехать по запланированным местам.

- RONALD (9/5): very pleasant hotel - The facilities were comfortable, clean and friendly. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was organized and plentiful. I thought the hotel did what it could to make every convenience available. For example, they lent us umbrellas when it rained. The area was difficult for us to navigate the area, largely due to our age and limitations. Taxis were easy to get and the staff helped with those, so the difficulty navigating was something that I found to be true throughout Japan and it was not something isolated to this hotel.

The room was reasonably large, clean and well equipped. Excellent breakfats buffet. The staff at this hotel were excellent, helpful and friendly. Pity the hotel bar and restaurant wasnt open in the evening.

Room was well appointed with a table and sitting area, and very comfortable beds. Bathroom was a good size too. Staff was also very kind and helpful. Did not have breakfast there so cannot comment on it. All was good. The only suggestion I would have is if would have had laundry facilities on site, that would be really helpful, especially if you are on a long trip and need to wash your clothes.

- Nichamon (10/5): Will definitely come back again! - The location is amazing! We visited Kyoto in late March and were lucky enough to see the sakura start blooming. There’s a beautiful canal lined with cherry blossoms right beside the hotel — absolutely stunning, I loved it so much. It’s also within walking distance to the river, very close to the subway, and surrounded by restaurants and shopping areas. The room also had a water purifier, so we didn’t need to buy bottled water at all — very eco-friendly and thoughtful. The staff were incredibly nice and always ready to help. Highly recommend!
