• Theresa (6/5): Für den Preis eher so lala, für 1 Nacht ok - Sehr sauber für London Super Lage, man kommt überall leicht hin (zu Fuß oder auch mit Zug/Bus/Ubahn) Es war in der Nacht extrem laut (von der Straße und Lüftung im Raum)

Geräumige Unterkunft mit allem was man benötigt, für einen Wochenendtrip super geeignet. Die Möbel haben teilweise schon größere Gebrauchsspuren und in Bad fehlte ein Handtuchhalter. Wir hatten eine der Kellerwohnungen, diese hatten leider kein Fenster weshalb die Belüftung nicht so gut war, man konnte sich aber durch das öffnen der Tür gut behelfen, da diese nicht durch Passanten von der Straße zu erreichen ist.

Lovely apartment, perfectly situated for the gig I was attending at the 100 Club. It was only overnight, but could have happily stayed for days - Tesco over the road, pub next door - perfect!

• Camille (10/5): Génial, nous recommandons et nous reviendrons volontiers!! - La propreté , la beauté de l’appartement , la proximité avec tous les endroits clés de Londres. Tout était génial! Merci pour ce chouette endroit , ça a été très agréable pour nous d’y séjourner pendant notre escapade Londonienne 😻 Rien tout était top. Un peu de bruit le soir lié au pub juste à côté mais pas du tout dérangeant , nous nous sommes endormis très rapidement chaque soirs du séjour.
• Mona (7/5): - Fin beliggenhed i et trygt område, som stadig var meget centralt i forhold til indre London. Dejligt med supermarked lige overfor og masser af restauranter og pubber i området, let adgang til metro og i øvrigt gå afstand til de fleste ting. Der burde være meget bedre forklaring af elsystemet. Meget indviklet at styre gulvvarme og varmen på badeværelset, som var koblet sammen med lyset, så man risikerede at slukke for varmen når man slukkede lyset og gik ud. Der burde som minimum være en manual. Køkkenet var meget spartansk i forhold til udstyr, og der var ikke gjort noget for at gøre lejligheden hyggelig. Ellers funktionelt.
• Nina (9/5): Great for a weekend in centre of London - Fantastic location with many shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. 2 lovely large bedrooms, both with en-suite. Easy check-in and check-out procedure. Apartment is top floor, so reasonably quiet but not suitable for those with mobility issues. Another sofa would be nice so that all 4 guests can sit comfortably together. Hooks for coats would also be beneficial as we had to hang our coats over the back of the dining chairs.

• Richard (8/5): Great location and space - very clean and good kitchen - Compact and good facilities - very clean Quite a lot of noise from other apartments and a few basics missing- good to have coffee/ tea but no milk sachets and no kitchen roll or basic condiments like salt and pepper. Also the key entry was tricky without specific instructions- the key was very stiff and had to be used on two locks , which was not mentioned in the instructions

• Makiko (9/5): 素晴らしい！！！ - 立地も設備も清潔さも完璧でした。包丁もよく切れるし、シャワーのお湯も熱いお湯がたっぷり使えました。コーヒーマシーンがあり、それに使うコーヒーも十分置いてくれていました。 外のドアの開錠、部屋の鍵を手にすることは容易にできたのですが、ドアの鍵の開け方が分からず、サポートに電話すると、とても親切丁寧に教えてくれました。 本当に良いアパートメントだと思います。ロンドンで泊まるときの定宿にしたいです。 些細なことですが、廊下や階段の声が部屋にいてもよく聞こえました。また上の階の足音も聞こえるので、音に敏感な方は注意が必要かもしれません。私は気にならない方なので、困ることはありませんでした。 また、バスタブがないので、日本人には長期滞在は向かないかもしれません。とはいえシャワーはとても綺麗で使いやすいので、シャワーで十分な方には特に問題にはならないと思います。

Bathrooms great . Tesco across the road, nice cafes nearby The air conditioning units in the windows meant it was noisier but I asked for them to be removed and that was done the same day. Would have been nice to have some more tea towels and some cleaning products. We were there for 9 nights so ended up using kitchen roll

• Eden (8/5): Zeer ruim en schoon appartement. - De hygiene, de ruimte en de locatie (leuke buurt). De douche. Alleen een regendouche (dus geen handdouche) met niet echt een krachtige en evenredige straal. Ik miste wel echt de handdouche. Het matras was ook niet heel comfortabel maar voor 1 nacht goed genoeg. De tv was voor zo’n grote ruimte wat aan de kleine kant.

The location was very convenient, close to where we had to go, which made things much easier. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for somewhere practical and affordable. The place was very basic, just enough for a night’s sleep, but it lacked comfort in a few areas. There were only a few plugs and no USB ports, which made charging devices inconvenient. The shower only had a rain head and no handheld option, which can be difficult,(for anyone who doesn’t want to get their hair wet). There was also no shelf or space in the shower to place toiletries or hang a towel. The location was convenient for where we needed to be, but overall, some simple improvements could make the stay much more comfortable.

• Sakshi (9/5): - it was well furnished, clean, bright, and in a great location. Everything looked and felt new! Would happily stay there again. Coffee shop next door and tescos right opposite, were very useful. We were assuming our flat was on the 1st or the lower ground floor, but it was on the 2nd floor. No problem unless you have big bags (we did!).

• Mark (8/5): Excellent West End location for a decent price. - Great price, excellent location and plenty of space. Supermarket directly opposite, nice pub literally next door. Clean, comfortable bed, coffee machine. It felt a little bit Spartan/bare - a few home comforts (eg some basics left in cupboards, cushions, rug) wouldn’t have gone amiss - although for the price it was pretty decent.

• Weiyi (4/5): Disappointing - The location was great, and the introduction for surelf checkin was clear. 1. The room was not properly cleaned. There were A LOT OF ants at the dining area, which I believe bited me. 2. The ceiling was an arc, meaning every tiem when I get off the bed, I get hiten by the wall. 3. The steps towards the room were too steep! It was hard to go down with a suitcase.

• Rose (6/5): Great location, nice modern apartment for a short stay. - The property is in a fabulous area with lots of cafés , restaurants, shopping close by and within walking distance of lots of attractions. The property is modern and comfortable . The property was cleaned to a good standard but ants strutted to appear halfway through my stay and invaded where I kept my food in the press . They were also in the bathroom and a few in the living area. Also air conditioning was not easy to control so I had to switch it off.
• David (9/5): Superb - Very clean. As advertised in pictures. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient to underground and walkable to SOHO and theater district. Lots of good restaurants nearby- much less expensive than central London.

• Paul (8/5): Good - Collecting keys quite easy and the property feels secure. The property itself is well located, reasonably quiet and nice, and this is my second visit. I’ll happily go back again, but not in the summer. The emailed instructions on how to collect keys were far too lengthy - they took an essay to communicate information that I could have done in a couple of sentences. The property could really do with air conditioning for hotter weather - I will only use it outside summer otherwise.
• Graham (9/5): Great apartment, handy location - modern decor and amenities, great mattress, fantastic shower, good temperature control of the room with fan, great storage, amazing kitchen equipment, good complimentary tea and coffee. Spotless. inside stairwell noise, may of been upper neighbour banging a mop off the walls at 7am on a Sunday morning
