- YUMI (10/5): - 위치가 진짜 좋아요!! 상벤투역 근처(상벤투역에서 살짝 오르막임)에 볼량시장도 가깝고 대형슈퍼랑도 가까워서 장보고 좋습니다 스마트 디지털도어락으로 따로 열쇠없이 보내주는 링크로 현관이랑 출입문 열 수 있어서 너무 편리 했습니다 수건은 단기투숙객은 추가로 제공하지 않는다고 했지만 추가로 주셔서 너무 감사했습니다 메일로 소통이 원활하게 이루어지는점이 좋았습니다 숙소도 깨끗하고 도로변에 위치 했는데도 조용해서 아주 꿀잠 잤습니다 다시 포르투에 온다면 꼭 다시 예약할 거 같습니다

The main issue is that on arrival they took an extra €200 deposit, and have still not refunded it a week later and are not replying to my communication. The showers took forever to heat up.
- Lucia (9/5): Empfehlenswert für City Aufenthalt - Wir waren zu zweit für eine nacht in einem kleinen Studio. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem und das Zimmet war mit allem nötigen ausgestattet (Badezimmer mit Dusche, kleine Küche mit Herd, Tisch für 2 Personen, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage). Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Der Preis ist eher hoch aber dies liegt wohl an der sehr guten Lage und dem hohen Standart (alles sauber und das Personal war freundlich und kompetent).

(700m entfernt) Gute Cafés/Restaurants in der Nähe. Sehr schlechter Fön im Bad vorhanden. (Keine Power). Einer der Bettvorleger war sehr schmutzig. Könnte man mal austauschen oder waschen...

- M Angeles (9/5): Bonito apartamento, limpio y buena ubicación - Apartamento cómodo y espacioso. Muy cómodo para viajar con parejas de amigos Limpio y cuidado El ascensor, se queda colgado.

- Adam (1/5): Kradzież z „zamkniętego” apartamentu, bez śladów włamania. - Obiekt posiada wiele pozytywnych cech, ale całość niestety zasłania fakt, że w ostatni dzień zostaliśmy okradzeni. Zabezpieczenie i odpowiedzialność za kradzież pieniędzy, dokumentów, markowych okularów, smartfona, perfum i wielu drobnych rzeczy. Pomimo zgłoszenia na Policję i ciągłego kontaktu z jednym z pracowników - Ricardo ( któremu dziękuję za opiekę). To firma nie poczuwa się do tego by zadośćuczynić za straty, proponując 130 Euro!!! A straty około 3000 zł ( ok. 750€). Na pewno poszukamy jeszcze innych możliwości prawnych.

Por la noche, con todo en silencio, los coches generan mucho ruido al pasar por el adoquinado. No sé si se solucionaría con unas ventanas con un mejor aislamiento acústico. Puede ser un problema para los que tengan un sueño frágil.

Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé et très propre. L'accueil au welcome center a été très chaleureux et efficace. Les 2 chambres sur rue sont un peu bruyantes la nuit.

- David (7/5): Lovely apartment but sadly far too much external noise for a relaxed break - Lovely helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was modern, spacious, very well equipped - the bed comfortable and the shower large. A good location and a very reasonable price. Unfortunately there was excessive outside noise throughout the night and early morning and during the day - seagulls and building works. We struggled to sleep. We appreciate this is outside the properties control, but it did impact our stay.

- Ana (6/5): Mucho frío, pero grande y bien ubicado. - Está bien ubicado. Las habitaciones son grandes y cuentan con baño incluido, aunque en la mitad de ellas el baño no tiene puerta y está integrado directamente en la habitación. Hace muchísimo frío en el apartamento. Es un apartamento grande, con un pasillo enorme y un salón y cocina unidos, donde el único sistema de calefacción es el aire acondicionado. Además, los aires no funcionaban correctamente: aunque estuvieran a 30 °C no desprendían calor. Escribimos al alojamiento y, tras tener que insistir bastante, nos trajeron un “radiador” que, para una zona tan grande y viajando con un bebé de 1 año, resultaba totalmente insuficiente. Al final tuvimos que comprar dos calefactores para poder hacer la estancia más cómoda. En la ducha también pasas mucho frío por el mismo motivo: cada habitación tiene aire acondicionado, pero los baños son abiertos y, al estar la ducha junto a las ventanas, el calor no llega. Ducharse era realmente desagradable por la temperatura.
- Oh (10/5): - 우리는 친구 6명이 함께 여행했습니다. 넓고 깨끗하며 편안한 여행을 준비하고 마무리할 수 있는 쾌적한 휴식처 였습니다. 10명까지도 머물수 있는 곳이어서 가족들이나 친구들이 함께 여행할 때 적극 추천합니다. 위치도 상베투 역 뿐 아니라 모루공원까지도 걸어갈 수 있는 곳이어서 포르투 내 뿐아니라 근교 기마랑이스 브라가도 쉽게 접근 할 수 있는 최고의 장소 입니다. 바로 앞에 볼량시장이 있고 근처에 2분 3분 거리에 로컬 슈퍼와 많은 가게들이 있어서 편리합니다. 한 블럭 건너 산타 까타리나 거리가 있어 늦은 시간에도 오갈 수 있습니다. 문의사항이나 요구 사항에 대한 답변도 잘 해줍니다. 저녁시간에 전기 사용이 집중될때 한번씩 과부하가 걸리기도 하지만 스위치를 올리면 바로 해결됩니다. 이 문제 빼고는 모든 것이 만족스러웠습니다

- Joy (9/5): Wonderful stay - conveniently located, well-appointed apartment, and great customer service. - I received plenty of information, instructions and links to an application that provided what I needed and allowed me to communicate with the property staff. We were also met with a staff member who was very helpful and provided all the information we needed including addressing the issue of the door lock not working. We were given an alternate key to resolve the problem immediately. The apartment is in an old building and unfortunately has a draining issue in the bathrooms, especially the 1st bathroom with the shower. I would recommend that the managing company include a squeegee-like broom in the bathrooms to sweep the water towards the drain so it does not pool into the shower. This might help with the stench that sometimes linger in the unit.

- Alison (8/5): We had a wonderful few days in Porto. - Great location and a very spacious apartment. The market was so close and there were many bars and cafe’s close by. We were provided with lots of useful information and there was always someone available to answer our questions. The accommodation was in a central location, but the down side to this meant it was very noisy at night time. The address never worked once on Sat Nav and this caused us problems. Maybe suggest What3words for a more accurate location.

- Isabela (7/5): - O contato com o anfitrião é imediato e a localização é ótima. O apartamento é enorme e bem equipado. O elevador funciona bem. Os boxes dos banheiros de duas suítes eram minúsculos! Somente da suíte principal e do corredor tinham um tamanho razoável. O wi-fi só funciona na sala. Mesmo com um repetidor de sinal, a internet não funcionava nos quartos. O quarto que fiquei estava com uma infestação de formigas, elas inclusive subiam na cama. Como tinha um quarto sobrando fui dormir nele mesmo sendo menos confortável. Só havia uma pastilha de sabão para a máquina de lavar roupas mesmo sendo um apartamento para cerca de 10 pessoas, só pudemos lavar roupa uma vez.

- Wendy (8/5): Nice area but a bit far from the river and sights we wanted to see. - It was bright and light, good kitchen and lounge amenities. The apartment description said two bathrooms which in my opinion was not entirely true- there was a bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with a toilet and basin- 4 of us shared a shower.

Beds were very comfortable and plenty of bathrooms. Nothing except the sofa was uncomfortable

Photos of bedrooms deceptive and description of 2 bathrooms wrong as only one shower (which leaks at the door) other Bathroom tiny sink and a bedet and wc. One Bedroom has no draws or hanging space and gap at end of the bed you have to shuffle to get past end of bed. No full length mirror. Apartment not where shown on booking map and a few hundred yards up the hill. Pair of underpants behind net curtain (how thorough was cleaning) and curtains fixings hanging off rails. Overall disappointing apartment.

- Rosie (9/5): Really spacious, clean accommodation that works well for a group whether friends, family or work - Really spacious with every room having its own en suite bathroom, and an extra bathroom, just in case! Stayed for a week and had clean towels / bed linen during the week. Air con in every room. Loads of mugs / glasses etc No small kitchen knives but able to cook evening meals etc easily Wi-fi didnt seem to work well in bedrooms but fine in communal areas - maybe get a WiFi booster for the other end of the apartment. The showers all had small drain covers which you need to move when you have a shower to let water drain but then put back pdq as otherwise there is a funny smell from the drains

- David (1/5): Nos entraron a robar en el apartamento - La ciudad Nos entraron a robar al apartamento. El apartamento no está ubicado donde pone el anuncio, sino en otro edificio a 3-4 minutos andando. Nosotros estuvimos en un apartamento que está en la cuarta planta, y el penúltimo día llegamos al apartamento y nos encontramos la puerta reventada, y por supuesto nos habían robado varias cosas. El edificio no tiene cámaras de seguridad y la habitación tampoco dispone de caja fuerte. El personal nos atendió correctamente, y rápidamente nos dieron otra habitación (esta vez sí en la ubicación en la que pone el anuncio), por lo que por esa parte ningún inconveniente. Les pedimos además algún tipo de compensación por las molestias ocasionadas (perdimos una tarde en comisaría), y lo que nos ofrecieron fue una noche adicional en un apartamento a las afueras de Oporto por el “precio simbólico” de 75€. El problema ha sido posteriormente, ya que tras poner la denuncia en la comisaría de oporto, desde Feel Oporto nos dicen que ni el seguro de su hogar ni ellos mismos se hacen cargo de los objetos que nos han robado, y que para ellos también ha supuesto un inconveniente porque lo mismo les cuesta dinero el cambio de puerta. Por tanto, mientras que la atención previa a la estancia estuvo bien, la de después de la estancia (y sobre todo después de lo ocurrido) no ha estado a la altura de lo esperado de un establecimiento como este.

De keuken was voorzien van zout, peper en kruiden. De vaatwasser werkte niet goed. Hij lekte als je hem aanzette en de boren, glazen bestek etc. werden niet schoon.

Parking: I booked the property specifically because Booking.com listed it as with parking. In reality, parking is a 5-minute walk away, requires an extra fee, and wasn’t even available when I arrived. The staff pointed me to a public lot at the same price, which makes me question what “with parking” really means. Ventilation: The apartment has too few windows, so the air doesn’t feel fresh. Air Conditioning: In the middle of the night, the AC started dripping water.

- Moran (8/5): Stay was okay but was disappointed with the false advertizing on the air conditioning. - The location was amazing and the size of the rooms was good. Although the ad said it's an airconditioned apartment, in one of the apartments there was only air conditioning in the living room while the two bedrooms did not have any air con. Instead they put small fans in each room. And Portugal was very hot those days. Unfortunately this is bad delivery of the promised advertizing. When I asked them to bring in more fans they just said they don't have any and did not offer a solution which was a disappointment.

- Patricia (9/5): Gran apartamento para unas vacaciones en familia en Oporto - Estuvimos en el apartamento Deluxe. Lo que más nos gustó fue el trato con la empresa Feel Porto. Nos dieron muchas facilidades para el check in/out. Durante toda la estancia nos mandaron varios mensajes para saber si todo estaba bien. No fue nada invasivo. El apartamento está genial. Éramos un grupo de 9 personas (6 adultos y 3 niños) Habitaciones y baños amplios, cocina con suficiente menaje para todos, salón amplio. El apartamento tiene aire acondicionado en el salón y en las dos habitaciones que dan al interior y que es donde más pega el sol durante todo el día. Las otras dos no tienen, pero una de ellas tenía un ventilador. Las ventanas aislan bastante bien, si las abres se escucha el ruido de la calle, que puede ser un poco molesto durante la noche, pero al cerrarlas no se oye nada. Con respecto a la localización, está a unos 20 minutos andando de la Ribera. Justo al lado del Mercado Bolhao y la Capilla de las Almas. A nosotros, que nos gusta andar, no nos pareció mal, pero si no eres de andar mucho o subir cuestas, tienes el metro de Bolhao al lado, la parada de taxis enfrente del portal y los buses 901 y 906 que te llevan a la ribera. Además, Feel Porto tiene otros apartamentos en la misma calle pero un par de manzanas más abajo. Podéis mirar si tienen disponibilidad. No hay nada que no nos gustara, por poner una pega, quizás decir que echamos en falta una escoba. Había recogedor pero no estaba la escoba, quizás olvidaron reponerla.
