• Susana (8/5): Habitación triple amplia cerca de la estación. - Habitación triple amplia en un ático con bonitas vistas. Proceso de entrada rápido y fácil. Cuarto de baño reformado y amplio. El apartamento está bien cuidado, con zonas comunes amplias y bien organizado el reparto de desayuno para las dos habitaciones. Cocina bien equipada con lo básico para desayunar o cocinar si lo necesitas. Gianluca es un anfitrión atento y amable que contesta rápido y facilita la entrada. Está muy cerca de la estación con lo que para viajar a Florencia, por ejemplo, es muy cómodo. Tuvimos suerte y coincidimos en compartir el apartamento con una chica francesa discreta y encantadora y estuvimos muy a gusto. Es un apartamento compartido de dos habitaciones por lo que, depende de con quién coincidas, puede hacer que la estancia sea mejor o peor. El cuarto de baño está fuera del cuarto y hay que pasar por el salón y puede ser un poco incómodo. El desayuno, que estaba incluido, es mejorable (biscottes y bollitos industriales rellenos de mermelada que se pueden sustituir por pan de molde, por ejemplo).

• AndreaSeidl (8/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut. Zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten in die Altstadt. Die Dusche im Badezimmer ist mit einem Duschvorhandgschlecht ausgestattet, da man das Bad unter Wasser setzt wenn man duscht.
• Reinhard (5/5): - Lage ,Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters , Frühstück italienisch Eine Wohnung ,wo ZWEI !!!Zimmer gleichzeitig vermietet werden . Und für den Preis eine Enttäuschung. Das Bad .? So eine Duschvorhang Montage hab ich noch nie gesehen . Auch hier nie mehr wieder

I wouldn't come back because it was disappointing. - It wasn't what we expected, but it was conveniently located near train station and since we were there for only one night, it was OK. We did have a very difficult time finding it but it worked out ok. The breakfast was very poor. We only had a few pieces of toast, a yogurt and a sweet snack.

• Carin (9/5): - Centralt nära stationen. Svårt hitta utan Gps. Ingen skylt om B&B. Tyst och lugnt rum. Fräscht. Utmärkt badrum. Frukost bröd, marmelad, kaffe, te, jogurt. Obemannad incheckning. Missade ett mail från ägaren om nyckelsystemet. Krånglig incheck med alla nycklar. Kök så man kan fixa lite själv. Om man missar mailet om Incheckning så väldigt krångligt att komma in. Ägaren skickade bilder som jag såg i efterhand.
• Sven (9/5): Perfekt - Perfekte Lage um zu Fuß Bologna zu erkunden. Alles sauber und perfekt. Ja man teilt sich die Küche und das Wohnzimmer mit weiteren Gästen. Aber man hat ein eigenes abschließbares Zimmer und Bad. Kein Problem und vielleicht lernt man ja dadurch neue nette Leute kennen.
• Otago (7/5): - Location and spaciousness. Comfortable beds. That it was a shared space, I thought my adult daughter would be in her own separate room. Instead, she had to listen to her parents snoring! This was not obvious from the outset.
• Sarah (7/5): Gute Ausgangslage um Bologna zu erkunden. - Alles da was man braucht. Zum Essen kann man direkt in die Food Galery im Erdgeschoss gehen. Gutes Essen zu vernünftigen Preisen. Das Frühstück waren abgepackte Croissants, Marmelade und Jogurt.

• Viktoria (5/5): Passable - Location is quite central, but inside strange building. When we arrived we were waiting room for 3 with a private bathroom, but when we entered inside a flat 😛some unknown man was sitting in the sofa-so its just a shared flat with 2 rooms in front of each other, and bathroom you fill find outside-so impossible to walk nacked😝. It wasn’t mentioned in booking.

• Celine (4/5): Never again! - Rooms were clean. Heating in the apartment didn’t work. Water in the shower was cold. Breakfast “buffet” was one little basket with toast, cake & jam + some yoghurt and milk in the fridge. Interactions with the host online went through Whatsapp, we never saw him. But worst of all, and this is not clearly mentioned on the page, it is a SHARED apartment. The living space + kitchen is shared and yes you each have a private’ bathroom but you have to go through the shared spaces to get there. We didn’t know there would be someone else there so my mom and I were trying to fall asleep when the front door opened and a man entered. We were shocked and he also didn’t expect to see us. This was a very unwelcome surprise to leave 2 women in the same apartment as a random man and we didn’t feel safe anymore.

Staff was very kind. It was a little bit surprising to realize that the bath room was separated from the bed room. Not a problem for me, but my teen age daughter was confused Perhaps it should be made clear in the description.

I didn’t realise it was a shared kitchen and living area, which was fine when there was another family.
• Barbara (4/5): Disappointing - The location was excellent - right by the train station The check in instructions were confusing (partly due to language barrier but important details were missing) and when I reached out via WhatsApp I was told to "use google translate" The room was extremely hot and the swamp cooler was vented into the room There were no check out instructions
• Vladimir (5/5): Passable - The apartment is well equipped, with new furniture. It is on the top floor and the air conditioning system cannot cope with the heat, it was very stuffy in the evening. The big problem is that you are actually renting a room in a shared apartment, where you share a common living room and dining room with other people. Since this was not clearly stated in the description, we had unpleasant surprises - both from our side and from the other guests. It should be noted that the bathrooms are outside the rooms and if you want to take a shower you have to run in front of other people. The locks of the rooms are the most ordinary - with the bathroom key for our room, it turned out that the bathroom for the other room was also opened. We haven't tried the ones on the bedroom doors, but I wouldn't be surprised if they are the same too. From the point of view of security - this is unacceptable. In such ads, it should be very clear that you will be in a shared apartment with strangers and who wants to rent it, because otherwise it is just a scam.
• Miroslav (9/5): Superb - Room is а normal size, but it is а part of very nice apartment with a kitchen. It is located right next to the Central Station, Uber to Airport is about 30 eur. I do not speak Italian and had problems with communication with the host (although they are very, very nice). Breakfast could be better
• Vanda (10/5): Great choice for Bologna - We loved the apartment, it was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Location was the best too, and the host is super nice and helpful. Breakfast comes in a little prepared basket with some water, biscuits, jam, juice boxes and yoghurt, there’s also coffee available so for us it was perfect. There are two rooms available and two separate bathrooms, so we thought it’s a shared apartment but we weren’t sure because we were alone for our stay.
• Μαρία (10/5): Exceptional - A wonderful place, in the center of Bologna. The room and bathroom were very clean. The privacy that you have both in the room and in the bathroom is particularly important. Our room had its own balcony. Ideal for relaxing at any time of the day. The host very kind and helpful. The breakfast offered was thoughtful and full of varied tastes. If I ever come to Bologna again I will definitely choose it!
