• Oleg (7/5): Convenient location, equipped kitchen, reasonable price - good option for a weekend stay. - Convenient location close to the undergound stations, buses, railway stations and city center; selection of supermarkets, pubs and cafees around. Fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine and microwave. Ants ! you will live with ants :( Narrow steps on the staircase, low door. Smallest piece of soap for a 10 days stay. Sofa needs cleaning.
• HakanDi (4/5): A Memorable Stay with Plenty of Character - The apartment enjoys a splendidly quiet location and is conveniently placed about a five-minute walk from several underground lines, making it admirably easy to get around. The stay itself felt like a mildly experimental adventure. The stove, for instance, appeared to have embraced a more philosophical stance on cooking rather than a practical one, as it simply did not work. The apartment also hosted an astonishingly large and highly active colony of ants, which were present in massive numbers day and night, roaming freely throughout the space and even making their way into the beds, as if they had every intention of being the primary occupants. The sofa bed deserves a special mention, as it redefines discomfort in ways that feel almost deliberate, and the shower head behaved with a level of independence that suggested it had long since stopped taking instructions from humans.
• Jose (8/5): - Great location. Very quiet area. Not a problem with the apartment, but the building smelled funny (the entrance) every single day. No lift, although is just 1 floor.

• Victoria (7/5): Sitio perfecto y casa en buen estado. Salvo el sofá cama que es muy incómodo - Ubicación perfecta y casa en buen estado. El salón no estaba tan limpio como esperaba El sofá cama es muy incómodo. Para 2 personas genial porque el resto de la casa está muy bien.
• Raquel (7/5): - La ubicación era buena y en el apartamento teníamos todo lo necesario. Nos alojamos 4 personas sin problemas. Tiene unas escaleras incómodas para subir, íbamos con un carro y subirlo y bajarlo al apartamento era muy difícil. En la cocina solo hay un enchufe para todos los electrodomésticos, para usar la vitrocerámica tenías que desenchufar la cafetera, microondas o cualquier otro. El apartamento en sí está muy bien, pero creemos que necesita algo de mantenimiento en ciertos detalles. También consideramos que sería conveniente instalar una campana extractora, ya que al cocinar la cocina se llena de humo y, cuando se hierve agua, el vapor acaba empapando los muebles para después gotear sobre la encimera y la propia comida.
• LittleTelle (7/5): Très bon emplacement et déco - L'emplacement, l'électroménager (lave linge et sèche linge) la décoration de l'appartement, les dosettes de café, thé, chocolat, l'eau dans le frigo et la bonne communication avec l'hôte. Le problème de robinet dans la cuisine, l'humidité dans la salle de bain, problème de réception tv et le soucis du lave vaisselle qui ne s'ouvre pas entièrement. Rien de gênant en soit.
• Carlos (8/5): - La ubicación, estación de metro a menos de 1 minuto y a 30 min andando a cualquier punto de interés de la ciudad Escaleras muy muy empinadas y ligero olorcillo a especias en entrada y escaleras.
• Raquel (10/5): - El apartamento estaba muy limpio, el anfitrión se encargó de darnos todos los detalles para encontrar el alojamiento,y pudimos hacer el check -in antes de la hora acordada, dispuso de detalles de desayuno( te, café, leche, pastas), de todos los productos de limpieza necesarios para el desarrollo cotidiano( pastillas para el lavavajillas, para la lavadora, lavaplatos, etc) y de aseo personal( champú, gel, suavizante pelo).Hay plancha, ,secador, cafetera, hervidor de leche, cuna e incluso trona. La ubicación es excelente, al lado de una parada de metro, de supermercados( Lidl, perfecto para comprar alguna cena, desayuno...), y céntrico ( se puede y andando en unos 35 o 40 minutos a visitar algún momento). Las escaleras, aunque para nosotros no fue ningún problema

• Michele (7/5): Carino - Appartamento pulito in zona tranquilla a due passi dalla metro, elettrodomestici ottimi, procedura check-in e check out molto chiara e semplice L' acqua della doccia non si regola, il rubinetto della cucina da sistemare, il divano letto non adatto ad adulti, ma nel complesso non siamo stati male
• Eneleh26 (7/5): Très bon appartement et rapport qualité/prix - Excellent emplacement et appartement très bien pensé. Il est très pratique pour une famille , très bien équipé et très propre. Des petites attentions un peu partout qui ajoutent un réel plus, on se sent bien accueillis chez Frankie ! Les instructions d'arrivée et de départ étaient très claires. Nous reviendrons ! Le salon est bruyant. Je sais que le simple vitrage est la norme au Royaume-Uni, mais c'était vraiment fatigant alors que la rue n'est pas si bruyante. On entend bien les voisins. La chambre est nettement plus calme. Je ne conseillerai pas un couchage dans le salon avec des enfants qui se couchent tôt (avant 21h) ou font la sieste.
• Barbara (10/5): This is a super find for a small family. - Our apartment was cozy and comfortable, just right for a family of 3 adults and a toddler. It was nicely furnished and had top-notched appliances, all the kitchenware you need, and a lovely shower. The location is excellent - steps from the underground ground, restaurants, M&S, Boots, grocery stores. The host is warmly welcoming and highly organized with the check-in checkout procedures. They provided all the information you could possibly need and were responsive to questions. We were really lucky to have found this gem. Nothing. We liked it all.
• Linda (8/5): - Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme, près d'une station de métro, bien desservi par les bus. Il était propre, bien équipé et les clés sont dans un box à l'entrée. Il y a des supermarchés à proximité. Le service de check in en ligne est très pratique et facile à suivre. Idem pour le check out. La taille de l'appartement est assez correct avec 2 ado. Juste ce qu'il faut. Un bon rapport qualité prix. Idéal pour les familles. Les stores ne sont pas occultant donc en été, on est vite réveillé par la lumière du jour. Il est au 1er étage sans ascenseur. Donc si vous avez du mal à porter votre valise, ce sera difficile. Mais si vous n'avez pas de difficulté, c'est correct.
• Ummu (10/5): Ibrahim from Frankie’s was great and very helpful - Well located in a quiet mews but great for most popular places in central London. For me it was less than 5 minutes away from UCL hospital where my daughter was on admission.

• Ana (4/5): Big disappointment - The location. It was much smaller than what you could see in the pictures. The main bed was so small that my husband touched both ends with his feet and head ( and he is not THAT tall), it moved and seemed as if it was going to breakdown. The sofa bed that was supposed to be used for both our children (10 and 13) was small, VERY uncomfortable and didn’t even have sheets or pillows. I really don’t recommend this apartment EXCEPT if you go on your own or with your couple, and even so, it is really small.

Difficult to get through the tight front door that cant fully open, straight up one extra large step and then extremely steep stairs. Very challenging with two large suitcases and a nightmare with an infant and pram. Booked with infant and wish the hosts would have warned me that not suitable

• Karolina (7/5): great location, very quiet for Londona; apartment was very well equipped too - very well equipped , in great location, very quiet the bathroom is only accessible via the bedroom, so not really suitable for a stay with friends, more for a couple or a family. there were also just 2 duvets and there were 3 of us.

• Trevor (6/5): Passable for three nights. Location sells it. - Excellent location very close to Warren Street underground. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Kitchen well stocked. Cot and high chair provided. Quiet road. The smell! Damp and sewage. Smart TV does not have free view normal channels as signal so poor. Only internet BBC iPlayer and Netflix etc. I messaged property about this but did not get a reply. I imagine this first floor flat will be very hot in summer as it was warm in winter. The flat is up some very steep stairs. There are further steps down into flat. It is not very accessible with a pushchair. Need to make several trips to get everybody and everything out. This flat is small for the price. We managed with one infant and one young child. Just!

• Chloé (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect and the apartment was really convenient! It had all the necessary amenities, and the decoration was lovely.
• Colette (7/5): Good little apartment. Comfy bed. - Good apartment for 2x people. Very good location. Well stocked with the basic appliances you might need. Need to fix the long blind in the bedroom so that you do not wake up as soon as the sun is up. Small narrow stairs lead to the apartment. Not a problem for my husband and I, but might be tricky for others.
