Perry (10/5): Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff, great spa facilities - - Staff service was great, all super friendly And helpful - Hotel size, interior and pool are great, attention to detail and decor great -Great hotel with amazing saunas and pools. - air conditioning setting has minimum of 22, unless you call reception and get it adjusted. Only realised late into holiday and then the following day it reset so had to call reception gain.

Swapnil (8/5): - We mistakenly booked the trip with the wrong date. So when we arrived at the property we realized that our booking started the next day. We had to make an adhoc extra day booking which was for a higher cost accommodation. But the hotel extended the same higher cost accommodation for the next days without any extra charges (thanks to Anna the assistant manager). The outdoor pools within the hotel were out of commission during our stay which was a pity as with a child it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

Natalia (9/5): Ogólnie miejsce bardzo przyjemnie na wypoczynek z rodziną. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko szerokiej, pięknej plaży. W pobliżu wiele restauracji i lodziarni. Okolica bardzo spokojna i ładna. Szkoda, że nie ma automatów z wodą do picia na basenie, bardzo podniosło by to nasz komfort.

Julia (6/5): В отель ехали несмотря на дороговизну сознательно из-за спа и пляжа, думая о меняющейся погоде в мае - СПА прекрасен, пляж прекрасен, месторасположение. Мы жили в Welness suite Отель позиционирует себя как 5зв. При этом его давно пора модернизировать. Нескончаемая вонь из труб распространяется не только на ванную, но и на весь номер. Мебель обшарпанная и частично грязная. Горничные стараются, но это не в их силах изменить. Ценовая политика в барах и ресторанах удивляет. Апероль за 16 евро и плюс 10% за обслуживание при ценах в барах в 100м от отеля 8 евро. Никто не спорит, что в отеле все дороже. Но.. не в в таких же масштабах.

Aleksei (5/5): Отель явно не стоит своих денег. - Расположение, завтраки Ужасный Клининг, обслуживание. Мы снимали один из самы дорогих номеров. Но как оказалось это вообще ничего не значит. Уборка включала в себя только застелить кровать и повесить полотенца. Пустые бутылки, грязные кружки и бокалы, кожура от фруктов, оставались стоять. Вода! Каждый день приходилось звонить и говорить, чтобы нам принесли питьевую воду! Они очень удивлены были, что нам нужна вода каждый день! Туалетную бумагу тоже не кладут, звонили на ресепшен. Как и пополнение бара… Они просто даже не смотрят.И внимание! Капсулы для кофе машины платные! И, соответственно, сливки к ним.

ALeksandra (10/5): Splendid Resort in Budva - I really enjoyed my stay at Splendid Conference & Spa Resort.and I intend to return and stay longer next time.The location right on the seafront is beautiful, with a private beach and stunning Adriatic views that make it easy to relax from the moment you arrive. What stood out most was the spa experience—spacious, well-designed, and perfect for unwinding, with pools, saunas, and a calm atmosphere that truly feels like an escape. The rooms were comfortable and clean,and the overall resort has a sense of classic luxury. I also appreciated the variety at breakfast and the friendly, welcoming staff, which added to the overall experience. It’s a great place to recharge while still being close to Budva’s energy.
Talia (6/5): מי שלא חייב קזינו במלון, שיחפש מקום אחר - חסר ירקות המיקום רחוק מהעיר, אין מה לעשות מסביב. מי שלא לוקח נוף לים, נמצא באיזור תעשיה לציין, שהנוף בחדרים, שלא פונים לכיוון הים, רועש ולא נעים, ולקחת מחיר בהתאם. מלון מסובך ולא ברור איך להגיע לכל מקום אין איך להכין קפה, בחדר, אלא בקפסולות שעולות 2יורו במקום לחמם את המים בבריכה מחממים את האולם עצמו. אי אפשר לנשום. ולהקפיד שאיזור הספא יהיה רק למבוגרים כמו שכתוב.

Cependant, pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, la nourriture est plus que moyenne. Que ce soit le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner ou le soir, la nourriture était froide, peu assaisonné et de qualité très faible. Le personnel au restaurant/buffet était également pas agréable et peu serviable avec les clients. Je trouve ça dommage.
